Welcome be my first log on Evo. Somewhat new to Evo, have used couple different sources off here but thought I’d help out get GENTEX labs, sus his products. Will be a shorter type of log as I have about 7 weeks before I’m away and also post prep now 4 weeks so mini rebound with test and mast, maybe some anadrol for the fun of it then it’s trt for me. (I coach myself). Pics in bathroom lighting, too dark when I wake up to take pics with natural light.

So far Genetex Laboratories mast e has been smooth no issues, no pip. Switched when it arrived and been daily pins for 5 days now. I am someone to run into some estrogen issues that I can manage so that’d would be the first sign if it was bunk. No issues so far!

Weight - 78kg
Training Experience - I’d say more or less advanced at this stage been at it for a while now
PED/ Cycle History - Used a range of compounds more of the basic ones, not incredibly high but around moderate depending on the phase I’m in.

Goal for this
Reversing cals up and filling out. Rebounding out of this phase (already 5kg up) from show day. It was first prep coaching myself and have holiday soon so it’s really just upping the food, tapering thyroid. I’d like to do a log in my next push which would be more interesting but for now this is where I’m at

Swapped my usual Sunday leg day to today as I’m going to see a mate compete tmw. Prefer to do legs after 1-2 meals. Shoulders, arms will be tmw. Very good quad focused leg day. Still getting back into it, knee sometimes give a bit of pain but pretty good today.

Usually a squat pattern but not sure what I want to use just yet. Probably hack squat

Finished some split squats
Higher volume, low weight cause of my left knee but was pain free today which is a good sign

Good pump overall. Feeling strong. Progressed every exercise

I probably should do cardio but I don’t wanna have eat anymore than I have too 😂. Plus steps less fatiguing, easy on my legs. Be surprised how much u can get away with just increasing your NEAT expenditure

I probably should do cardio but I don’t wanna have eat anymore than I have too 😂. Plus steps less fatiguing, easy on my legs. Be surprised how much u can get away with just increasing your NEAT expenditure

Pull session today. Was very good progressed in most by either weight or reps. When progressing in the gym, take the small wins. +1 rep or +2.5kg, doesn’t need to much progression, just as long there is some progression in every session.
Pre workout atm - 50p/ 132c/ 4f
100g cream of rice
50g whey
100g frozen blueberries
25g coco pops or atm I have chex
1 lcm bar

Weight was 77.5kg this morning so plan to up the food at some point soon if weight isn’t travelling up based on average this week. Will be majority carbs, trace everything else depended on food sources

Another order on the way from GENTEX and will be a week today of using the mast p, also forgot to mention using the MT2. Everything smooth no issues with any products. Any IM I’ve pinned no lumps as do daily shots so happy with that.

Honestly I couldn’t tell u other than I’m still lean. Maybe genetic not sure tbh. I’m 5.5 weeks post comp so probs plays a factor didn’t get fat post comp. Test, mast is what I’m using atm. Variables are tracked sodium, potassium which could be a factor, water intake but tbh only tracked water in prep, just relatively high I’d say

You're keeping very dry, this is very rare even with PROs, great genetics too. @Juicehead55 want to see how you do on stage.

Hahah bro I got some halo from prep and some inj super from idk how long ago 😂 they are really only a if I’m feeling pre workout oral. I like to run anadrol for 4/6 weeks tops. With tren but damn that’s hardcore hahah I didn’t even use tren in my prep 😂 I hate that shit so much hahah love/hate relationship

Again anadrol doing wonders. Weight slowly coming up hoping next 1-2 weeks hitting the 80kg mark. Still dry (mast e from gentex 🙏🏻) and anadrol pumps and fullness also gentex gives a nice dense look.

Hitting legs tmw quad dominant should be a very good session, get back some legs that I might of lost back end of prep 😂 but for now just continuing to progress and get better!

Thanks for that. From physical rehab point of view, what is your care provider telling you for easing back into back sessions? (Don't know how superficial the procedure was in terms of depth) what is your plan to get back to hitting back like a beast again? (When I say beast i mean with little to no regard for your healing)

I had a cyst cut out 4cm cut or smth so not a huge procedure 30mins local anaesthetic. I’ll be hitting back Tuesday so see how that goes 😂 and won’t be going easy! Only real pain I’ve experienced has been a day after just having pressure from a car seat on the wound but other than that it’s pretty sweet

It’s a seated calf but old Cybex your sorta pushing horizontally away from your body. Love that machine
@Juicehead55 it always makes no sense how little guys put into their calves. lower legs is crucial too. i pride myself on my strong calves
 
Hahaha aye hack squat or I do like pendulum but we got a rubbish one atm. I did barbell squat for a while but walking back with the weight is fucked when it gets proper heavy

Thought I’d try something new next few days see if I notice a difference. My good mate who is a super heavy weight bodybuilder and couple other mates run higher potassium in their diet.
Here’s a run down on potassium and sodium for Non training day (1st pic) & Training Day (2nd pic)
Always important to have sodium and potassium in your diet, even better if you’re bothered to track. Bit OCD with it all that’s why I do it 😂

Do a diet update when it’s made and run down of food choices. Definitely try out the heart salt pre especially and post if you aren’t already but see how look goes, weight and performance.

Yeah I really don’t tracked in grams couple weeks from show. Before just 1/4 teaspoon but yeah everyone around me goes for higher potassium.
Feel fuller, rounder so potentially that. Especially yesterday and it was a rest day. Got push today so see how the pump goes
