Well guys no update over the weekend since it was just a couple rest days. Today was a great day. Had a solid bench and cardio session. Strength is feeling great. Very noticeable difference between my lifts now and when I started. I am honestly really surpised.
My weight is actually up to 236 today but as I've said before I am not concerned with weight, just the way I look and I am making some great progress there.

Im not 100% sure what youre asking here... Did you read through my 9 page log?
I have always taken the same amount of rest days... 1 to 2 days per week- Sometimes Saturdays and I always take Sundays off. That hasn't changed at all through my entire stack or even before that. As far as stress goes, I am extremely busy, but that is part of life. I think I alluded to the fact that I was busy and had a lot going on but definitely not stress. I dont get stressed. Probably one of the most laid back guys you would ever meet. Either way, busy or not, I never let it affect my training. Always waking up at 5am to hit it hard. Thanks for checking out my log. I have about a week left now.
Had a great day of training today. Very solid workout with some overhead press. I was able to hit my old 1 rep max for a set of 6 today! Strength gains from S4 are continuing to sky rocket. I am really excited for next week to see where my total is at after my cycle has finished. I am predicting 20lb increases on all my lifts which is awesome progress in 8 weeks.
