For your blood glucose how much berberine you supplementing? 2000-3000mg?
 
I was thinking I needed to add an RDL, the reverse hacks, leg extensions and leg press(low foot placement) are destroying my quads ,Iโ€™m keen to hear what you think.

I find my hack squat really uncomfortable, poor ankle flexibility and a smallish platform donโ€™t help, so I turned around and have found it to be a game changer, real good depth ,very comfortable and it hits my quads really well

This is super interesting I've never tried that.

Any update on your blood glucose? 5.9 isn't horrible but wondering if it was just a one-off. Berberine can help.

Berberine (or dihydroberberine), chromium, and cardio sirs! Might also be worth looking at the full nutritional plan

Good volume, steps, and blood glucose is better!

I had to check if you were running GH to explain the spikes in blood glucose and I see this might be the cause as it can spike your blood glucose depending on the timing of your reading taken. Keeping it under 6.0 is good though so you're good. Could you throw this up at the beginning of each log update? โฌ‡๏ธ Let us know when or if anything changes.

How long has the bg been elevated?
Sort of at the limit of where it should be now.
Ultimately you want insulin sensitivity as high as possible. Even with gh you ideally want to be at 5mmol or less. Insulin is responsible for whether or not our bodies turn food into muscle or fat. If we are too insulin resistant guess what lol. @Dreamer has awesome bg levels and has set himself up to be able to push food hard now. Can check his log out.

Can add some dihydroberberine and ALA here to help. If not you should look at a deplete week to regain some sensitivity.

Im in a similar boat brother and had to work on fixing mine as i was averaging around 5.4ish regularly and wont leave me any room for when i need to push properly again.

Yes Lev, itโ€™s been hovering around 5.9, which is to high and leaves no room to push my food intake up, Iโ€™ll get it sorted and be ready to push things along later this year

Training program is outstanding, shoulder pain has disappeared, just the right amount of volume allows for high intensity/effort, nutrition is great, I like the macro breakdown, good food volume, overall Iโ€™m pretty fucking happy๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š
