In December I was 96kg unknown body fat, I’m 86kg 16% body fat now

Currently on:

I plan to run this for 16-20 weeks.

The low Deca dose is because I’m scared of gyno issues . What’s your thoughts on that ?

primo will keep your E2 in check for sure - if thats what you are talking about?
 
I'm currently trying to plan my futre cycle and am probably going to go Test, NPP + EQ (EQ for E2 management) and some reta in there too
Was thinking of adding primo but it would have been only about 200mg a week so will save it for another time when primo is around again and easy enough to get.

Right now I’m 2mg EOD = 6-8mg of Reta

I start on 1mg eod, went up to 3mg eod for 3 weeks ( I lost the most amount of fat) now im scaling back down. Will be doing 1mg EOD next week then 1mg twice a week

This week I’ll finish up with the fat loss. I should be down to 12%

I’m trying to put 5-7kg of clean mass.
 
Also forgot to mention I take 3mg of motsc on trainings and I train on an empty stomach in the morning for the last few weeks. Made a huge difference in my weight loss training on a empty stomach

I agree another month would be ideal . I was originally aiming for 10% bf but this weight loss diet making me feel like crap so I’m keen to put on some size .

you're doing 500mgs of primobolan, that's a big one, I would start with 200mgs of primobolan and 500mgs of testosterone.
retatrutide I would stay on the dose so you can keep lean.

can you give us full detail on a few parts too?

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

6mgs/week is enough and do a big dose instead of microdosing seems to work better

A great result. How long has the total time on Reta been?
8 weeks. But the first 3 was nothing worth mentioning. I was only on 0.5mg & 1mg

Real changes started to happen was on the weeks i took 4mg - 9mgs .

Given that most studies on the GLPs inc reta were months I'd say stay on until you hit a target you're ok with

I’ll have to stay on it for another few weeks while I wind down the reta dose, but I honestly think I will reach my 10% target by then given how much weight I’ve loss. Just hope it doesn’t come back on 🫣

Nice work bro, if you want to wrap up your build phase at 12% body fat it might be worth extending this deficit/ cut out a little longer.

The success of your build phase will be determined by how well your body is able to utilize the fuel you need it, so you might like to look at dialing in your nutrition. Things to consider:

Fibre
Vitamin D
Electrolytes - magnesium/ potassiuim
Pre/ pro biotics
Antioxidants
Omega 3's/ 9's

Pharma looks good, but almost certainly you'll need to push your GH dose higher. 2iu is typically within replacement therapy doses unless you've got IGF-1 results to say otherwise

Are you tracking your food with an app? Can you post typical macros?

I'm not the biggest fan of your training split. What are your goals there? You only train back once but arms twice. Legs grouped with back isn't ideal either (both being big muscle groups). Shoulders will take a bit of a beating as well getting hit directly on Tuesday and Friday and indirectly with chest on Thursday.

I don’t track my macros, my theory is basically I aim for 150grams+ of protein a day with carbs . 600-700grams of chicken/beef/salmon + rice and a protein shake after the gym

I do legs twice as week and the reason why I do legs and back on the same day is because I want to burns as much fat as possible on an empty stomach on Reta and motsc .

As for arms and shoulders , I try to hit them twice because I’m trying to grow them 🤣
 
I think you’re going to get pretty damn big and strong on this cycle, but the test is going to be doing the most of the work, and even that little bit of deca would be noticeable for me. The few times I’ve used nandrolones I can tell quickly, they are powerful for me. Unfortunately the mental side effects come shortly after and eh. It’s not worth it and I haven’t found a dose small enough that it didn’t happen. Like 50mg of deca week and within three weeks I will start having these negative ideations. Joints feel great no matter what abuse, feel strong and can just keep going, muscles look full, but I feel very bleak and negative and this deep low anger. Happens every time now. I’m good on that👎. At least npp it went away relatively faster

How many IU of HGH is ideal ?
Sub-10% if you want to finish your build phase as lean as 12%.

Ideal GH dose depends on your individual production of GH and IGF-1 expression which can be determined through blood-work, but the reference range for a healthy male is 2-4iu. For a fat-loss phase, tapering up to 4-5iu is appropriate. There doesn't seem to be any additional lipolysis to be found from doses higher than this.

My e2 is not out of range so he wasn’t concerned about that . It was more the lipids . He said that’s heart attack range ?? 🤷‍♂️

Deca 315mg/week - 0.15ml /300mg/ml daily from @Gold Standard Labs

HGH 4iu daily - 3iu in the morning fasted - 1 IU before bed

Reta 4mg every 3 days (tried 6mg but that killed my appetite too much)

Motsc 5mg on training days fasted- taken just before the gym given the short half life

NAC & Tuscan daily

Diet:
After train - morning
200grams chicken/ beef / salmon with a lot of carbs

THey aren't that bad - is it your test levels that your doc is upset about? I mean you are on cycle that's what happens - you may need to find a doc that understands thig.

