Nice bro, don't get to see a lot of dexa scan reports here. Will be interesting to see.

Hmmm I'm gonna guess 19%

Your lower body and back look really tight which is the opposite of most people. Guessing on your body is kinda trickier than most. If I looked at your back pose. The results should be really interesting.

Back and triceps are looking huge in that back pose bro!

Close! Had my scan this a.m (results above) came in at 17.7%.

Ahh I coulda cheated on the test?!?! I was thinking of guessing a bit lower too cuz your large body parts, back and legs, look like your sub 15%

Damn bro your results in just over a month are absolutely insane!! You've been killn it big time!

Big congratulations cuz you just aced the exam with nomus points. You got a lot to be proud of.

Thanks mate! Motivation high and discipline in check!

Results are in from Dexa! 17.7% bf! I am shocked hahaha! Last dexa a month ago showed 24.9%! Let’s go boys!
This is absolutely crushing it bro! Seriously, congratulations!

Haha! I have always been the type of person that goes 0-100
Me too! Just be careful with the BJJ and that collarbone which still has the hairline showing. If someone gets you in an omo plata or a twister just tap, there's no shame in keeping your collarbone in check and tapping to roll another day. If your dojo does Muay Thai or stand up be careful in the clinch too. It might come down to really taking it easy on the mats until it's 100%.

Thank you mate. I am really appreciative of all the support I have had from the Evo fam! Just reading each and every one of your logs on here has been a huge motivating factor for me!

Man… I am second guessing my commitment to the bjj comp now haha. I might be a bit too ambitious. I’ll continue the course and make that final decision when the time comes. Also, I’m just a blue belt… so a twister tap isn’t really in my vocabulary at the moment hahaha. Side control and camp… then finish with a submission from there hahahah

Bro blue belt is no freakin joke in BJJ. It's a brazilian blue belt yes? Brazilian BJJ blue belt is worlds apart from a standard Jiu Jitsu blue belt.

Hahahaha. Yeah mate. Brazilian jiu jitsu. It’s a bit crazy in that category as well… as people are preparing for their purple belts etc. it’s a crazy sport but I love it hahaha
Oh man, it was the most intense and most in shape I've ever been in my life. Purple belt is when the pain starts haha... that's when you gotta watch for the heel hooks and the dirty submissions.

And blue belt in BJJ is no joke so don't sell yourself short that's a huge accomplishment. You should be so good at knee-on-chest now that you make the weak minded tap!:p

Haahahah. Well… I always felt a bit mean when I do knee on belly to people hahaha. Especially just in casual roles. But if those spazzy white belts get cheeky… then it’s a different story hahahah

@PharmabolicsOz coming through with the goods! Just in time as things begin to heat up with my training! Thank you mate 😄. I have been off these compounds for over a month now and my body knows it! Eager to see how things travel as I begin to add them back in!

Love your work @PharmabolicsOz ! Look at those sexy vials/boxes!

Appreciate the support legend! 👊 Glad everything landed right on time and stoked to be part of the journey as training ramps up. Always good to listen to the body and ease back in properly. Thanks for the kind words and the love - we’ve got you covered! 🔥💪

Bro that is outstanding! I also noticed that your DEXA says your total lean mass has increased from 69.4kg to 75.3kg in around 6 weeks. That's an average of 1kg per week - bloody amazing! Kicking arse and taking names.

Week 4 Check-in [EOW 28/12/2025]

Hi All!

I hope you all had an amazing Xmas and Boxing Day, spent with lots of family, friends, and Xmas cheer!
With a smorgasbord of food on offer during the holiday season, I found myself relatively restrained and quite chuffed that I didn't lose control. I even managed to do a Christmas Day lift to burn off the extra calories (which my body enjoyed)! Training remained unchanged, steps remained consistent, and food was well within acceptable ranges! A Win! Win! Didn't get a present from Santa, though... that old prick.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • 15,000 steps per day achieved! This is an increase on last week's target.
  • Intensity and weights have increased across all my workouts!
  • HIIT on the assault bike after every gym session! (10mins and averaging 168 BPM)
  • Dedicated HIIT circuit on Saturday completed!
  • Glorious food eaten!
  • Weighed in at 92.5kg as of today. Total weight lost over the course of my cutting phase was 8kg~ with an increase in lean muscle mass along the way.
  • Lean muscle mass gain (69.4kg > 75.3kg) and bodyfat decrease from ~24% to ~17.8% between dexa scans (aproximately 6-weeks apart).
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Weight has decreased once more. Home scales may be a little out, but I'll happily take it during my cutting phase... and I'll cry when I begin a bulking phase hahaah.
  • Hunger did not increase and was manageable throughout the week.
  • Sleep has been the worst! Averaging ~6 hours at night, with some awake time throughout. I have started experimenting with melatonin (5-10mg) 30-60 minutes before bed to see if that will help.
  • Found myself a little more irritable throughout the week due to a number of variables, e.g. lack of sleep, increased training intensity/activity, masternon dosage upped from 200 > 400mg, etc. Hard to pinpoint exactly, but will focus on addressing the sleep issue as my first priority.
CHALLENGES
  • Workout intensity and activity have increased, which has resulted in my hunger increasing.
  • Motivation to dig deep and hit my 15k steps per day was a real, fucking, grind! But I smashed it!
  • Xmas and Boxing Day food was a chef's kiss! Could have easily gone overboard.
MACROS
  • As of today, my macros have increased from 1970 calories (P 209g | C 182g | F 45g) to 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)

TRAINING PROGRAM
As per last check-in (will provide breakdown of movements/weights in the coming days).

