The size is coming up nicely and evenly and your still staying lean after all the burgers, schnitzel, and fries

@Freki I hear you on the pants thing. Back in the day I remember getting fitted for a nice suit and they had to adjust the pants because my quads and hamstrings were so huge they could not fit at the proper size.

Lacked energy most of the session , maybe needed more carbs and also didn't have creatine for a few days.

Nice workout mate. Good weights with 37.5's for incline dumbbell press and 100kg machine press.

40's on incline is getting really serious! Noticed that you have a really big jump before your final set. 27.5's to 40's. I find if I do a jump that big the weight just feels really heavy and squashes me.

Is that a burger with a waffle as the bun? Looks wild!

Nope not at all , i like change. it was titrated up so 7 weeks at that dose, been a great build and very excited to see how much muscle we have built. The health phase and cuts are all real low dosage just maintance i believe

Its meant to be 50% 75% then max set , its def the most challenging exercise to increase so much stability needed

It's funny how so many people are using EQ. Back in the day a lot of people wouldn't use it. You had a group of Forum parrots who would say it was a horrible steroid. Now a lot of people use it. @Freki

Started off the Health Phase with a week of doing keto. It took 4 days to enter ketosis. Did a workout on Sunday which was terrible really lacked the carbs , weights were down 20% , Workout today managed some good progressions, body responds well once in Ketosis, had plenty of strength.

250mg Test E a week
3iu GH each night
2mg Reta a week

I've paused the other peptides just to give the body a break , will bring back the DSIP in tonight.

Will go onto Coach Gainsmans diet
Cals and Macros from Friday.

Couple of Keto meals , key is variety it really is easy when it tastes great