It’s the lipids . He was saying that’s heart attack/stroke range .

What are the normal lipid range when you’re on a cycle ? How long can you run a cycle with these lipids ?
 
there are people on the carnivore diet or OMAD diets with 3 to 4 times your levels. If your levels are where they are now over a long period then yes, you will be at risk. The idea is that you need a health phase after a cycle and bloods to show things are improving.

@Abc168 your doctor doesn't see blood work from steroid users, obviously. But it just goes to show you how much steroids affect your blood work. It would be one thing if you stayed on the gear year-round. But you're only running it for a certain amount of time, then coming off, I hope, right?

Can I get some advice on my bloods please .

I just got my bloods done and my doctor basically had a heart attack reading it . He said I need to get off everything immediately 🫣🫣🫣

Are these test levels and lipids ok ? Or is it really bad ?

I’m currently on 600 test, 300 deca 300 primo
@Abc168 Bros, you're running 1,200 mg a week of gear. Of course your number is going to be off. That is like 12 times the amount of hormones you should normally get.

Your doctor probably never read blood work where someone was on that much gear so that's obviously why your doctor freaked out. @Abc168

@Abc168 look good to me being on cycle. Great progress also. But need those e2 levels
 
@Abc168 your doctor doesn't see blood work from steroid users, obviously. But it just goes to show you how much steroids affect your blood work. It would be one thing if you stayed on the gear year-round. But you're only running it for a certain amount of time, then coming off, I hope, right?
Do you think 20 weeks is too long ?

Primo 600 @Gold Standard Labs
Tren 140 (4 weeks now ) @shadow labs

HGH 4iu daily -morning fasted -

Reta 5mg once a week

Motsc 3mg on training days fasted- taken just before the gym given the short half life

KLOW80 - 8mg daily - seems like the sweet spot to keep the pimples away

NAC , fish oil and Tudca daily


Diet:

After train - morning
200grams chicken/ beef / salmon with a lot of carbs
Protein shake with water (60grams protein)
4 eggs

Lunch
200grams chicken/ beef / salmon with a little bit of carbs

Early Dinner
200grams of chicken / beef

Protein shake with high protein milk 45 grams of protein

Been eating half a loaf of bread throughout the day with peanut butter and honey


Can I please get some help with these 2 questions .

1. My bloods just came back and my HDL
Is at 0.6, I would assume that’s from tren, at what level would I need to stop and cruise ?

2. My E2 is @100, what is the ideal e2 level? I’m told 140+?

Do you think that’s too low ? But I’m running 600 test 600 primo and 140 tren
please share the bloods @Abc168
 
wont be an issue with the primo you have
why is your primo dose this high? @Abc168

I was on 600 test 300 primo 300 deca, deca was holding too much water so I just replaced the deca with extra primo 🫣

I’m told I should have replaced Deca with eq , apparently primo balances out the blood thickening with eq 🤷‍♂️

better get eq in there, 600mgs primo way too much
 
I’m 10 weeks in this cycle . Given eq would take 6-8weeks to fully saturate, I’m trying to work out if I can do another 12 weeks if I change to 600 test 300

if more guys got blood work done, they would be in even worse shape than you. Just play out the cycle and then come off for a little while and let things normalize.
 
My new test shows e2 is at 100. Is that too low ? I’ve read it should be 140+
That lvl is fine , If you fel good dont play around with it.

Happens when your on cycle , just limit how long your on , Tren is fucken harsh and a hinderence in longer cycles. Could easily do 20 weeks without it and still be safe. Longer you can stay on safely the more you will grow.

As stevesmi said above give it a few more weeks and come off and reset

cholesterol is not an issue :D you're not an old lady you're a lifter on cycle, dont worry about hdl/ldl @Abc168
 
So if LDL and HDL isn’t a critical marker, which markers do I need to look out for to stop a cycle ?

I really want to stay on this cycle as long as possible
alt/ast/creatinine and heavy cortisol issues

Most likely outcome from chop and changing is all your different hormones are going to be going on rollercoaster, it's the opposite of optimal for Anabolic growth.
You want everything nice and steady once you have stalled, increase/decrease food or dosages as needed. Bloodwork determines how long you continue.

So next cycle after a small break to get your markers back inline , Test EQ and HGH
