Im playing around with it at the moment on the assisted, just trying to find comfortable positions. I know when I injured it there was no warning at all it just pinged and tore.

don't get me wrong, they are extremely useful but the truth is they do put a lot of strain. Just be careful and don't over train.

Ahh yeah pretty much. I dont think they do anything for hypertrophy.
I wonder if we could get away with even less.
So build up sets on first exercise of the muscle then only a top set on next exercise?
30min gym sessions 😃 but could potentially do it 2x a day
A bit late here but have you seen much of Dorian Yates' stuff. First exercise is 3 sets with I'd guess 50%, 80% then 100%. Second and onwards just the two sets (and for smaller muscles he says you can just do the top set). I personally think Mike Mentzer and to a lesser extent him, take it a bit too far. But I'm definitely a fan of ramping to one (max 2) top set(s). I'm always surprised when I see logs with four straight sets.

First time doing it in training, I was always a 3 set champ. And it worked well when I was younger. Personally I think there is no one size fits all approach, which is why I try to keep an open mind with these things

Thanks @B3rnie yeah it wasn't on the cards till recently, I like to have a goal in place to keep on track and competing seemed like the next step in line. I dont think its something I want to dedicate to long term but for the foreseeable future I will def give it a red hot crack.

So stoked to hear that brother 💪💪 especially if you are pretty good with going to bed around the same time as it will all help sync your circadian rhythms.
Heaps of people think DSIP is the magic injection to sleep but essentially it only works for about 4 hours to get you into a deep sleep but using it around the same time of night will help with your routine.
Keep it going brother 💪 hopefully by the end of the month @RGSX will have their Sleep support and Elite Sleep support released if you need any further help 🙌🙌

I'd much rather be hiking that walking on a treadmill so that's a win for sure. Hiking is actually fun. I miss going outside. Its -33 with the windchill today lol

Nah no orals , only Test, EQ and HGH , every now and then a shot of @Gold Standard Labs vitamin S but even that has only been 3 over last 6 weeks. Really focusing on being as healthy for as long as possible. Especially if we are going to abuse the body going into Prep

Have had a chat with coach trying to find exercises that wont aggregate it further while it heals.

Icing daily, KLOW is in as well as HGH not sure what else can be done apart from resting it.

Elbows are a bitch cuz it's really tough to train around. Tricep movements see the worst on elbows when you're using a bar. The movement path isn't right for the joint. Hopefully it will heal up soon with all the peptides.

That @RegenexPharma cycle support formula looks great. Should do a great job keeping you healthy for a strong long cycle.

Its the tendon. That attaches to the inside pointy bit. I was stuck doing bookwork today and couldnt make gym, the day off has really reduced the pain, i think it just needs time.
