Another good workout in the books. My focus is to get a good workout. I want to feel something. Blood work, just waiting on Estradiol now.
Weight seems to be moving in the right direction. Tomorrow will be fasting day. Not along fast. Just 4AM to 4PM. I want to start putting in the habit.

Ordered peptides, I should be able to start the NAD+ and/or SS-31 on April 13th. This will get me thru May, will likely need to order again
depending on efficacy for me. I have no experience with SS-31, NAD+, and PT-141 so just want to see how and what I feel.

Starting to shop for peptides. I would like to start with SS-31 and NAD+ first before the other fat loss agents. Hoping to acquire and start protocol by mid April. I am continuing the Test/Deca at least till mid month before I start transitioning to contest compounds, tren/mast.

Good chest work out today. I need to get into the cut set of mind. I am getting there but I need to see the scale start moving and the conditioning to come in. one step at a time.

Blood work, still waiting on Estradiol and IGF. All others are in and it is good by my standards.
@PrinceDaddy really looking forward to the summer. You're going to have an amazing time. I bet you'll be in lots of shows.

I am still running Test Cyp/Deca 500mg Test and 600mg Deca. I will change things up around April 20. I like my cycle this year. I feel good, no inflammation or water retention, nipple sensitivity is mild.

My adventure today is I broke a test ampule in my hand trying to pop the top. Just crushed it in my hand. There is a first time for everything. Glass and oil in my sterile wipe.

I really want to see the weight drop below 180 by the end of the month as a low. Basically try to range between 177-182. My focus is the waist and tightening up as much as possible.

Blood work is posted.
1) LDL is not where I want it to be, but it is better than my last draw.
2) AST & ALT are always high on me. I work out 7 days a week. I have had a liver ultrasound, it is ok.
3) Blood is thicker Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. Expected on cycle.
4) Test is elevated as should be
5) Thyroid is perfect. no plans for T3 or T4 this year.
6) IGF 249 is the highest I have ever registered, maybe some gains following?
7) Estradiol is out of range, but not by much. I'm not feeling the effects. I am doing an AI.

Lot of watching not panicking in those bloods brother. My AST and ALT are always up a bit as well. I had an MRI last year and my liver was fine as well. Maybe it's an age thing (seriously). Be interested to see how these peptides go. 🩵

I feel like at a certain age, you more easily accumulate subcutaneous and visceral fat. This is due sometimes to poor lifestyle choices. Maybe genetics, maybe environmental exposures. However, most men over 40, even healthy start getting that accumulation. I think this is mitochondrial inefficiency. I think this like a brand new car, everything is awesome in the beginning, but as time passes, the tires wear, the brakes wear down, the engine, etc. Same with the body, you see young kids eat just about anything and not gain an ounce of fat. Lean as a stick and then as adults they start getting a thicker look.

You can diet and suffer and be a cardio bunny, you will lose weight but it is nearly impossible to lose some of this fat. I am not scientist or expert, but my recent observation over last year's prep it was more effective using the fat loss peptides. I feel like muscle loss was minimal as well.

Bodybuilders have absolute 💯 respect with the discipline that they have to undertake to get the stage ready condition. If taking the right Peptides can assist that process then that is awesome, especially as we get older. Brother with your experience and dedication to you craft I am positive you will be in the best condition your have ever been this season 🩵

bodybuilding is suffering for sure :D agreed @PrinceDaddy makes us harder!
Genetics all play a big role thats why fasting clears mitochondrial damage well so do peptides.

My Fridays and Sunday are lighter days. I do not take days off. If I miss a day, I just miss it. Still working very hard to tighten my core. That is my focus for this year. Shoulder feel good. I am noticing as I was stretching an prepping, my front delts overwhelm my rear and mid delts. I wonder if it was the movements. Just noticed how much super sized the front was compared to the mid and rear.

I have been on Reta 2mg weekly since last year. Never went off. I have been regular with BM every morning within the first hour or two of waking up. Last year during prep and my first dosing experiments it was a mixed bag. Sometimes it would come, sometimes not. Did not feel bloating or discomfort, it just would not come. Well, today was one of those, it just did not come. No discomfort or issues. Maybe I am saving up for tomorrow or later tonight.

I hope the weight continues to trend in the right direction. I like it so far.

I don't care so much about the weight in so much as feeling the burn in the intended muscle. Just trying to shape and pop these muscles.

Everything seems to be progressing well. I am automatic at this point. I don't feel like I am suffering. I don't feel like I am in the right mindset yet.
Maybe I waiting for more details to come in. As I see the leg separation, abs, chest vascularity come in it just builds. The leanness.

BAM15 and SLU-PP332 arrived today. Won't use till later in May. Still waiting on the injectable peptides.

My plan for the contest cut anabolic compounds are the following
1) Testosterone (500mg weekly)
2) Trenbelone (100mg weekly)
3) Masteron (400mg weekly)
4) EQ (300 weekly)
5) Anavar
6) Winstrol

Of course there will be peptides as well. I also do use cardarine during prep as well. Will also likely use clenbuterol as well.

The goal is to get as peeled and conditioned as possible.

Literally no different to me except I wandered down the strength and powerlifting path. Now we are just two mature 😉 guys doing our thing, because that's what we want to do. 🩵

I think a sharp 160-165 would be about right, I have put on muscle since then.

