Thank you! I’m super keen to grow and improve what I have!

I’m really loving the MOTS-c too! At first I did feel a little lethargic but that subsided after a few days. Mild injection site irritation when first introduced too but again that subsided after a few weeks. Throughout my prep stamina and recovery were great, even in the final weeks of prep I felt I had the capacity to do more so it’s definitely a favourite for me
