I cant either i dont want any responsibilities associated with this, typically i will try but after reading it and seeing the reckless nature and age, i dont even know how to help.

I guess from my mindset going into men's physique division, seeing someone at 21 run so much and harsh compounds at that, im struggling to understand why, im 36 and you can combine all my cycles and they dont even come close to what he is running, and im competing at that!

👋 🔉 well now that you said, i actually have photos of me when i was natty and early/mid 20s and i was much mote advanced from a muscle standpoint, that could 100% be genetics based and mutiple other factors, i actually thought what u said in my head with my own experience with lifting, that much gear didnt make sense or match the photos and progression, i say this in the most respectful way possible, no hate or anything, just trying to make sense of all this.

That is so cap and you're just saying that to piss me off, I did a 2 month bulk and went from 77kg to 91.6kg with less bodyfat and tripling all of my lifts,

the log speaks for itself, when im finished with this cut and actually do a 6 month bulk I hope you have that same energy

Well I 100% either lost bodyfat or gained very slowly, I had veins in my forearms and chest/shoulders when I have never had that before, I know a lot of it was muscle because my lifts LITERALLY tripled. I posted a leg press video in the log here. I went from 2 plates to 12 plates and even 14 plates if I continued my bulk.

*Being completely honest, MOST OF the muscle was gained in the legs. Idc how much you believe in proper training or use of steroids, but listen to this, 6 days a week and a 500-1000 calorie strict surplus + 260g of protein a day will give you muscle automatically. Read the log, I didn't miss a day on calories, protein, training etc.

**Plus newbie gains, I could walk in the gym on this cycle and gain 10kg. (hyperbolic ofc, but srsly...)

It depends because im nowhere near my lean cutting weight as im currently on a cut, which i know you saw in my log, i still have crazy good forearm veins.

I do know what you mean, about x3 weights moved, last year i did 350lb Arnold barbell row from the floor for 12 clean reps, it was fucking awesome.

Unfortunately I don’t get those wicked inner arm veins like yours, but the outside of my forearms are crazy when pumped. It shocks me everytime. It’s weird because I’m starting to develope veins in my lower chest and lower abs but I really want the forearms to show up xD. I think they’re too small 🥲

I trian push pull legs most effective training for myself 3 days a week weights 5 days cardio.

I keep all my cycles under 1g Total max id ever go is 1g i believe in diet and training doing the heavy lifting and the gear to be the cherry on top to close the deal.

Ive gone as high as 300g protein and 341g carbs, ive dome a tom of different methods being 36 ive been in the gym since 15 years old, so ive done all kijds of things and ideas in the gym and kitchen.

I didnt start running gear till 2023

Ha that is how i feel about my shins lol, never had veins there before and now im building some really nice ones, i attribute that to the gear, the forearms and veins ive always had even when natty, nust genetic imo.

This is also why I asked about a photo at his heaviest. Most achieve this on a much smaller safer cycles

Test, tren dnp? And you said Anavar. Not sure right now but I assume that’s what you “bulked” on
It was 2 months of 400mg of tren and 500mg of test I bulked on, all of my gains are purely from that. These last months I have definitely not gained anything due to harsh calorie restriction.

Yeah that was my point when I said people had the same sort of progress on less harsh compounds. That’s why I was curious how the physique looked at the end of the bulk

Have a look at my log. I haven’t got before on there as I wasn’t logging. I put on 10kg quality mass in about 13 weeks. Mostly on small doses of test/mast/ primo
Im doing something similar expect going opposite direction with cutting im doing test/mast/var/winstrol

What lift did you gain the most strength on in those 13 weeks? Also no offense, fantastic progress and log, but I gained that 10 kilos in 8 weeks compared to 13 weeks which I think is a good comparison between the effectiveness of our 2 separate cycles. I would say they line up and make sense. You have a total weekly mgs of 715 and I am 900. And im not entirely sure how good hgh is because i have never looked into it. But a great read bro

Lift wise was all fairly even progressive growth.
It’s also not about how much weight you gain, it’s the quality of what you gain mate. Also staying as healthy as you can.
I find HGH very effective if you can afford it.

Tren scares me and i have no shame admitting that, that stuff would make me aggressive and not in a good way, i cant risk treating others around me poorly, i just use milder compounds and work around it, i understand and know my limitations and tren and my personality would not go well, im ok with that, in the end i would rather be a good person in life and not an asshole.
 
I still have a hard time i have ro convert kilos in lbs because im in the states lol, for reference right now im 228.3lbs

Yeah tren did scare me too. But at 100mg it didn’t change my moods at all. Adds insane strength though. I loved using it for a few weeks for the extra help with cutting

I have offen thought it about brother, sometimes my coach tells me, at a certain level of competition i might not have a choice, depending on how far i can go with men's physique.

