very well, we are very similar with alot of thought processes, its nice to be able to have an objective eye though! and thank you big man appreciate the compliment especially from you! :)

just wish my body could tolerate eq (anti e was too strong) as i like the fullness,

hopefully this stays with just test and mast, eventually will be adding in primo i believe, very excited!

@Oracle911 the double is good too just lean the arms back a bit and higher, amazing body and you're making some true progress.

Update, Great Success very nice, as my weight is pretty much the same if not slightly down but i am fuller and leaner (thank you @Liquid Gold Labs) calories have been adjusted slightly.
NTD - 2630 - 200p 300c 70f
TD - 4015 - 200p 680c 55f

TD slightly increased, PED's same training same, everything is working great so far, week in and super happy, also wife is away for next couple weeks overseas for family stuff so im basically just 100 percent locked in bodybuilder and its great haha - slightly boring weekends tho

honestly its super easy for me to hit this due to the carb cycling, thats why we do it, my NTD im hungry, so on my training days it goes down easy, my breakfast this morning was 950 cals and i wasnt even full. if it was contstant 4k 7 days a week i reckon id be in trouble, i also do a tonne of steps, minimum 12k a day
 
Chest Shoulders in the bag, dont mind the weights too much, the incline db only down so much on last week as different movement this week, finally found a bench on a monday, learning gunna train half an hour later htan normal on monday otherwise its too hard to find equipment,

hope all is well :) just doing the basics as of now, no changes to report, will keep updated how estro etc is going, eq now pretty much out of blood, just 400 test 400 mast and gh, nice and simple,

on training days to keep gut moving we want faster moving food, but orange juice i only use at the end of the day like 200ml to mix in my gut health product, cause i dont like the taste haha

if my weight goes down or stays the same we are going to up my rest day food a little bit,

on low days i focus more on fibrous carbs less on fast acting, high days is alot of rice, sourdough, honey, dextrose for intra, sultanas (raisins)

back and bicep last night got a nice little pump, eq has started leaving my system so my crazy poomps arent as crazy at the moment, but thank the great @AE1079 we will be incorporating 20mg var pre workout, (mainly as im a pain in the ass and asked him for more fullness while we drive the food) i really love EQ just my bp and estrogen doesnt, maybe when my test doses are higher i can run it low dose (i hope)

have physio tonight cannot wait, will straighten out my shoulder and then my glutes hammies as well, training below and also attached my bekfast on high day :) helf.

absolute game changer in my opinion, ive been able to drop out my lantus use and grow just as lean on 680c high days

depends what you use it for my friend :) for obesity im pretty sure people go as high as 8mg per week plus!! (how they afford it) I was on 1mg for ages, then 1.5 and now starting with coach 2mg, im more doing it for health and preventative stuff, as i said will update once i get bloods to see what it changes, good thing about it though, stops you wannting to eat shit, but i can still eat my 4k clean cals no problem!

yesterday and end of my NTD day and physio in my kitchen,

also some food porn, visited one of my favorite customers yesterday and they made me my FAVORITE sandwich smoked grilled chicken breast, if any of you are ever in north sydney hit up Bar Lettera, the food is amazing, but even just for the sandwich it is worth, also clean and whole food so worked great for me, woke up tighter again today!

legs tonight, wish me luck!

I had to learn that with my coach trust him and the process as i never had a coach before, it was really hard for me at first, once i did fully trust and took a back seat, my log shows how much stronger ive gotten with his leadership and plan.

@Oracle911 Sounds like you had a good back and biceps session, even with the EQ effects tapering off. The addition of var pre-workout should help with the pump you're looking for, though it's always wise to be mindful of potential side effects. It's good that you're prioritizing physio to address your shoulder and glute/hamstring issues – addressing those imbalances will be key for long-term progress and injury prevention.

nice back session last night as below, REALLY good session, finally put in my 20mg @Liquid Gold Labs anavar pre workout and hoooly shit the pumps lads, i havent used anavar in so long i forgot how good it was, very very happy.

going Interstate for work today wont be back until friday, have a gym setup that ill be trying out when down there, got all my stuff packed shots gh etc etc rest day today, depending on my hotels lighting may take some good photos haha, hope all is well!

nice back session last night as below, REALLY good session, finally put in my 20mg @Liquid Gold Labs anavar pre workout and hoooly shit the pumps lads, i havent used anavar in so long i forgot how good it was, very very happy.

Morning Lads,

back from Canberra now, fucking exhausted haha, that drive takes it out of me, went down there and signed up at a new gym which is really sick, almost noone there and was super hardcore, the owner was oldschool had photos of him with dorian and ronnie and jay on the wall,

anyway did arms thursday and legs last night, now im exhausted and in for some recovery weekend, both legs and arms below, also attached a pic of me from firday morning in my hotel under the goon lighting, thats me waking up after 4100 calories, dry and lean, spoke to coach food will be going up again as my body is a furnace haha

Now back home, weighed in at 83.2kg, heaviest i have ever been at this bodyfat, so technically am slightly leaner than i was at end of 76kg cut, so doing what ive always wanted to do and grow lean.

and this is without pushing super hard, food will go up then PEDs slightly, very very excited, if i can eventually hit close to 90kg with abs i will be very happy. @AE1079 working his magic as always and @Liquid Gold Labs powering this journey,

i may have accidentally taken more than required (20mg) hahaha, put up a little one just for you, the rest my nipples are nippling and i didnt like it haha, will be doing ralox a bit down the track to see if i can shrink it, when my nips are hard you cant tell but when soft i have a little gyno from being overweght as a kid.

Hey lads, some pics from checkins this morning, weight is ever so slighly up 83.2kg,

coach will advise updates from tomorrow, as of now he has told me food on off days will go up, bit more fat, anabolics going to change from masteron to primo, not sure if anything else will change, we want to keep it slow and steady,

let me know what you guys think! waist is still tight if not a bit smaller, everything else to me feels a bit bigger / tighter, still feel decently lean, want to keep around this as we push up food and weight more, long offseason ahead

That's how it should be, growing and keeping if not improving the leanness mean your gaining solid muscles bro, from experience I'll advise you to stay on the leaner side if you can.
I had to drop 13/14kg from the Off-season and it was time that I wasn't growing or at least growing optimally.
Your getting better shape as well 💪🏾

appreicate it brother! nah theres literally zero percent chance i get too fluffy this offseason, diet training and chemicals are far too dialed, even if i have a "cheat" meal which i rarely do, body just absorbs it and im good to go haha, only too lean in the concept that we need to put on a solid 5-10kg of tissue

Hi Team,

hope your all well, just an update from Chest last night, workout itself wasnt bad, just had an off mental day with it, thanks to the @Liquid Gold Labs team keeping me together and pushing me through it, sometimes you forget how lucky we are to be able to afford or have time to be able to bodybuild and we let silly things like work etc get in the way, very easy to do! anyway here is my workout from last night, weights slightly up, but probably due to being tired from work and just long days:

took a little pump shot post workout as well to see how i was looking.

will get checkins back from coach today to see what he is thinking re compounds and food, he has mentioned many times body is chewing through it too quickly and i agree, finally got a BG monitor to make sure that im not running hihg from almost 700g carbs and 6iu gh ed. turns out im not haha photo attached. 3.6 glood sugar, honestly ive never had physical proof about how effective reta is but this is for sure,

when i do my bloods next as well it will show how it influences other markers, anyway, update from me, have a great day everyone :)
