Went up to 290 kg without using the rack. I was ready to rep it out. but I’m so pissed the weight can’t go heavy enough, wont fit lol. on machines(a pin for plates is needed and leg press only goes up to 500 kilos which I’m repping for 20 plus lol I think it’s time for a more serious gym)



should translate well to my squat (hoping to get my 300 kg one rep back)



I ended up doing 250 kilos for 12 reps



1x12 250 kilos

Plus leg extensions, seated leg curls, Romanian deadlifts and calf raises.
