Forearm strain from a while back being an idiot and doing single arm curls using a barbell. Overloaded forearm flexor and recovery sucks.

Reason for preacher curls working up is to make sure i dont kill said arm with sudden big lift

Bench is drop sets. My 1rm is currently 140kg but im keeping it safe at 100 while my arms being a bitch.
 
Ive been watching some videos (not pornhub guys grow up... ok pornhub but also...) and implemented some stretching. Its loosening up my shoulders and arms. A neglected part of my training is mobility
I've seen pornhub stretching its gtg lol :P jk @Robules
i think main thing is foam rolling have you tried it?
