The anadrol is making me strong as all hell. The appetite supression is annoying, but managable. Would be great on a cut.

Nothing good has come out of a communist country, and that includes TBOL.

I've tried it, and its so inferior to Anavar or just more test, than i'm suprised anyone uses it.

I haven't really talked about my BJJ in depth. I joined a local gym about 18 months ago. Im a massive UFC, MMA and combat sports fan. I always wanted to try something instead of just being a meathead fan.

Ever since, its been the best fun and a great way to get in cardio and stay "fit" and "athletic". I like being able to "use" my physique, instead of it just looking nice.

You also learn how to fight. I had plenty of BBQ's with the boys and someone jokingly says "That shit wouldnt work on me", that result in a friendly little tussle. Those 99% end up with me putting a friend into an RNC. Its all just fun and games, but its like a little superpower.

Im a blue belt, which is the second in the belt order, which is below;
White - ⬜⬜⬜ > Blue - 🟦⬜🟦 > Purple - 🟪⬜🟪 > Brown - 🟫⬜🟫 > Black - ⬛⬜⬛

The classes are usually 1 hour. 10 minutes warm up, 20 minutes drilling technique, Sparring 30 minutes. Try to get in as many 5 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks as you can.

The obvious difference between Gi and No Gi is in the name. No Gi, you wear a tight sports shirt and fight shorts. You can't grab the clothing, and its more like submission grappling. If you did wrestling in high school, you'd transition pretty fast.

I go paired up with a purple belt during the sparring rounds and gave him the fight of his life. Im open with my TRT use at BJJ, because its an untested sport, and lots of guys are. He was cool about it but joked "I guess this is why that stuff is banned in the olympics". :ROFLMAO:

20mg a day. If i need to dose it any higher than that to get anything out of it, i'd just run anavar.

I've been getting comments on how big i look lately, from family and co-workers. I definately do "feel" bigger. The anadrol does potentiate some intramuscular water retention, so it really does give me that "full" look.

I've always done 3 working sets per exercise. I usually warm up with one or two light sets (i dot track them)

Yeah its a 17.5kg db in each hand.

I have no idea how those instagram chicks do so much weight on them.

You also learn how to fight. I had plenty of BBQ's with the boys and someone jokingly says "That shit wouldnt work on me", that result in a friendly little tussle. Those 99% end up with me putting a friend into an RNC. Its all just fun and games, but its like a little superpower.

Im a blue belt, which is the second in the belt order, which is below;
White - ⬜⬜⬜ > Blue - 🟦⬜🟦 > Purple - 🟪⬜🟪 > Brown - 🟫⬜🟫 > Black - ⬛⬜⬛

The classes are usually 1 hour. 10 minutes warm up, 20 minutes drilling technique, Sparring 30 minutes. Try to get in as many 5 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks as you can.

The obvious difference between Gi and No Gi is in the name. No Gi, you wear a tight sports shirt and fight shorts. You can't grab the clothing, and its more like submission grappling. If you did wrestling in high school, you'd transition pretty fast.

I go paired up with a purple belt during the sparring rounds and gave him the fight of his life. Im open with my TRT use at BJJ, because its an untested sport, and lots of guys are. He was cool about it but joked "I guess this is why that stuff is banned in the olympics". :ROFLMAO:

The Gi-Class has some differences. You can grab the clothes and its the more traditional version of BJJ. Im not as good at the Gi class, but i still hold my own. I dont go for the Gi-Chokes as much, i sort of still fight like under the no-gi ruleset but instinct.

Yea that's so true. Better to just keep doing what you're doing and when you're an older dude with a lot less going on in life you can think about it.

It was fun though, bit more casual and fun, less grinding my teeth to dust and seeing stars.

Chest and bi workout looks good. With 50's on the incline db press I'd expect at least 10-15 on each side of an Olympic bar for curls though 😁

Nice work on the shoulder press! I found once I got to 40kg+ DB's I started to get a bit scared of injury! So I moved to the machine or use the smith machine.

Going camping with the boys this weekend, so one last push before a couple days of fishing, drinking and relaxing.

I’ve meal prepped a ton of chicken, rice and broccoli, not because I want to be healthy over the trip, I just don’t have to have to cook anything 🤣

Got a little put through the wringer this session. Got paired up with some absolute bruisers and basically got tossed around.

I gave my all, and worked up a great sweat but you can’t win them all.

i think the hgh and insulin definitely amplify the effects of the AAS.

500mg of total anabolic load doesn’t really mess my health up, and the hgh and insulin can be a more primary growth driver.

The android definitely makes you super strong, so I expect strength to level off.

Feeling super refreshed after a couple of days relaxing with the lads. The boys gave me a ton of shit for eating chicken and rice all weekend. I wasnt trying to be healthy, i was just being lazy. While those idiots had to clean equipment, i just threw a paper plate in the bin and was done!

One of the boys wanted to test my BJJ skills. Took all of about 28 seconds to take his back and get the RNC. When you know how to wrestle, bjj, kickbox, box ect, you really have a superpower over an untrained person.

I donated blood today, and they check your hemoglobin beforehand. Mine was normal, and i asked the doctor is there is a relationship between hemoglobin levels and hematocrit. He said that generally if your hemoglobin and blood pressure is normal, your hematocrit is likely to be normal. My blood pressure is never higher than 127/80, usually in the low 100's. Good to know that im staying healthy!

I went easy on him and just played with him.

I didnt immediately shoot a blast double leg and dunk him on his head.

Next time I’ll let him start from a dominant position if he’s still brave to try.

Ive always been decently strong, even when I was natural.

I always prioritised being strong in my main lifts, as I assumed stronger means bigger muscles.

I also like getting a pump. So I sort of end up in the training style where I go hard as fuck on compound movements, then get a pump on accessory lifts.

Don’t know if that’s the most effective, but I like it.

I train pretty late at night for that reason. I don’t want to get into other peoples way, and I admittedly get a little roudy when I train.

Maybe because I go to bed pretty soon after, I might skip all the side effects?
