Well I 100% either lost bodyfat or gained very slowly, I had veins in my forearms and chest/shoulders when I have never had that before, I know a lot of it was muscle because my lifts LITERALLY tripled. It depends because im nowhere near my lean cutting weight as im currently on a cut, which i know you saw in my log, i still have crazy good forearm veins.
I do know what you mean, about x3 weights moved, last year i did 350lb Arnold barbell row from the floor for 12 clean reps, it was fucking awesome.

*Being completely honest, MOST OF the muscle was gained in the legs. Idc how much you believe in proper training or use of steroids, but listen to this, 6 days a week and a 500-1000 calorie strict surplus + 260g of protein a day will give you muscle automatically. Read the log, I didn't miss a day on calories, protein, training etc.
**Plus newbie gains, I could walk in the gym on this cycle and gain 10kg. (hyperbolic ofc, but srsly...)

I actually cut on the same compounds as my push. But towards the end I added 100mg tren AIm doing something similar expect going opposite direction with cutting im doing test/mast/var/winstrol

It’s also not about how much weight you gain, it’s the quality of what you gain mate. Also staying as healthy as you can.
I find HGH very effective if you can afford it.

The last of the Test p has coincidentally been used up which is perfect timing. So now I’m only on 300mg of Test e (until the new cycle). I much prefer longer esters. Not really sure when I started the Test E, I haven’t been keeping track of time so not really sure if it’s saturated in my system or not, but it’s probably close.
As you can see, this is my new training app. Love it! Has so many features and easy to navigate. I set a 2 minute rest timer between sets for everything BUT hacksquat and leg extensions, which I set a 3 minute timer for.
Hip adduction and Hip thrust were low in weights because I was mainly using my left glute. I’ve noticed a huge strength imbalance in my glutes so I’m working on balancing them out.
Yes, there's no DNP or tren in this new cycle and I've got an awesome coach @Gains Man that I'll be doing weekly check ins with and guiding my every move to make sure we are on track for an excellent next 12 weeks. We'll be continuing cutting hard aggressively and then we'll transition into a lean gain phase which there is no doubt I'm excited for. They've seen my dedication over at UGLOZ and I'm happy to say that they will not be going easy on me. 81.5kg this morning, ate pizza and chocolate over the weekend but with that being said I probably didn’t gain a gram of fat since I didn’t eat over 3k calories. Planned that cheat weekend because I was planning on running my final DNP cut with Retatutride. But since that’s been cancelled and I’ve added an extra 12 weeks to my timeline……. Time to do the one thing I never thought it would come to O_O… CARDIO!!! *GASP*..

This was yesterday. I attempted to do the same route today after gym but it gets too dark and I swear I’ve developed cataracts from DNP, so I only got about 223 calories burned today. Tomorrow, I will do the walk before the gym then go to the gym later so I’m not trying to traverse a nature reserve in the dark.
Today was also my last shot of Tren since it isn’t apart of the cycle we have planned out. Keen to see if I’ll notice any difference in my mood, mental and physical wellbeing when it’s truly out of my system. Personally, never really felt much of side effects such as insomnia, anger or paranoia.. however I will ABSOLUTELY admit that it does—for some reason—make you really obsessive over your significant other, I’m not even talking about in a sexual way, just in a personality disordered way. At least for me.
