Yeah bro just using the tren a at 200 mg (front load) to kick things off while the tren e at 300 mg builds up, won’t be keeping both in long term πŸ‘Œ

Test e is now at 750 mg (upped from 500) since transitioning from recomp into bulk, and NPP sitting at 400 mg.

And yeah I’ve run tren with NPP together before, actually like the combo tbh. As long as sides are in check it’s a solid mix for strength and fullness

And 100% πŸ˜‚ not overestimating what the tendons can handle as the strength skyrockets

Those reps are deliberate, just keeping tension on the chest like Ronnie coleman and not dumping it onto the shoulders. Plus not trying to push my tendons too far πŸ˜‚ if I had a spotter I’d lock out more but being able to rerack it is the goal lol
