Do as many building sets as necessary to max out safely. Rest as long as reasonably required.

Huge Session really pushed hard, Hit my goal of Doing 40kgs for Incline DB , spent 5 weeks on the 37.5s before being able to progress. It was touch and go getting in position but once i got the 40s up each rep was clean and controlled.
