That's gotta be the earliest I've seen here
Thats my away routine. I start work at 4.30am. so its a 2am wake up, get the vitamins, pre workout, and pure carbs in me. ready for 2.45am. Pm workouts in a shoe box gym are a no go. Its peak hour. no room to even scratch your arse.

Added cardio...
3x a wk - 10-12 min HIT sessions - 20 sec 100% -40 sec 30% repeat until completed 10-12 minutes.

Had the option of clen or reta/slu.
Decided to go 1mg wk reta and .5ml slu-pp-332 liquid (.25 wake up, .25 after last meal)

no clen. Keep the liver happy

🔥i know i have a good stock supply.. but No var yet. Saving that for the tail end of the cut 😈

Keen to get peeled 💪💪💪💪.

Nice job man. I really like the progression that you've made on this one. The cardio is looking really strong and I like the clen take out. It's a nasty drug in my opinion. @a_bu11b

Heres the Aim...
-Maintain / preserve strength.
-Improve body composition (fat loss while retaining muscle)

MOTS-C won't fit in because:
During a calorie deficit, mTOR is already suppressed.
Adding an AMPK agonist immediately pre-lift can blunt hypertrophy signalling even more.
MOTS-C would be better for Morning fasted cardio, or on non-heavy lift days, and not taken immediately before strength training.

SS31:
-Preserve ATP output
-Reduce mitochondrial ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species)
-Improve training intensity

Dosing:
30-45mins before training
2–5 mg once daily
5 days on / 2 days off

NAD+
-Improves mitochondrial efficiency.
-Supporting oxidative phosphorylation recovery (Phosphorylation explanation at the end).
-Enhancing DNA repair.
-Activating SIRT1 for metabolic resilience (enzyme that regulates energy metabolism, stress resistance, and cellular adaptation) - This is why I'm timing my NAD and taking it after a workout and before I have a post workout recovery meal.
-Improving glucose handling during post-lift carb intake.

Let the workout create the stress, then use NAD+ to optimise the recovery response.

Some of it was. Pretty much the explanation of what they are and how they work. It wouldn't really give me much more. Just cross referenced it with other online searches

Way more thought than I put in good shit. Very curious to see if it works out how you predict
 
2 weeks into the cut. Sitting on 2800 cals now. No weight drop from last week. But I think there's some small changes happening. Mid section feels like its losing the fluff.

Reduced cals again down to 2700 from 2800. A very sloppy week. Got a back tat. So it meant no workoutaa day before or for a few days after till I could rest my back on anything.
also my wife's bday so I gave into temptation and blew the cals out the window by having a few slices of triple choc cheese cake. nailed my protein though 😂.
Last week checked in at 80.4kg. Surprisingly same weight this week.

Don’t beat yourself up, this game is a marathon not a sprint and afew weeks of reloading for some fresh ink will be worth it just sucks to have to mess your routine

Last weeks check in was at 80.8kg
This morning clocked in at 78.9kg

Last weeks check in was at 80.8kg
This morning clocked in at 78.9kg

Its been a while on the same exercise routine each week. So ive requested to change it up.

HAHA. Hasn't been added into my supplements list yet. but I'm on it (y)(y) reta 1mg 2x a wk. and 1.5mg tesamorelin daily on wake up. I can definitely say thats a powerhouse combo. weight is falling off.

Looking tighter each posts man. I suffer from some loose skin also and the longer you can stay lean lean the better it gets,

Coach will add 1-2 high days and see how that goes.

Sorry got my bloods a bit wrong. Platelets are up a bit. Need to lower those with aspirin or you may not drink enough water.
Haha all good. Water is on point. I have actually skipped my aspirin for a few weeks leading to blood test. Only because I planned to donate aswell, but didnt get round to doing it before i flew out for work. Ill get onto it as soon as im back

The bloods look fine :D only thing is get back on your aspirin @a_bu11b how is your training?
 
Training is as good as it can be. Slowly feeling the stamina die down with this deficit.
add some mots c and slu pp for the stamina :D

77.8kg on checkin. Slowly chipping away at the fat. Strength is still there. Feeling the fatigue as the sets go on. dropping weights as needed to keep the reps up .

@a_bu11b Physique is looking great. The abs and the front of the legs are terrific. You can tell you got some good gains.

There's an argument to be made for keeping weights in to maintain muscle and doing the reps you can