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins
  • Creatine 5g p/day
  • 4IU gh - Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • 3mg Reta Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Bpc &Tb Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Cardarine Sponsored by @Norvex awaiting delivery
  • Slu - Sponsored by @Norvex (1000mcg per day)
  • Mast e (200mg) - this was increased to 400mg p/w at the start of last week, but has since dropped down to 200mg p/w
  • Cialis 5mg ED
HGH Ultima Pharma - Blood test to be done this week, given the remaining vials left in my kit.

TEST: @PharmabolicsOz tri-test - loving it! Good mix ratio and bloods will be drawn in 2-3 more weeks.

RETA: @PharmabolicsOz is still working its magic in the background. No plans to further increase dosage.

BPC/TB500: @PharmabolicsOz care package arrived last week, so I hit the elixir straight away! I have always been a good responder to things, and as all of you who have been following along from my first posts... I blame this duo for making me feel great again... which led to me breaking my collar bone hahaah. Within 3-days after my injections, I was no longer having a slow-motion sprint as I got myself up off the couch. Muscle recovery after training has been great and far less sore than in previous weeks. So, not only have I increased intensity, steps, and have had a lack of sleep last week... but I am less sore from training... something's working. I'm now in a weird space of being scared to stop any of my compounds because they are all working synergistically together, haahah.

SLU: @Norvex first hit of his SLU before training today. Starting on 1000mcg per day for the week, then increasing this to 2000mcg the following week, and so on. I am tracking my active calories and will have a graph comparison between taking/not taking Slu in the coming weeks. Really excited to see how I go on this and hoping this is a game-changer... because this HIIT training is kicking my ass hahahaha!

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • Cardarine from @Norvex (Norvex Pharma)
  • Mast decreased from 400mg p/w to 200mg p/w
  • 200 mg p/w of Alpha Pharma Primobolan e 100mg by @PharmabolicsOz (not sponsored)
    • We have decided to lower the Mast and incorporate Primo at an equal dose moving forward
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on macros
  • Training intensity to continue
  • Steps target - 15k

Love this check-in mate, solid week all round 👏
First off, big props for keeping it together over Xmas/Boxing Day. That’s usually where wheels fall off for most people, but you stayed disciplined and still enjoyed yourself- that’s the balance we want. Christmas Day lift is elite behaviour too 😂 Santa clearly skipped leg day and presents this year.

Those DEXA changes are massive for a ~6-week window. Gaining lean mass while dropping ~6% body fat tells us training, nutrition, and recovery (compounds included) are all aligned nicely.🔱

Sleep is clearly the bottleneck right now, and you’ve already identified it. Smart move pulling Mast back down- irritability + poor sleep + higher workload is a rough combo. I always recommend starting on low doses (~2.5mg) with Melatonin, usually less is more.

From our side:
1) Tri-test is doing exactly what it should- stable, smooth, and bloods will confirm it shortly
2) Reta ticking away quietly in the background is ideal
3) BPC/TB doing what they’re famous for- recovery up, soreness down, movement smoother (maybe too smooth 😅)
4) GH bloods this week will give clarity on the Ultima kit🙏

You’re in a really good rhythm right now. Nothing looks reckless, nothing looks forced- just controlled pressure applied week after week. That’s how real progress is made🦾

Proud of the work you’re putting in. Keep rolling and keep us posted 🤝💪

Quality check in bro. Love this. Solid and dedicated Christmas week. Elite 🔥🔥

The low Cals and stresses of diet (especially aggressive one like I recently completed) definitely affected sleep. Slowly getting better as my cals are increasing but did recently added valerian forte 2000s to assist with sleep which has definitely helped but not resolved. Worth a shot 🤞 (currently 1/2 price @ chemist warehouse).

Good luck! Everything else looks amazing - keep grinding 💪

@roguepineapple I still don't understand what Boxing Day is or what it means. I always thought it meant it was a day you sit on the couch and watch boxing. Kind of like in America how we watch the Super Bowl and football. Ha ha.

