I like these exercises mate, a good way to strengthen the muscles and tendons without overdoing it. It’s also cool the way you’ve put the photo’s in like a diagram of your movement pattern. Hopefully you’re feeling well rested for some good deadlifts tomorrow 🩵
Thanks brother. I feel the need to up my log game with different ideas constantly. For this block I will use the pics. The other huge benefit to me with these is I can see what my form is like. I add a couple but my gorgeous media coordinator takes about 50 photos of a lift. I get a good sense of things with these 🩵

Those are some cool landmine variations. I think I'm with you on the lateral. The movement path probably isn't the best for side delts. I'd worry a bit about that rotator cuff with those too.

That rear delt one looks really good. Never even considered doing those but I'll give them a go soon enough

Thats exactly what feels off is the rotor cuff. The path gives a twist that is just not ideal.
Rear delts are good. I am going try from both facing and along side the bar (hard to explain, easy to show) next time the path is just slightly different but in a good way.🩵

**These moved the best they have for years. Coming off the floor well finally. This can be built on. Last time I tried 200kg last year it didn't even go close to breaking the floor. Very happy with this.

Today was important to me. Mentally 200kg has always been that number that proves difficult. Today I blew through it. That's the first time since pre-2020 that I have had it in the air. Last time I even attempted to do 200 it didn't even go close to moving off the floor.
Still weak in the posterior chain and I need to work this hard. Grip is great and my lower back still needs time under tension to get used to these weights. However, given I am 3 days into my first real major cycle ever, those big numbers I crave do not seem a pipe dream now.

Good deadlifts! I did mine this morning. Got up to 160kg for 5 reps. Heaviest I have pulled in a fair while. In my prime my PB single was 240. That was hectic. It is definitely a physical and mental game. I just learnt if it doesnt feel right to stop take my time even hit the roller for a second and go back and reset. Never used a belt either I found it so uncomfortable.
 
Good deadlifts! I did mine this morning. Got up to 160kg for 5 reps. Heaviest I have pulled in a fair while. In my prime my PB single was 240. That was hectic. Today was important to me. Mentally 200kg has always been that number that proves difficult. Today I blew through it. That's the first time since pre-2020 that I have had it in the air. Last time I even attempted to do 200 it didn't even go close to moving off the floor.
Still weak in the posterior chain and I need to work this hard. Grip is great and my lower back still needs time under tension to get used to these weights. However, given I am 3 days into my first real major cycle ever, those big numbers I crave do not seem a pipe dream now.

200kg deadlift raw overhand grip... nice!! Don't think I could manage that after all those heavy singles. I'd have switched to mixed grip for sure by that point. Very strong grip bro. Perfect form too.

Not at all now. Very comfortable with it now. Mixed grip would scare the shit out of me now. Be so paranoid I would definately tear something trying to prevent doing exactly that 🤣🩵

EQ - Starting to really see the individual benefit of Eq now. Harder, tighter muscles. E2 must be in total control as my skin is the best it has been for a while. Does blunt the Reta food suppression a bit though. In control but food intake is up.

Daily thoughts
Was a rest day of sorts. Had a nice lunch down at one of our favourite places before getting into some serious hamstring training. I have never targeted my hamstrings properly in strict form ever and it really is a major weakness. I have deluded myself long enough now I think and will be specifically targeting them for at least 6 months and probably closer to 12. If I can bring them up I can increase my squats and deadlifts significantly, and I need to if I want big numbers over the 3 lifts. Today was the start of this.

Deca - Easy pin today in right delt. Just loving how the Deca makes my joints feel and the strength gains I am getting. Not one mental side for me on nearly 500mg pw. If anything I am calmer than ever 🤷‍♂️😁.

EQ - Not today.

Dbol - 20mg in the morning, 20mg at midday and 20mg this afternoon 30-45 min before training. Still really like this approach. Will probably stay now. Focus is excellent when I lift.

Overall - Felt on fire today and ready to lift. Dbol had me buzzing with adrenaline. Today proves how well this cycle is already going. My post session recovery is also excellent now as well.

**These moved the best they have for years. Coming off the floor well finally. This can be built on. Last time I tried 200kg last year it didn't even go close to breaking the floor. Very happy with this.