Fasting day today. I like my weight trend. I hope it continues. I am 13 weeks out. My weight range is 185-190. I want to be 165 or under July 14th during the weigh in. Ideally, I don't want to have to starve and dry out. I would like to just be there. We shall see. Assuming 2lbs weekly, that is 26 lbs and hopefully a range of 160-164. I want to retain as much muscle as possible. The work is beginning. I will start and document my peptide use starting next week. I will transition the anabolics to the hardening compounds the last week of this month. My brain is shifting into prep mode. I am ahead of schedule compared to last year. (6 to 7 lbs lighter).

Another day of consistency. With the compound transitions it is about to get real. Feel good and I have some weight to lose. The peptides start tomorrow. Plan for the week will be on Saturdays and everyday will document what I am doing. No pinning today.

Good back workout. I am not doing anabolic rage measure as I feel strong but just going thru the motions. I do feel like I am gassing out a bit towards the end. They fixed the plate loaded row machine, but the right handle is not set properly. You can still do it, but the grip feels weird. It is not aligned the same as the left side.

I'll have to get the maintenance guys to fix it. It has been a few weeks, so I only did 3 plates each side. I was previously doing 4 plates. Weight is trending in the right direction, I do worry in years past I seem to do very well late April and something seems to happen in May and I stall. That's when I have to add cardio and additional fasting days. I am hoping to just keep the trend and effort the same. We shall see.

I am going to be much more detailed now as pinning is going to be a daily activity. This log will help me reinforce the plan and stick to it.
The peptides and oral anabolic drugs are going to be daily so get ready for the details.

I am hoping to keep the anabolic injectables to twice a week, but will shift to three if necessary especially if I am exceeding 3ml per injection.
Tomorrow is the test/deca pin so I will detail then. Once I finish this Deca vial I will be transitioning to EQ. I may split between the two towards the end of the month. My philosophy this year is less is more. So, not 600mg Mast, maybe 300 or 400. Things of that order....

Today, I pulled the reta 2mg vial and only have 3 units. So as planned, I took the 2 Tirz 15mg vials and reconstituted each with 0.5ml bac water and then combined them into one vial. So the end result is a Tirz 30mg vial with 1ml bac water. I did 10 units or 3mg combined with the leftover reta.

I also took my SS-31 10mg, reconstituted with 1ml of water. 10 units or 1mg daily for the next 10 days.

I don't feel anything as of yet, but today is day 1, by end of week I should have an idea of what it is doing. Right now I like my dosing, I am very regular on the BMs in the AM. Hoping it remains similar with Tirz.

Of course with these peptides I do worry whether the compounds are accurate, real and dosed properly. Is there an evo approved US source that has all the compounds? Feels like you have to search around and take your chances with these peptide sites. A lot of them are out of stock sometimes or only carry a few items.

I still have plenty of fat to lose. So, I am ready to see conditioning come. I am trying to keep fruit in for the moment. In years past I have pulled fruit. I am getting used to green bananas and trying to have one before I go for a walk. I know as banana ripens it turns into sugar. I figure the greener banana is better for me (more fiber and micronutrients). i also like to have some watermelon when I get back from the walk. It hydrates and here in Texas you feel depleted walking in the heat. It will start up soon here.

Good leg workout this morning. I do feel like I am stronger. More quality reps. My squat depth on the higher end is not low enough but the weight is not shaky on the back. Also the eccentric is slower. I also do slow air squats and sissy squats on a wedge. I feel like it helps with mobility and flexibility. I don't want to be one of those old guys doing the old guy walk.

Dose 2 of 10 on the SS-31 1mg. Can't say I feel anything different as of yet. Not sure as I will as I will only run one vial to prep for the MOTS-C next. I don't feel any odd effects from the Tirz. Normal BM to start my morning.

I took my Tues dose of Test Cyp 250mg and Deca 300mg. Many thanks to @domestic-supply.com for providing the wet compounds for the early phase of my cycle. The results have been real and the bloodwork confirms the efficacy. Bodybuilding is an expensive sport and any assistance is greatly appreciated. Old guys like me need the reading glasses to make sure we dose correct and also pick the correct vials. Can't see small lettering. No worries with ampoules either.

I am eager and ready to transition to the hardening compounds. I can see the current wateriness of the test/deca. Once the masteron/winstrol is introduced the muscle bellies get a nice tighter look. i can see the outlines and some muscle bellies with the pump, but I have fat to lose.

I'm excited to watch the body change. That is bodybuilding.

I would like to see a sub 180 weight measure by the end of the month. I will keep grinding to get there.

These are great updates brother. Damn, the reading glasses statement is so accurate 😂. I can't see the lines on the syringe without mine at all. Also getting to the point where I might pick up the wrong compound without them on. 🫣🤣🩵

I did start the NAD+. Reconstituted with 5ml. Took a dose of 50 units or 5mg. Did not feel much of anything. I've read that you should feel an energy burst. None here. I don't know that I like injecting 50 units in one dose. I was planning on doing 5mg twice a week?
@LevButlerov Would it be better to just dose 10 units every day and do 1mg, or is that too low?

Posting a picture of my current peptides. Not going to post the source as the labs are the source. Interesting that the NAD+ comes in a larger vial.

Seeing a lot of guys using that NAD, and also I like your setup on the cycle. 300 mg DECA. You'll get a lot of appetite increases on it, so it'll be a good yin and yang effect. @PrinceDaddy

I can say for sure I am feeling the Tirz 3mg finally. It is very similar to the Reta. Basically, I do get hungry and eat and I do have a sweet tooth, but I don't overeat. The big change with both GLPs is there is a stopping point. So, a flavored Greek yogurt later in the evening post dinner as dessert. In years past without the GLP, I could easily eat 2 or 3. With the GLP, it usually is just one. You just get satiated faster.

For the NAD+, No noticeable effects so far.