Mate, I have never really stopped to think about it until now hahaha.
yeah i guess more excuses to take a day off from work. the beaches are certainly packed where i'm at all week, can't wait till people go back to work/school

Nice job hitting the BPC and TB500. Those are a good mix. I like how you are structuring the peptides and then you're decreasing your masteron from 400mg to 200mg. Good strategy to it. Hopefully we get some good results. @roguepineapple

@roguepineapple you're not going to go wrong stacking TB-500 and BPC. That is a great stack together. And testosterone and RETA are also really good options as well. I like the HGH that you're getting from Ultima. That is a good one.

Bros, this a good layout. I like that you're running the HGH, I like that you're running the Testosterone too, and I like how you explain why you're doing each thing, including with the RETA and including with the other peptides you're doing. That's awesome. @roguepineapple

Week 5 Check-in [EOW 04/01/2026]

Hi All!

Happy NY! Caught myself still writing 2025 on a few things... but helllloooo 2026! It's going to be an awesome year! It is also refreshing to feel accomplished with my fitness goals already, and not being the typical person to start a fitness program on January 1st, etc. I am starting 2026 fresh, motivated, consistent, and disciplined with my fitness already! This check-in will be in two parts, as I have quite a bit to cover.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • 15,000 steps per day achieved! I have now maintained this consistency for 3 weeks!
  • Intensity and weights have increased across all my workouts!
  • HIIT on the assault bike after every gym session! (10mins - my average bpm has reduced by 10 and I have increased my active calorie burn)
  • Dedicated HIIT circuit on Saturday completed and an active rest (walk) on Sunday!
  • Weighed in at 92.5kg last week - now down to 91.5kg! Another 1kg drop. Total weight lost over the course of my cutting phase is now 9kg~ with an increase in lean muscle mass along the way.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Weight has decreased once more.
  • Hunger did not increase and was manageable throughout the week.
  • Sleep has significantly improved since last week with my average sleep lifting from 6 to 7hr per night (with no use of sleep aids).
  • Found myself a little more irritable late in the week (made a mistake of doubling my dose on a single day, due to missing my regular dosing schedule).
CHALLENGES
  • A little nerve pain (burning sensation on the back of my right heel when in dorso flexion). This is potentially due to a lack of stretching and overuse of my calf muscles (walking etc). HELP???
MACROS
  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
  • Consumed a bit too many fats on a few days

TRAINING PROGRAM
As per last check-in

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
HGH Ultima Pharma - Blood test delayed. @PharmabolicsOz has come to the rescue and is organising another kit to come through to me so that we can get more accurate results (given the previous issues of cloudy vials). Daily dosage has been reduced to 2IU per day to stretch the remaining vials out to end of next week. Hopefully, I will have a TD pick from now until then so we can resume the normal dosing schedule of 4IU prior to bloods etc. Thank you once again @PharmabolicsOz for looking after me and you are a true gentlemen! This was something you did not have to do, and you have truly shown yourself to be a person who puts his customers first!

TEST: @PharmabolicsOz I'm excited to see where my testosterone levels are having been on 250mg p/w. Blood test will be conducted in future in relation to the above.

RETA: @PharmabolicsOz is still working its magic. No plans to further increase dosage. A little bloat after my meals at night I've noticed. Will monitor accordingly.

BPC/TB500: @PharmabolicsOz recovery through the roof! Able to keep working and pushing at my current intensity levels with no issues.

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • Cardarine from @Norvex (Norvex Pharma)
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on macros
  • Training intensity to continue
  • Steps target - 15k
  • More caloric burn in HIIT

WEEKLY CHECK-IN CONTINUED...

SLU: @Norvex... WOW! This is all I can say about your Slu... hahaha! Actually... I'll do more than that! It is an absolute gamechanger. I love Slu. I love how I feel during my workouts on Slu. I love Slu... I said that already hahahah!

DOSING
SLU before training at 1000mcg per day for the week.
Coach and I have decided not to increase past this point as the effects/potentcy of @Norvex 's Slu is doing its job!

Prior to starting Slu my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1min working / 1min slow).
In that 10min timeframe (without slu) I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my apple watch.

After running Slu for the week my average heart rate has come down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm) and I have burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

The data has spoken… I am getting fitter, and I love fucking slu (said it again - sorry, not sorry)!

Baseline Steps per week
As all of you know (who have been following along), I have been doing a solid 15k steps per day each week. Cardio and steps while on Slu have been no issues at all. I feel like the Energiser Bunny and am thoroughly impressed with how I am responding to it.

@Norvex... Cardarine... I'm excited to throw this in and may have to grab some Mots-C to hit the holy trinity and run an ultra marathon... hahahha! Quality products mate! Boys/Gals, get onto Slu if you haven't done so already. It is a game changer and one that I will never drop from my stack moving forward.

WEEKLY CHECK-IN CONTINUED... again...

Hit a number of key milestones in my training throughout the week! Intensity has increased. Strength is increasing week by week. Results are compounding and all adding up!
We are all fortunate enough to have amazing vendors and quality products at our disposal to assist us with our fitness goals!
@PharmabolicsOz, seeing some good strength increases while using your products mate ;)
@Norvex, getting some good volume increase across my leg days now! Thanks to your Slu!

