I'll be at 72 hrs(fasted) tonight..
Difference with this round of fasting is I feel the same as any regular day.. As in before I'd be little bit trippy like high on something??!! 🤷🏻
Now I don't feel that.. Maybe my mind /body are used to being in the state??
My brain knows it though, I do notice I try to pace myself better when fasted.. Try not to kill someone!! on my Burpees and or workouts.. Just trying to be smoother!

1st meal@10:00pm
2 soups 4 eggs
Still very hungry
Had to eat something!
2nd meal @10:45pm
Burger patty w/Mexican cheese
Little coliflower rice
Blueberries

The wife ordered me a Ketomojo.. So I've been checking my blood for with it..
At 3.5 this morning.. Fuckin wild shit! 😳

Thanks Lev @LevButlerov for the pushing me brother!.. I'm addicted to this now and it's a perfect positive man!
Currently waiting at the Dr appointment.

Blood pressure was 115 /75 easy money baby 💪🏼😊

Lunch with the wife.. Restaurant it's been awhile!.
Beef chopped steak and beef tatsuda
No rice /extra salad

Meal#2 @5:30pm
T Bone 1.13 oz
Small sweet potato in air fryer.. 1st time with these!
1 egg
Salad
Coffee I didn't drink this morning reheated!

3.5 is HIGH! perfect actually you are burning fat for energy always now @medengines and BP perfection
