@medengines i actually dont suggest metformin or any other insulin drugs broOkay I have a question for you guy's. It's going to take explaning before the question.. Bear with me.
I've been doing my best to try to get myself back in shape/more muscle mass, healthy blood sugar, blood pressures etc.
So with this I set a goal for myself to get off meds and such that I was taking do to my issues.
As you know I was getting my blood sugars managed and pressure have been very good.
Well in my chase for muscle mass lately I've been eating more carbs and introduced more sweet potatoes /rice into my feeding.
Today my blood sugar this morning was 136. It really pissed me off and is very upsetting.
I've seen it mentioned from 69roids and someone else somewhere on the forum that Metformin used for bodybuilders.
My question is would it be sensible for me to get on Metformin again to build up possibly more mass in this chase of mine?
And how does this drug help the body builder?
Or am I going to have to keep the low carb diet and fasting approach as my mainstay ongoing science project?

lets cut your carbs back again and introduce natural insulin lowering supplements, start with 2 capsules of n2slin x with each meal
and lets cut back on the carbs, and get cinnamon extract 1 gram each meal get caps