Hey mate! I haven’t been supplementing an electrolyte but have actually got some coming! On a side note… what do you recommend for keeping the gut health in check… day two and a little bloating still throughout the day. It may be because of the slight jump in cals last week and the body adjusting again?

Week 6 Check-in [EOW 11/01/2026]

Hey all!
Last week was a great high for me, as I made a lot of great progress and achieved several milestones.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • 18,000 steps per day achieved. (I will be dropping this back down to 12k steps this week and will be focusing on my HIIT training after each gym session to further drive the fat burning.
  • Weighed in at 92kg. Which is an increase from last week by 500g.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • No hunger issues or cravings.
  • Digestion and bloat issues have subsided (have incorporated a probiotic which is going well)
  • Sleep average of 6hrs and 29mins per night (quality of sleep 6/10). Waking up a bit groggy/tired in the morning.
  • Was a little irritable towards the end of the week and over the weekend - not as bad as I have been. I would assume this is due to fatigue (lack of sleep and recovery after some intense leg days).
CHALLENGES
  • Continued nerve pain (burning sensation on the back of my right heel when in dorso flexion). This has improved from stretching now.
MACROS
  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
  • Diet has improved each week and eating much closer to my daily macros now.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Same as previously posted*

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins (as an introductory post)
  • Creatine 5g p/day
  • 2IU gh - Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (have reduced for upcoming blood test)
  • 3mg Reta - Currently generic
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Bpc &Tb Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Cardarine Sponsored by @Norvex
  • Slu - Sponsored by @Norvex (1000mcg per day)
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Primo e (200mg)
  • Cialis 5mg ED
  • Mots-C - 1mg (M-F)
HGH Ultima Pharma - As per previous check-in... I initially agreed to reduce my HgH dose from 4IU to 2IU to stretch out the remaining vials on hand from @PharmabolicsOz as I awaited a restock. Unfortunately, this is no longer the plan (no fault of @PharmabolicsOz). I will be aiming to do bloods mid this week - to test my Testosterone levels, IFG-1/GH panels (with 4IU Gh injected IM 2hrs prior to bloods being drawn).

TEST: @PharmabolicsOz blood test will be conducted as per above. One thing I must say about the Tri-test is the unavoidable and constant PIP that I continually get from it. It is quite annoying, and on one occasion, I was left with a PIP in my delt for almost a week. Mixing it with my mast/primo does seem to help a little. I will be switching out to @PharmabolicsOz 's test cyp shortly :)

RETA: @PharmabolicsOz Reta has finished and was a solid product during my stack. It did its job. No issues! Highly recommend!

BPC/TB500: @PharmabolicsOz recovery has been amazing! I actually feel like it has helped heal my 'walker's foot' that I have been having issues with for the past few weeks. I have dropped down to a maintenance dose now (EOD around heavier training days). If you haven't incorporated these peptides into your training, you would be silly not to, as they really help with your training recovery and fixing persistent old/new injuries in the background.

CARDARINE: Will be running this as of today at 10mg per day to see how I go! @Norvex thank you brother! This should be a game-changer for me!

SLU: @Norvex, awesome progress with the SLU now. First workout today with Slu + Mots-C and it was seriously... easier on the Assault bike during HIIT. Cardarine will be incorporated as of tomorrow, so I will provide feedback on my endurance levels during training over time.

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • Cardarine from @Norvex (Norvex Pharma)
  • @OneStopShop Retatruitide Optirip 30mg/ml pen - SPONSORED
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on macros
  • Training intensity to continue
  • Steps target - 12-15k
  • More caloric burn in HIIT

Awesome check-in mate and massive week overall.

Steps + HIIT + increased gym intensity is showing clearly. Lower average BPM on the assault bike with higher calorie burn is a strong conditioning improvement. Dropping steps back while pushing HIIT is a smart adjustment.

Good to hear the heel pain is improving. BPC/TB doing exactly what it’s meant to; dropping to a maintenance dose EOD around heavier days is a smart move.

Appreciate the honest feedback on the PIP. Tri-blends can be hit-or-miss depending on individual response, and unfortunately some people are more sensitive. Mixing with Mast/Primo was the right call, and switching to our Test C will absolutely be a smoother experience injection-wise. I would also suggest massaging afterwards, if not doing so already.

Reta performed as expected and BPC/TB recovery feedback is spot on. Looking forward to seeing bloodwork results mid-week, especially IGF-1/GH.

....and also looking phenomenal 😍🤩💪

Week 6 Check-in [EOW 11/01/2026]

Hey all!
Last week was a great high for me, as I made a lot of great progress and achieved several milestones.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • 18,000 steps per day achieved. (I will be dropping this back down to 12k steps this week and will be focusing on my HIIT training after each gym session to further drive the fat burning.

Hey mate, thank you! Around 9kg of fat has been dropped and muscle gained in the process. It’s been hard yards but I am at that stage where each day brings a new and exciting change in either my strength, physique, or mental aspect… so it’s awesome! Hahah.

