Sleep has improved in the last few days with the addition of valarian root and Berberine before bed.
Had my first little hypo scare the otherView attachment 85311 day only using 3iu +40g of carbs nothing major but I can see how dangerous it could be if I was driving or something but a quick Gatorade fixed me right up.
Weight is up to 98.1kg which is the sort of slow progress I am aiming for. Blast will stay at 350T 400mast 7.5iu hgh provided by @Core Pharma till at least the end of June and I will reassess and potentially ramp it up once winter really starts here and I can get alittle fat comfortably. I like having my e2 quite high the mast keeps my tits flat
Off day today as I am feeling pretty beat up after afew back to back solid sessions and likely still suffering from a minor come down from my birthday on Saturday. Meal prepping some Thai style chicken thighs and a chilli for the next few days of meals.

Mini cut well underway down to 98kg fasted this morning and waist is tightening up well.
Running GHK, TB500 and BPC for the next few weeks to ensure I show up beautiful.
Fasted 36 hours to start the cut, finishing with a fasted back session which was alittle weak but that’s to be expected, pump still good.
About to break my fast with with a brisket fried rice and take a giant insulin nap.
Dosages all the same test 250, mast 450, 7.5iu hgh from @Core Pharma
