Definitely two camps to this. Pulse is naturally endogenously maxed at night after falling asleep so wake up and giver again fasted. The argument is its best for lipolysis.

Agreed, her back is a freak show and she is as lean as a female can get with that much muscle on her body without plans to step on stage. And grip strength is so important in later life they've done studies where grip strength is a marker for living longer.

I think my calves will look even better once my quads/hamstrings/glutes come back up and give me some better shape again.
My grip strength would honestly be one of my biggest strengths too
I did try a smother on a good friend the other day night but there’s not enough left on my mid section to do it
