Approved Log IFBB Heavyweight Cycle Log with Team Raptor Labs

Hog.

Team Raptor
Raptor Labs VIP
EVO Logger
BodyBuilder
Hey EVO family, I’ve been given the opportunity to log on here as a @Raptor Labs athlete so first and foremost a massive thank you to the entire crew over at Raptor for supporting me up until this point in my previous journey to stepping on an IFBB stage for the first time and in my newest venture and goal of stepping on stage again but this time as a heavyweight (for reference I previously competed as a Junior in middleweights under 80kg). I’ve currently also log on a couple of other Aussie forums but this is my first time logging on EVO and boy am I excited.

I’m 22 years old and i’ve been training and taking bodybuilding seriously since I was about 19. Prior to this I was a competitive powerlifter.

As I said earlier I competed last year in 2025 in Season C IFBB and came first in the Junior bodybuilding category as well as this I came Third in the True Novice category against some lads who were much older and larger than me so all in all pretty successful for my first time getting on a bodybuilding stage.

Current body weight is 96kg and we have just started my off-season and growth phase. Prior to this I was in an extended health phase on TRT as my bloods post-comp were not the best.

Current PED protocol consists of the following all kindly supplied by the one and only @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep

350mg Test E p/week - 0.2ml daily
420mg EQ p/week - 0.2ml daily
5iu HGH daily in the PM
2mg Reta p/week - 1mg Mon/Fri

Training 5 days per week with a total of 52 working sets across all body parts. Current focus is to bring up the top line of Delts, Chest and Arms.

Monday - Legs and Biceps
Tuesday - Chest, Delts and Triceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Posterior
Friday - Chest and Delts
Saturday - Arms
Sunday - Rest

Diet and Macros is as follows:

Training Day - 3376 cals
215 protein
517 carbs
36 fats

Rest Day - 2590 cals
226 protein
267 carbs
57 fats

Output is currently set at 9000 steps daily and 15 minutes LISS cardio on rest days.

I look forward to being a member of the EVO Family and keeping you all updated on my journey to stage as a heavyweight :)

Attached is my current physique from my most recent check-in at 96kg fasted and some shots from when I competed at the tail end of last year @79ish kg on stage.

Welcome @Hog.
Damn you look huge, great genetics bro

Very interesting how high your EQ is

Thankyou bro, yeah I have to run EQ quite high since I aromatise very heavily with test. This ratio seems to be working well at the moment but as doses trend upwards we will probably have to introduce an AI like aromasin or a third compound to keep E2 in check.

@Hog. Not gonna beat five days a week training; that's how it's done and I like how you're balancing out your rest days after two or three strong days of training.

5iu HGH daily in the PM
2mg Reta p/week - 1mg Mon/Fri

Training 5 days per week with a total of 52 working sets across all body parts. Current focus is to bring up the top line of Delts, Chest and Arms.

Monday - Legs and Biceps
Tuesday - Chest, Delts and Triceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Posterior
Friday - Chest and Delts
Saturday - Arms
Sunday - Rest

Diet and Macros is as follows:

Training Day - 3376 cals

517 carbs
36 fats

Rest Day - 2590 cals

Output is currently set at 9000 steps daily and 15 minutes LISS cardio on rest days.

I look forward to being a member of the EVO Family and keeping you all updated on my journey to stage as a heavyweight :)

Attached is my current physique from my most recent check-in at 96kg fasted and some shots from when I competed at the tail end of last year @79ish kg on stage.
@Hog. I'm always impressed when I see your updates. Not only do you look like an absolute champion, but you also are bringing in some amazing training sessions. I love how you carb cycle between training days and rest days. That is what pros do.

Very nice updates as usual. The posing routine looks fantastic. You are looking like an absolute horse. I give you a lot of credit. @Hog.