Daily thoughts
Today was important to me. Mentally 200kg has always been that number that proves difficult. Today I blew through it. That's the first time since pre-2020 that I have had it in the air. Last time I even attempted to do 200 it didn't even go close to moving off the floor.
Still weak in the posterior chain and I need to work this hard. Grip is great and my lower back still needs time under tension to get used to these weights. However, given I am 3 days into my first real major cycle ever, those big numbers I crave do not seem a pipe dream now.

Dbol - 20mg in the morning, and 20mg this afternoon 30-45 min before a GHR train. Treating today like a rest day. Like this approach.

Overall - Only early days still but I am loving this cycle. I will get my bloods done in the next couple of weeks and see how everything is sitting. Obviously will share this.

Not at all now. Very comfortable with it now. Mixed grip would scare the shit out of me now. Be so paranoid I would definately tear something trying to prevent doing exactly that 🤣🩵
Yea I'm always conscious of a bicep tear on the underhand arm. Just gotta make sure I don't curl at all. Wish I could hook grip well but my hands aren't big enough I think. Can't get my index finger past my thumb knuckle so I just end up squeezing the life outta my thumb lol

That is where I am fortunate. Hands are big enough to get past that knuckle. So used to it now. 🩵

It was a great day. The RN in me has to know what my blood work is. I probably obsess over them more than I should. Self diagnosis is a curse I try to curb🤣🩵

Squats were free not box for the first time in years. Depth is OK. Still high but not as bad as I thought it might be. Good start to the new leg workouts overall.

This was the start of a new leg training regime and it didn't disappoint. It was really tough. Volume was a new thing and I struggled with this. It will get better, but today was hard.
Squats were free not box for the first time in years. Depth is OK. Still high but not as bad as I thought it might be. Good start to the new leg workouts overall.

You're going about the squats perfectly. Just focus on form first and then think about volume. No reason to push it and make old problems any worse. Doing everything gradually with perfect form will get you where you wanna go safely.

Hey if she gets a giraffe you could buy as much gym equipment as you want right?

BP was up this morning which is the first time for months. Could be from yesterdays epic leg program, but will need to be monitored over the next week. A recently reduced BP med may have to be reintroduced to bring it back to better levels again.
Leg day really took it out of me yesterday and I thought I would struggle hard in the gym today. I came through the session really well with only Hammer curls being really difficult.
Tomorrow is thankfully a rest day and I will do a comparison of the first week on this cycle in my log update.

** Really tough. Basically forced reps at the end when strict curls fell apart. Stay on this weight.

**Still had good form and control all the way through these. Did 28 and 26 reps respectively on last sets.

Daily thoughts
BP was up this morning which is the first time for months. Could be from yesterdays epic leg program, but will need to be monitored over the next week. A recently reduced BP med may have to be reintroduced to bring it back to better levels again.
Leg day really took it out of me yesterday and I thought I would struggle hard in the gym today. I came through the session really well with only Hammer curls being really difficult.
Tomorrow is thankfully a rest day and I will do a comparison of the first week on this cycle in my log update.

Dbol - 20mg in the morning, and 20mg at midday and 20mg this afternoon 30-45 min before leg training.

Overall - Body fat is down, strength is up, muscularity is up. Couldn't be happy with all of the compounds and the results. I am so doing this again after TRT and a health phase. Already know that.

** First time I have done these as part of the program and it was really tough. Really had to concentrate to keep form. Depth was OK but needs a lot of work still.

Daily thoughts
This was the start of a new leg training regime and it didn't disappoint. It was really tough. Volume was a new thing and I struggled with this. It will get better, but today was hard.
Squats were free not box for the first time in years. Depth is OK. Still high but not as bad as I thought it might be. Good start to the new leg workouts overall.

Test E - Nice and smooth as usual and thankfully it was given it was in my left quad.

Deca - Same smooth pin into right quad. No pain no issues.

EQ - Not today

Overall - Couldn't be happy with all of the compounds from @Southern and the results I have had so far.
Next cycle will probably be the same with a reduction in carbs so I can lean down a bit more. I will add either Tbol, Anavar or Winny instead of Dbol, just to see the difference. Still see no need to add Tren as yet.
