2.45am sessions caught up while working away
Pic of my push pull routine this morning.
Coach has dropped my cals another 100. 3k to 2900.
Added cardio...
3x a wk - 10-12 min HIT sessions - 20 sec 100% -40 sec 30% repeat until completed 10-12 minutes.
Had the option of clen or reta/slu.
Decided to go 1mg wk reta and .5ml slu-pp-332 liquid (.25 wake up, .25 after last meal)
no clen. Keep the liver happy

i know i have a good stock supply.. but No var yet. Saving that for the tail end of the cut