CURRENT CHECK-IN PHYSIQUE PROGRESS

Stellar effort bro for just a few months!

Week 7 Check-in [EOW 18/01/2026]

Afternoon folks! A bit late this week in my check-in... Life has been a bit hectic with everything at the moment.
I made some key adjustments to my training last week to accommodate an increase in training... feeling great and feeling strong! Feeling like a fucking animal!

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • Now steps were reduced significantly last week to around 10k. This was done to accommodate training twice a day (my programmed gym workouts PLUS a HIIT / Crossfit session in the afternoon) - effectively seeing me train twice daily, Monday to Saturday with Sunday being an active rest day.
  • Intensity and weights have increased across all my workouts week by week!
  • Weighed in at 92.5kg. Which is an increase of 500g from last week.
    • My weight has fluctuated from 90kg to 93kg over the course of the past week. Variance in weight could be attributed to training intensity and an increase in workout sessions through the week, as well as switching to a different brand of HgH (no longer on @PharmabolicsOz's Ultima Pharma HGH.
  • HIIT / Crossfit sessions... holy hell! Cardarine and Slu with Mots-C... the most amazing trio one could honestly stack! Results from my sessions are further below.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Despite having an increase of an additional training session each day and macros remaining the same, I have had no hunger issues or cravings. @OneStopShop's reta is working so well!
  • Sleep average of 7hrs and 5mins per night (previous week's average was 6hrs and 29mins) and quality of sleep 8/10.
  • Recovery from training sessions has been amazing! No major fatigue or irritability.
CHALLENGES
  • Previous nerve pain in the foot has been resolved. A dedicated stretching and calf-strengthening routine has done the job in stabilising that issue. I also think reducing my daily steps from 15k per day to 10k per day has helped significantly. As a point of information sharing, if anyone is suffering from 'runner's foot', this is the routine I did daily to resolve the underlying issue:
    • 20 x Dorso flexion and tip-toe holds (leaning your back against the wall)
    • 20 x Standing calf raise
    • While sitting and legs stretched forward (banded circular movements of each foot x 20)
    • Heel walks (5m)
    • Calf stretch
    • Repeat 3x
MACROS (remains unchanged)
  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
TRAINING PROGRAM
Same as previously posted*
With additional CrossFit sessions each day (spanning between 25-35 mins) (I'm working in Zone 4 -5 continuously).

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins (as per introductory post)
  • Creatine 5g p/day (I actually forgot to take this the whole week!)
  • 2IU gh (Unsponsored)
  • 3mg Reta - Sponsored by @OneStopShop
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)

  • Slu - Sponsored by @Norvex (2000mcg per day) - Increased dosage - Taking twice daily before workouts
  • Mast e (200mg) (Unsponsored)
  • Primo e (200mg) (Unsponsored)
  • Cialis 5mg ED (Unsponsored)

HGH Ultima Pharma
[RECAP from last week's check-in]
''As per previous check-in... I initially agreed to reduce my HgH dose from 4IU to 2IU to stretch out the remaining vials on hand from @PharmabolicsOz as I awaited a restock. Unfortunately, this is no longer the plan (no fault of @PharmabolicsOz). I will be aiming to do bloods mid this week - to test my Testosterone levels, IFG-1/GH panels (with 4IU Gh injected IM 2hrs prior to bloods being drawn).''

Fast forward to Monday gone...

I shot the last 4IU of Hgh into my quad 2 hours before bloods. I arrive at the clinic, first in line, ready to go! I am seen by a phlebotomist who attempts to draw my blood twice - both unsuccessfully! I am then turned away due to their 'two attempt policy' and advised to come back another day.
I later get home and remove the bandaid to find two little marks in the crease of my arm... nowhere near a vein. The retard was just dry needling my bicep for fun

TESTOSTERONE (IMPORTANT): @PharmabolicsOz blood test will be conducted next week in the trough. I also have an E2, prolactin and LCMS panel booked. For those of you following along... I am suffering through the pip for another week, so we can see how things are going! I have also been on @PharmabolicsOz's Primobolan e 100mg (at the dosage mentioned above)... so I am hoping to see some low E2 / LCMS panels while on Primo and Mast at the same time!

RETA: @OneStopShop Reta has been solid! I love the use of a pen where I can! Makes things so much easier! You save having to purhcase packets of insulin syringes and spend time prepping etc. A turn of the dial, a stick of the needle... done! Quick and easy. I reached out to @OneStopShop earlier this week to talk about how it was all going and share some fasted early morning glucose tests! My blood sugar levels are all healthy and has come down from low 5's since jumping on his Reta! Great product! I honestly have to say that it is doing it's job and great pharma quality given the increase of training demands and diet remaining unchanged!
Get on this guys/gals! A great product, very niche, very bojee... very sexy! hahaha!

