Difference with this round of fasting is I feel the same as any regular day.. As in before I'd be little bit trippy like high on something??!!
Now I don't feel that.. Maybe my mind /body are used to being in the state??
My brain knows it though, I do notice I try to pace myself better when fasted.. Try not to kill someone!! on my Burpees and or workouts.. Just trying to be smoother!
