Thanks bro. I may or may not have spent 2hrs over the week working on this ๐Ÿ˜… but it's worth it. Putting the most into this I can and supporting those who support me ๐Ÿซถ
 
After this one I'll be back to simple bro.

Considering my cycle following this one may only be 12 weeks to line up for my pre prep stage it will be very simple
Great update & very detailed as always :)

Iโ€™ve not personally used Insulin Glargine. But it can be a useful tool during a heavy surplus period to reduce pancreatic demand. The positive is that it is long lasting/ injected once daily so even 5-10iu can ensure thereโ€™s some circulating insulin in the blood stream.

I think you should be FINE without it at your current intake, output, and lean-ness (fasting BG looks good). But it would be worthwhile having a1c tested during your planned 8 & 16 week blood tests to see where you stand at each stage as the surplus progresses.

HIIT cardio and reducing or removing HGH are also more โ€˜naturalโ€™ options for improving insulin sensitivity in surplus phases.
Do you plan on removing or reducing Reta eventually? If optimising nutrient partitioning is the goal, then the delayed gastric emptying wonโ€™t be doing anything to aide that.

No I actually plan on keeping it in permanently, my diet is set up in a way so that things are more dence then high in volume.

An example of this is 100 of my carbs comes from 2 Abe's bagels. Converting it to rice as an example would be close to 400g cooked rice off the top of my head. So if all 550* carbs was rice that sheer volume wouldn't work with the reta.

From what I can tell between the Mito peptides (injectable and oral) what partitioning is slowed by the Reta is still in the negative (impact wise) if the Mito stack wasn't in play I believe the Reta's partitioning slowing would be causing harm at its current dosage. And If that were the case I would lower its usage to 0-2mg weekly depending on what happened result wise.

Ever since I got clean (just after COVID) my hunger has always been ravenous. Being a slut for a good charcuterie board as well didn't help before my fitness journey.

Don't get me wrong I would still destroy some of these (in moderation) but I believe that is also part of the reason with out meaning to my "fat" is always so low when it comes to dieting for growth or cutting.

(Favorite form of fat is cheese or processed meat) if you didn't gather that ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚

Between my initial breakdowns at the start and the "week in review" I'm putting everything on the table so that if this 6 months yields amazing results it could be replicated by others in the future.

Or if some aspects are not worth it (like DSIP) after I've just ran a vial People can make their own call if they see any value in it at all
 
No I actually plan on keeping it in permanently, my diet is set up in a way so that things are more dence then high in volume.
An example of this is 100 of my carbs comes from 2 Abe's bagels. Converting it to rice as an example would be close to 400g cooked rice off the top of my head. So if all 550* carbs was rice that sheer volume wouldn't work with the reta.
From what I can tell between the Mito peptides (injectable and oral) what partitioning is slowed by the Reta is still in the negative (impact wise) if the Mito stack wasn't in play I believe the Reta's partitioning slowing would be causing harm at its current dosage. And If that were the case I would lower its usage to 0-2mg weekly depending on what happened result wise.
Ever since I got clean (just after COVID) my hunger has always been ravenous. Being a slut for a good charcuterie board as well didn't help before my fitness journey.

Don't get me wrong I would still destroy some of these (in moderation) but I believe that is also part of the reason with out meaning to my "fat" is always so low when it comes to dieting for growth or cutting.
(Favorite form of fat is cheese or processed meat) if you didn't gather that ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚
True re: the carb volume! Bagels are a smart move. Cooking rice using rice milk vs water is another hack Iโ€™ve heard of. Iโ€™ve had no prob re: food volume since I donโ€™t use a GLP1โ€ฆ if appetite becomes an issue when food gets really high (not everyone is a fan) but low-dose Metformin has worked a treat for me & is a great tool to have in the toolkit (only mentioning it since I know you have it included in your previous post) ๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm not big on milk I only have 100g of it daily, felt wrong using water with nuturigrain (my little break from Rice Bubble, cornflakes or oats for a few weeks)

Mots c: 1-4mg. For me 1-2mg saw not noticeable difference but the jump for 2-4 did see benifits but also a lot of accumulated stress in the esrly phases of a growth phase.

5amino1mq oral. 50mg-300mg.while benifits were observed at 50mg daily the benifits seemed to cap out at 150mg daily pushing beyond that point seemed to be diminishing returns and just more stress on the body.

nad+: 25mg-100mg mental clarity benifits capped out at 50mg while fat oxidisation was still feeling truly untapped at 100mg.

Slupp332. 500mcg-150mg now this one. Low dosage spread out seemed to have a lot more of a meaningful impact then higher dosages spread. This is the one out of the stack that is staying in as of this point but dosage and schedule is changing to 1x daily 150mg not 3x50mg/daily

All of these compounds have their place but with my growth phase in almost full swing all the extra stress is truly piling up. So they have been pulled for now. Plan on introducing them when it's time to truly strip down again. Or possibly a portion of it being added in or cycles through as needed.

I went all the way up to 1200mcg and saw no benifit with DSIP I think if someone wants sleep assistance and isn't using hgh 1-3.33iu depending on gender is a good start.
DSIP at 1200mcg provided less assistance than 2mg melatonin. It's that or the DSIP I got is bunk good think I don't work with that vendor anymore eitherway

My fat has always been low it's the one macro I've struggled to have high as I don't like "oil" nuts but spread, fatty fish.

Current (going ahead is the bottom one with lower carbs)

Can't see exactly what your cycle is though.
There's a point to that. In my last log when I even mentioned possible cycle numbers people were loosing their shit. If you want to know full dosage and that you can dm but until there is a piviot or major change (ie health phase) cycle numbers are not public knowlage.

I'll give you this much here. Daily for eq is 30mg

Did you notice a difference once you combined SS31 with MOTS-c? These two I'm starting to hone in on in my reading are like peanut butter and jam and go together.

Did you notice a difference once you combined SS31 with MOTS-c? These two I'm starting to hone in on in my reading are like peanut butter and jam and go together.
I didn't notice a difference but my body when I added ss31 was that flooded with mito (as you know)

I believe on paper you should start both at the same time or ss31 first kind of as a hard reset for the body

I just finished a podcast and I mentioned that SS31 can be done twice a year as a 'deep clean'. I tried to keep it as non-scientific as I could for everyone and deep clean was what came to mind. I think running MOTS-c before during and/or after is all fine as long as at least once we get the SS31 in there for 4-6 weeks.

Next time I look at adding the rest of the mito back I'm running ss31 for at least 4 weeks before the introduction of the other compounds