@Hog. Not gonna beat five days a week training; that's how it's done and I like how you're balancing out your rest days after two or three strong days of training.
For sure brother, need those rest days in between to properly recover 💪
Bros, the posing shots looking terrific. You are not only muscular as hell and you are strong but you also rip to shreds. I like it. @Hog.
Thanks cheif, posing something i’ve been working on. I’ve been pretty slack with it in the past but not anymore.
Good have you back brother, let's kick some ass
Absolutely brother, time to get disgustingly huge 🐷
Always respect your logs and always respect your updates. You know how to throw around the iron; that's for sure. @Hog. Your physique is looking like a million bucks.
Appreciate it boss, I pride myself on my training 🙏

I do like the carb cycling approach, keeps appetite firing and allows for less body fat gain during the off-season.

Jesus mate! What age did you start powerlifting? Only 22 and 3 years bodybuilding is insane to look like that!

EQ higher than test.... must aromatise like crazy! How high can you run test alone on TRT without an AI or EQ?

Your back looks awesome in those comp photos. Destroys the guys next to you.

Love the carb cycling approach too! Absolutely agree that it helps reduce body fat accumulation during surplus phases. Especially when paired with concentrating carbs around the training window & having a narrower eating window (larger fasting period) + cardio on rest days 😊

Thanks bro! Appreciate it haha.

I can’t run more than 200 test without an AI or secondary compound to keep E2 under control. Although i’ve tried in the past my E2 just skyrockets.

Back is definitely my strongest body part by far, I’m currently only doing 2 direct sets per week for back to allow some of my weaker body parts to catch up.

Absolutely couldn’t agree more, this is exactly my approach. I’ll post my full training day of eating at some point today and as you said a very large majority of my carbohydrate intake on a training day is centred around my training window.

and @Raptor Rep 🦖

Current training day macros:
3376 cals

Love seeing how you pro's approach diet in such a no fuss set routine way. No magic bullets, just the right foods, at the same time, rinse and repeat. 🩵

Holy shit bro only 3 years of BB training and you already hit the IFBB stage. That's insane! Looking at your physique I'd never know you're only 22. You have a really mature looking stage package. All those years of powerlifting really paid off there. You're a great example of how hardwork and the right genetics can come together for some incredible results. You're gonna do some real damage in the many years you have ahead of you bro. Unreal

Thank you sir, the compliments mean a lot. Certainly in this for the long run that’s for sure. Hoping to do some damage next time I step on stage with a proper off-season under my belt 🙏

Wow so you didn't have a proper offseason yet? Crazy that you're already up to heavyweight so young.

Not quite a heavyweight yet, hoping to build enough tissue during this off-season so that I am able to compete as a heavyweight next time I get on stage and be competitive in that under 100kg category absolutely peeled.

For sure brother, need those rest days in between to properly recover 💪

Leg Day

As always fueled by the one and only @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep

Terrific leg day from yesterday, managed to progress most movements and maintained strict standardised form. Keeping form as strict as possible with lots of tempo and paused work to avoid any future knee flair ups.

Last leg session in this gym before I move states and have access to some new equipment and a new environment so we made this one count.

Warmup:
Dynamic stretches
5 minute bike

Working Sets:

Cable EZ Bar Curls
130 x 14
130 x 13

Adductor
100 x 8

Seated Hamstring Curl
75 x 8 (banded)
70 x 10 (banded)

Quad Extension
90 x 13 (tempo and paused in the contraction)

Glute Drive
180 x 12

Pendulum Squat
57.5 x 9 (2 second pause in the hole)

Seated Calf Raise

Trying hard to bring up the glutes and adductors this offseason as they seem to fade a little when I get leaner. Also tacking on some biceps at the start of the session to accumulate some extra arm volume over the week 💪

adductors already look good :D

Posterior

This week has been abit all over the place just with life and preparing to move interstate - sleep has certainly suffered but training has remained consistent and despite the subpar sleep and different environment it has been good and movements seem to still be progressing and the pumps are certainly still pumping.

Threw in some additional sets of back work in this session because it was my last session in the home gym and fuck it why not haha - absolutely love training back but since it’s a stronger body part of mine we are only allocating 2 sets per week to it at the moment.

