Health scare update. I mentioned im December a really concerning result for my bloods with bad kidney function. A retest has confirmed all is great and all my other levels were also great.

Not dying, so here to annoy you for longer guys.

I tried dry needling and it actually has healed up about 70% giving the arm some slow rehabilitation and its doing the trick.

While I have you. Im about 79.5kg. My goal was to be 79.00. Im now tempted for 78.00kg. Weight loss is very slow now as im nearing the end.

Should I sit at my weight and grow or keep the cut a little longer?

Becoming as lean as possible is best before you blast onto a bulk or bulk cycle bro. As long as you're losing mostly bodyfat I say you can hit 78kg no problem and just wait it out, don't cut calories too much to rush it and up the cardio. You got this.

Im chasing sharp abs and the tricep horseshoe. Got a PT appointment soon to help. And will do dexa scan to see if im near my 12% bf goal
