Question of the day: How do I make the numbers happen? Small daily stuff.

Like a LITTLE bit more protein (I don't need loads but I DO need to add a bit more)
Having a plan but, if I can, exceeding it. Example plan says 4... if I can do 6 or 8. That saves (or gives) me two spare sessions.
Teeny weeny bit of Tren (Ace probably) towards the back end of the plan.

I'll need to buy the Ace but I have a sh*t load (and I do mean a SHIT LOAD - courtesy of @PSL) of Sus, Deca, Mast, EQ and DBol. Few other bits n bobs

It helps the mindset in that whatever I'm doing right now is less than I did just a few months ago.

It IS a mental shift but one we get to over time. No matter what YOU do now it's still MORE than you did when you first started. I've had to adapt from what once would get your pic in a magazine (600+lbs squats and 100% if 700lbs) to something I do on the way to a bigger number. Back in the day and still a decent number a BIG repped squat was, for me, 400lbs. I'll be using that (and have done before) as a opening set after the bar real soon.

Example: land speed record. Go look at the first one. Tell me the fasted you've been. It'll be 3x as quick as a minimum as a guess. Now ask yourself just how freaked out that first record holder was when he set the record. You'll do more driving to work/beach/shops lol.

Another trick is ZERO fear. If I do the work and it's within my trained ability it'll go.

Even me just looking at a bar or machine and asking... how much can I fit on a bar? Today, using my Cerberus Safety Squat Bar (30kg) will take 11 x 20 rubber covered plates. That's 460. But if I use competition spec 6 x 20 (120) and 4 - 5 x metal 25kg (100-125kg) per side then that means max goes to 480kg to 530kg... now we're cooking

So I strand on scale (at 140kg) and we add the bar... now we max the scale... so we guess it at 37kg. Ish. I then completely ignore all of that and think 20kg/44lbs when loading the damn bar FFS lol

You're a freak @Mobster honestly mate that is a ridiculous amount of plates and from your previous posts I would imagine that bar is heavier/thicker than a standard bar also? I genuinely strive towards your abilities many years down the road. Not many people could shake a stick at you, serious gorilla strength and build💪💪💪💪💪