As always fueled by the best in the game @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep - forever grateful to the Raptor crew for supporting my in bodybuilding journey 🦖

Working Sets:

Adductor
100 x 10

Glute Drive
160 x 12
160 x 10

Seated Hamstring Curl (banded)
75 x 10
70 x 11

T-Bar
80 x 8
65 x 10

High to Low Panatta Lat Row
60 x 9

Narrow Grip Lat Pulldown
85 x 12
80 x 11

Single Arm Preacher Curl

Weekly Check-in! 🦖

Hey EVO family, apologies for the lack of updates but this past week and a half has been pretty hectic with me up ending my entire life and moving states. Updates will be more regular now that i’m settled in.

In saying that i’ve done best to remain on plan and as accurate as possible during this time - inevitably I wasn’t able to be 100% since it was about a 3 day drive in total and things like steps and hydration suffered slightly as well as sleep being very sub-par.

Managed some decent training sessions at some pretty cool gyms with equipment I don’t usually get to use so that was pretty fun because i’m a massive gym equipment nerd.

No changes occurred to the plan during this last week and a half and i’m awaiting orders from the boss man for this coming week now that i’m settled in and ready to fire on all cylinders 😤

I would assume no changes this week considering the inaccuracy of this past week.

PEDS remain unchanged

350mg Test E p/week
420mg EQ p/ week
5iu HGH daily
2mg Reta p/week

Diet holding steady

Training Day - 3376 cals
214 protein
517 carb
36 fat

Rest Day - 2590 cals
226 protein
266 carb
57 fat

Fasted BP and BG
BP - 113/57
BG - 5.0

Not super happy with these physique shots from check-in but given the circumstances and the past week I can’t be too disappointed either. Extremely excited to be back in the full swing of this now that i’m settled and ready to make some serious gains.

As always a massive thanks to the crew over at @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep for supplying me with all my PEDS and Peptides - truely the best quality products in the business with HPLC testing to match. I wouldn’t use anything other than Raptor Gear and i’m extremely proud to be apart of the @Raptor Labs team and represent them 🦖

Yeah moving sure is the pits. Good that you got to try a few different gyms.

Still looking like a beast. Legs are huge hey.

Full Training Day Diet

Hi hi EVO family, this is how my current training day diet is looking, nothing special just the basics made up of food choices that agree with my digestion and are easy and repeatable (I know it ain’t pretty but it gets the job done)

Occasionally there are switch outs and macro / calorie matched meals just for variety if need be but for the most part I stick to this setup.

Total cals for the training day are sitting at 3376 with
214 protein
517 carbs
36 fat

Majority of the carbohydrate intake for the day is centred in and around training to fuel performance and replenish glycogen stores post training to aid recovery (approx 65% of total carb intake)

Meal 1
70g oats
100g frozen blueberries
45g whey isolate
2g pink salt
(interchangeable with a egg, egg white and sourdough meal)

Meal 2
180g chicken breast raw weight
110g jasmine rice raw weight
100g beetroot
100g low cal veg (usually broccoli, carrot, green bean mix)
optional low cal sauce
2g pink salt

Meal 3 Pre-workout
130g rice flour
40g whey isolate
160g frozen blueberries
4g coconut oil
1g heart salt
2g pink salt
(this meal is interchangeable with a chicken, rice and veg meal)

Intra Workout
450g coconut water
30g carb powder
5g creatine
12g hydration formula
15g magnesium formula
1g pink salt

Meal 4 Post-workout
140g rice flour
125g banana
40g whey isolate
150g frozen blueberries
60g dates or raisins
2g pink salt
2g heart salt

Meal 5
180g low fat greek yogurt
15g chia seeds
15g dark choc or nut butter
100g frozen blueberries

Massive thanks as always to the gentlemen over @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep for supplying me with the best oils and peptides in the business - progress has been phenomenal ever since switching over to solely Raptor gear about a year and a half ago, their products and results truely speak for themselves 🦖