CARDARINE & SLU: @Norvex my man! Sorry (not sorry) that I took your last bottle of cardarine hahaha. It has been an absolute gamechanger for my runs, and HIIT / Crossfit session! Some big numbers during training last week!
Previously, before Slu and Cardarine... I was only managing to burn just shy of 100 cals on the assault bike. Now, I have been smashing 117 calories consistently throughout the workout within the same timeframe.

I am also able to hit Zone 3 and 4 during my HIIT/Crossfit sessions and remain in those zones for a considerable lot longer! I am also able to recover considerably faster in a shorter space of time when intese workouts push me up into Zone 5 (178 - 180+ BPM). I feel like the energiser bunny! This shit is a game changer!

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • I would love to log the following products for a vendor who is happy to have me on their team 🙏
    • Hgh
    • Slu
    • Mots-c
    • Nad+
    • BPC/TB500
    • L-carnitine
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Continue the intensity!
  • Listen to my body and try not to overdo it!

EOW physique update!
Some big progress has been made over the last few weeks… and I have had to stop and pinch myself as I not long ago was nursing a broken bone.

Special mentions: @PharmabolicsOz, @Norvex, @OneStopShop.
Thank you for helping me work towards my goals and trusting me with your brand/products. Most importantly, you put trust in me to run a log that could showcase what your quality products could do when a person locks in!

And of course…@RogueCherry for being my rock and putting up with my crankiness hahaha. ❤️

@LevButlerov any chance you could choose one of my updated pics for a new profile pic? Dealers choice.

@roguepineapple with the retatrutide, usually the first couple months it really does the job on food noise and then as your metabolism speeds up your appetite should come back and be somewhat normal.

Yeah… I have found that to be the case with the Reta. But haven’t had to shift from 3mg per week since running it for close to 4-months now. I love it. I really see the benefits from it particularly around the cravings for sugars I use to have.

Sounds to me like you've got to manage that foot. I would definitely do some more low-impact cardio, things like swimming and maybe some things where you're not putting a lot of force on that foot. Also make sure you get fitted with some high-quality shoes. @roguepineapple

Having stretched consistently and reduced the amount of steps for the week has really helped. Also, love hate relationship with the assault bike has really helped me blast the cardio. Any recs for shoes?

How are you holding up on the lower calories with 2 sessions per day? How’s the energy levels ?

Interesting feedback on mot c and slu. Both on my radar to add to my stack .

hey mate, I haven’t had many major issues with sleep or recovery, as I am programming the workouts to assist with recovery of the muscle groups I train at the gym in the morning. The afternoon sessions are also not as strenuous on my muscle groups as it’s more cardiovascular and endurance focused.

Mots-c is an interesting one for me… I have run it previously on its own and it was ok… I didn’t feel like it gave me more energy in a workout but certainly felt like it had more of a CNS effect on my mood throughout the day. I honestly felt like the real magic started when Slu and mots began working synergistically together during my workouts. I have been trialling that combo for close to three weeks now… next week will see me dropping mots again (due to costs) which will be a good check on how much of a difference it makes (which I will report any findings back here).

I am running quite a decent stack and this will be a long term log for the better part of a year as I work towards my goal of stepping on stage… so plenty of trials and errors along the way hahaha.

Appreciate the detailed insights! It’s not the first time I’ve heard running them together yields the most noticeable differences! But similarly I would look starting with one then bringing in the other to actually see (if any) benefits for me and my goals!

Plenty of time to play 👌👌

go to a good shoe store and have them fit you with proper shoes designed for what you need

Holy cow - what a rapid transformation you've had from back in December '25 to now, barely 7 weeks later! The PED's and peps no doubt help, but your work ethic is unquestionably the main reason for your success brother. Inspirational.

Week 8 Check-in [EOW 25/01/2026]

Hey Evo fam! Hope you are all having a strong end to your week with goals achieved along the way! I am looking forward to the weekend so I can catch up on some life admin and R&R.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • Intensity and weights have continued to increase across all my workouts week by week!
  • Weight has stabilised and is going back in the right direction while still continuing my cut. Last weigh-in saw me at 92.5kg and I am now down to 90.4kg.
  • Cardio fitness levels have been improving significantly week-on-week.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Due to the double training sessions over the course of the last couple of weeks, I have been waking up a lot more hungry. This has seen me having a bit of carbs in the morning before my workouts to ensure I can keep the intensity up throughout my training session/s.
    • Given the increase in training, I am also becoming increasingly tired in the afternoons (which sees me off to bed a lot sooner).
    • I will continue to monitor my sessions and potentially scale back the training sessions if it begins to comprimise my sleep/recovery.
  • Sleep average of 6hrs and 22mins (previous week's average was 7hrs and 5mins) and quality of sleep 7.5/10.
  • Recovery from training sessions has reduced... more fatigue and irritability creeping in throughout the week.
CHALLENGES
  • Fatigue and irritability are creeping in from mid-week. Training demands/intensity are potentially taking their toll. Will look to change my routines from next week.
MACROS (remains unchanged)
  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
TRAINING PROGRAM
Same as previously posted*
With additional CrossFit sessions each day (M-F)

