I’m a long time follower but first time poster .
In December I was 96kg unknown body fat, I’m 86kg 16% body fat now
Age : 40
Height 179cm
Training 6 days a week 45mins
Mon: back / legs / abs
Tuesday: shoulders / abs
Wednesday: arms /abs
Thursday : chest abs
Friday : shoulder / legs : abs
Saturday : arm / abs
Food:
Morning : 200gram beef/chicken salmon with rice
Lunch : 200gram beef/chicken salmon with rice Or 4 eggs tuna and rice
Dinner : 200gram beef/chicken salmon
Protein shake after gym
Currently on:
.35ml test C EOD (245mg a week)
2iu HGH
2mg Reta EOD
Purpose new cycle to start thanks to @Gold Standard Labs :
500mg test
150-250 deca
500mg primo
2iu hgh
Should I keep Reta in it ??
Goal is 92-95kg with 12% body fat
