Feeling awesome, and maintaining my strength really well on most of my lifts. Happy with how I look 3 weeks without AAS. Feel like I’m tightening up in a few places.
Decided to have a day off Friday and train Saturday instead of training 5 days in a row. Will probably keep this setup from here on out for recovery purposes.
Having extra food once a week like a refeed meal or just more of my daily menu on a Sunday.

5iu SHOGUN growth hormone daily AM fasted before cardio

CURRENT CARDIO:
30 mins fasted AM spin bike
30 mins post workout spin bike
Feeling awesome, and maintaining my strength really well on most of my lifts. Happy with how I look 3 weeks without AAS. Feel like I’m tightening up in a few places.
Decided to have a day off Friday and train Saturday instead of training 5 days in a row. Will probably keep this setup from here on out for recovery purposes.
Having extra food once a week like a refeed meal or just more of my daily menu on a Sunday.