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins (as per introductory post)
  • Creatine 5g p/day (still not something I remember to take each day, and is taken Ad Hoc).
  • 4IU gh
  • 3mg Reta - Sponsored by @OneStopShop
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Bpc &Tb Stopped taking (only as/when required)
  • Cardarine Sponsored by @Norvex (10-20mg per day)
  • Slu - Sponsored by @Norvex (2000mcg per day) - Increased dosage - Taking twice daily before workouts
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Primo e (200mg)
  • Cialis 5mg ED
  • Mots-C - 2mg (M-F) Stopped taking as of Monday this week
  • Injectable NAD injectable (25mg on M/W/F)
  • L-carnitine (Unsponsored) Stopped taking (PIP is just too unbearable for me)

CARDARINE & SLU [1-MONTH RESULTS]:
I have finished running @Norvex's Slu and Cardarine for a month, and it has been an amazing incorporation for my training.

This is a bit data-heavy... but the results are promising.

Fixed Output (Control Exercise - Assault Bike)
  • Duration: ~10 minutes
  • Distance: 3.5 miles / 5.63 km
  • Average Speed: ~21.0 mph / ~33.8 km/h
  • Max Speed: 31.0 mph / ~49.9 km/h
  • Peak Power: 668 watts
Cardio Efficiency Ratio Formula = Avg Speed ÷ Avg Heart Rate

Before

  • Avg Speed: 21.0 mph / 33.8 km/h
  • Avg HR: 175 bpm
  • MPH-based: 21 ÷ 175 = 0.120
  • KMPH-based: 33.8 ÷ 175 = 0.193

Now

  • Avg Speed: 21.0 mph / 33.8 km/h
  • Avg HR: 165 bpm
  • MPH-based: 21 ÷ 165 = 0.127
  • KMPH-based: 33.8 ÷ 165 = 0.205
RESULTS

I started doing 10 minutes on the assault bike with the following times/cals burnt (pre slu/cardarine):
10mins~ @ 100.7 cals

Post slu & cardarine
10mins @ 121.6 cals
  • ~5.8% improvement in cardio efficiency
  • 10 bpm lower HR at identical speed and distance
  • Same output, less cardiac strain
  • I have managed to increase my work rate by 21%
This is from just a month of training with Slu and Cardarine. Fucking amazing results on @Norvex's products. Definitely will be doing another phase of it when I can.

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • Reprogramming of workouts
GOALS FOR NEXT WEEK
  • Continue the intensity!
  • Run a beep test and target 9's

Week 9-10 Check-in [EOW 26/01 to 08/02/2026]

Hey all! This will be my second last check-in as I move to wrapping up my first log after 11 weeks of smashing it out. I missed my week 9 check-in as I have been in and out of pathology labs getting/compiling my results. I have reviewed the results with my coach and we are happy with how everything is looking based off of the compounds used throughout my log. I have some follow up tests to check kidneys and organ efficiencies etc. so will be prepping before organising our next push!

This log has taught me so much in being accountable, finding the joy in a routine, and being a part of the evo community.
My second upcoming log will move towards an intense 8-10 week cut as I focus on targeting ~13% BF before transitioning towards my first clean bulk. I hope those who have followed along or enjoyed my log, will continue to follow - as your support towards me has been greatly apprciated.

To all sponsors, thank you for supporting me through my 10-week log (@PharmabolicsOz @Norvex @OneStopShop). My new upcoming 10 week log will continue to utilise your amazing products.

@PharmabolicsOz you have been an amazing supporter of my goals since the very beginning. You have been quick to rectify and take care of any issues along the way, and have been a genuine person to deal with - you have shown that you have cared deeply about bringing the best products to the market at an amazing offering, backing it all up with exceptional service. I am looking forward to continue working with you into the next phase of my training plan.
Sponsored products: Ultima Hgh 100IU | Ultima BPC & Beligas TB500 | Beligas - TriPhase Reta 10mg | Beligas Tri-test 350mg

@Norvex you legend! Your products have been the kickstart I needed to take my cardio to the next level! I am looking forward to utilising your products well into my next log! I don't know whether you put oxytocin in any of your products... but I now have some real love towards cardio and my assault bike :ROFLMAO:
Sponsored products: Cardarine 10mg | Slu-pp-23 2g powder (for this log)
NOTE: @Norvex thank you for your generosity along the way and always looking out for me.

@OneStopShop your reta is still being utilised as I embark into the next log (a couple more weeks will see it finished). But it is a quality product mate! Well done. Pens just make it so much easier to dose and travel with. Ever since starting on your pen, my fasting blood glucose levels have improved (as per previous check ins) and appetite has been manageable. I have had a smooth transition between @PharmabolicsOz 's reta and yours - with no issues / dips / concerns to highlight.

