Well guys no update over the weekend since it was just a couple rest days. Today was a great day. Had a solid bench and cardio session. Strength is feeling great. Very noticeable difference between my lifts now and when I started. I am honestly really surpised.

My weight is actually up to 236 today but as I've said before I am not concerned with weight, just the way I look and I am making some great progress there.

Subbed in too man. I feel ya on the coaching aspect. I also coach LB's but running backs and felt hypocritical about telling them to stay in shape and push it through our workouts. They can see through the bullshit ya know? Good work and keep crushing it.

yes i did... your last updates are talking about taking more rest days and saying you have a lot of stress in life... im not calling u out just saying keep updating good or bad! anything is helpfull imo
 
I have always taken the same amount of rest days... 1 to 2 days per week- Sometimes Saturdays and I always take Sundays off. That hasn't changed at all through my entire stack or even before that. As far as stress goes, I am extremely busy, but that is part of life. I think I alluded to the fact that I was busy and had a lot going on but definitely not stress. I dont get stressed. Probably one of the most laid back guys you would ever meet. Either way, busy or not, I never let it affect my training. Always waking up at 5am to hit it hard. Thanks for checking out my log. I have about a week left now.

Had a great day of training today. Very solid workout with some overhead press. I was able to hit my old 1 rep max for a set of 6 today! Strength gains from S4 are continuing to sky rocket. I am really excited for next week to see where my total is at after my cycle has finished. I am predicting 20lb increases on all my lifts which is awesome progress in 8 weeks.
 
Yesterday was great. Hit some cardio and killed it as usual on the diet side of things. In my opinion, eating paleo is a great way to diet down because you get so much volume of food while consuming considerably less calories.

Hit a nice workout this morning. PR on my cleans by doing 245 for a set of 3 on my 10th set. Feeling energized and ready to rock the rest of my day. Just finished a really great breakfast from my go to when im in a hurry. Whole Foods. Their salad/hot food bar is a great way to get some quality food when youre in a hurry and didnt have time to cook. Slightly expensive though at $8.50 per pound of food though. Have to pay for convenience!! I will hit anothet strength session this evening during a study break. Gonna hit some heavy squas. Probably something like 10 8 6 4 2 2 2 2 2 2. Sets of 2 being at 90%.

Hey guys still killin it. Sorry it has been awhile. I had to take a 2 week break from social media and forums to focus on school. Been working hard and killing it in the gym. Midway through my mini PCT right now and already excited to jump on a Ox/Triple Stack cycle.