  • Mots-C - 2mg (M-F) @Prymal
MOTS-C @Prymal
This was never a sponsored product as I had purhcased some Mots-c from @Prymal a while back. I had shared some feedback with him over a reaction I was having when using the Mots. Everytime I would take a dose, I would get a pretty good sting at the injection site, as well as some slight skin rash around the area. My wife also took the product, but she was having no concerns or reactions at all. I reached out to @Prymal to just see whether it was normal or to be concerned - which he quickly did some investigations with current/previous customers and got back to me with some feedback.

I thought nothing more of the matter and wasn't too concerned as my wife continued to utilise the product with no problems. I later get a messge from @Prymal stating that he had just shipped a 10mg and 40mg vial of Mots-c to take for a run! I was surprised and completely dumfounbed that he would even take the time to rectify an issue that was really, outside of his control. I received the products... and once again, thanked @Prymal for his service. Then once again, he went above and beyond with a follow-up 1-week later. How's that for customer service! @Prymal you have truly gone above and beyond mate! Thank you!

Beligas Tri-Test 350mg - Blood Test Results - @PharmabolicsOz

At the start of my log I moved from my trt dosage of Test C 150mg p/w to a 250mg p/w utilising the tri-test blend (the 'blend') from Beligas. This was the first time using a blend, and there should have been some adjustments to my injection protocl - which typically happen 3x weekly (M/W/F). Mistakenly, I continued the same injection protocol, which should have been adjusted to accommodate the different esters and their clearing times. What I should have done, was inject everyday. This would have helped with steadier hormone releases throughout the week and mitigating any mood changes between injections.

I completed a blood test 10-weeks after using the blend and the results are highlighted below. When you view the results, take it with a grain of salt and know that I actually did this product a disservice by: A) Not injecting more frequently; and B) Not running it for atleast 12-weeks - to allow a blend to actually peak in my system. Even the levels below are quite low for 250mg p/w, I know it would be much higher than this if it had been utilised correctly. This is the first time I have used a blend, so I am still learning etc. I know the product does its job, as my strength and results from training has continued to improve week on week.
IMG_2292.webp

Verdict: Would I use a testosterone blend again? Maybe / Maybe not. A part of me wants to give it another go and give it a propper run - with daily injections and a minimum of 12-weeks to allow the longer esters to fully come to life. I also belive the length of time between my last injection (Friday) and bloods being drawn (Monday) is too long of a window to test the accuracy of levels in a blend.
The real question... "would I use the Beligas tri-test again?"... Unfortunately, No! The pip was a pain in the butt... literally. Was @PharmabolicsOz completely cool with the above feedback? Absolutely. He even rectified the issue by sponsoring another run of oils for my next log - where I will be using a single ester based testosterone.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • Intensity and weights have continued to increase across all my workouts week by week!
  • Weight has fluctuated once again from 90.4kg to 94kg throughout the week. Weigh in today saw me at 91.3kg.
  • Cardio fitness levels have been improving significantly week-on-week.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Sleep average of 7hrs and 22mins and quality of sleep 7.5/10.
  • Recovery from training sessions has improved.
CHALLENGES
  • Fatigue and irritability are creeping in from mid-week.
  • Had a switch in HgH (overdosed gh and had some major water weight changes). Feet swelling and my right eye lid became swolen for 4-days. Had to reduce dosage right back down to 2IU which allowed for all the side effects to subside.
MACROS (remains unchanged)
  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
TRAINING PROGRAM
Same as previously posted*
With additional CrossFit sessions across 4-5x days (dropped sessions this week due to blood tests etc)

  • 2-4IU gh
  • 3mg Reta - Sponsored by @OneStopShop
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Primo e (200mg)
  • Cialis 5mg ED

View attachment 180294

  • 2135 calories per day (210g P | 200g C | 55g F)
TRAINING PROGRAM
Same as previously posted*
With additional CrossFit sessions across 4-5x days (dropped sessions this week due to blood tests etc)

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • Reprogramming of workouts
GOALS FOR NEXT WEEK

Insanely detailed log, your killing it mate, keep it up.
Your next stage will be unreal

RESULTS ON NORVEX's SLU & CARDARINE

I started doing 10 minutes on the assault bike with the following times/cals burnt (pre slu/cardarine):
10mins~ @ 100.7 cals

Post slu & cardarine
10mins @ 121.6 cals
  • ~5.8% improvement in cardio efficiency
  • 10 bpm lower HR at identical speed and distance
  • Same output, less cardiac strain
  • I have managed to increase my work rate by 21%

What a great log bro I loved your last few updates, super detailed. And you lived up to the title too. Gave EVO some good feedback on peptides too and your bloodwork is right on point. Well done.

Waiting for #2!

Well done bro! Great progress and transformation. As a dad myself that’s what we want to be an inspiration and role model to our kids. Can’t preach and expect them to look after themselves while not being able to the same to ourselves. Love your work