Only reason I use it is because I don’t feel much until 600mg. However it definitely makes me an obsessive freak with my significant other. Interesting how it only does that 😅

If in the future finances change I would highly recommend it mate. You’re young, don’t fuck yourself running silly compounds. My coach costs me $50 a week. Very worth it to stay healthy and get proper gains

Don’t get the protein supreme from Boost; you would think it would have like 60gs of protein or something but it’s only 30gs!!!! What a waste of precious fuxkinf calories. It tastes really good tho.

For all his faults, a good coach directing a moderate cycle, nutrition and training combined with consistency, I reckon you could outwork a bunch of others on these forums.

Agreed brother. He's shown a lot of determination and has pushed through despite the constant criticism from others but those critiquing him weren't mocking his work ethic - their frustration stems from the fact that he's been given a lot of valuable advice from some very knowledgeable and respected people which he's ignored. If he agrees to fully commit to what his coach has outlined for him, then I'll get things started.

I've already spoken to @Gains Man and he has agreed to bring him on board should this go ahead. Most of the athletes I sponsor are coached by Gains and their feedback has all been super positive.

it is a lousy chemical and has no business in your body. and it sucks as a fat burner. the only people who push it online are selling it. it cooks you from the inside, why in the world would you want to use something like that?

there are far better ways to cut fat. look at the GLP-1's, they are safer and FDA approved for human use.

As much as I hate some of the guys over at UGLOZ, there's a reason I continue over and over again to update them on my progress and to interact with the community. It's because I immediately found myself at home and around people that I knew really did want to help, except I wasn't really interested in their help, I was only interested in their attention and their hatred which only made me more determined and fanatic to prove them wrong. To be honest, Kiwi and AJ have been like a father figure in this community. They were the only ones to stick up for me in subtle ways, like protecting me from being doxed or encouraging people to not try and kill me in real life (lol).

There is no doubt that this opportunity is so extremely generous to the point where anyone who received it, wouldn't hesitate to accept it. I would be lying if I said I wasn't uneasy about my own will being tied down. I have major control issues irl. Moreover, I know that the cycle given to me will be nowhere near as fun.. We are roughly the same ago bro me at 24 being one of the other younger fellas on the forum but just take in everything gains man tells you. Keep the head down and work hard and get some favour in the community. Could end up with a lot of blokes in your corner. Could be an opportunity of a lifetime bro if you just knock the stubbornness and work on yourself, you’re fully setup now. As much as I hate some of the guys over at UGLOZ, there's a reason I continue over and over again to update them on my progress and to interact with the community. It's because I immediately found myself at home and around people that I knew really did want to help, except I wasn't really interested in their help, I was only interested in their attention and their hatred which only made me more determined and fanatic to prove them wrong. To be honest, Kiwi and AJ have been like a father figure in this community. They were the only ones to stick up for me in subtle ways, like protecting me from being doxed or encouraging people to not try and kill me in real life (lol).

There is no doubt that this opportunity is so extremely generous to the point where anyone who received it, wouldn't hesitate to accept it. I would be lying if I said I wasn't uneasy about my own will being tied down. I have major control issues irl. Moreover, I know that the cycle given to me will be nowhere near as fun.. I know this because the boys over at UGLOZ want to see me die at 80 and not 22 xD.

I haven't had the pleasure to formally meet with Gains Man, but a friend of AJ and Kiwi's is a friend of mine. Seriously, having a bodybuilder be your coach for free sounds like Jeff Bezos treatment. I'm extremely fortunate to be given this opportunity and I will fulfill your 12 week plan to a decimal.

Looking forward to working with all of you, and I'm keen to start. I'm also looking forward to probably starting a new log and keeping the updates coming. (even though I just transferred all of this lol).

I just want to make the clear distinction between "UGL OZ" (the business) and your references being in relation to our community (discussion board and group chat). Our team has no ill will towards you - we've always expressed our support and have been happy to offer guidance whenever possible.

Regarding the community, there is no genuine hatred or malice there. No one wants to see you fail or come to harm and any comments suggesting otherwise do not represent the core beliefs or motives of the community. They may have been tougher on you because you often disregarded their advice but their intention was to help - they were just trying to get through to you because they cared. You're still young and were pushing boundaries and taking risks that could have seriously harmed your health - potentially leading to irreversible damage if you continued on that path.

In any case, let's move forward. I'll message you so we can begin coordinating with @Gains Man to structure your cycle and training program. After that's been planned out, we'll send out what you'll need for your cycle.

This has made me very happy to wake up to mate, aj extended a similar offer to me about 2 months ago and it has honestly been life changing. Stick to exactly what you are told to do and you won't regret it.

@playfields will get a new log going, laid out in a nice layout that I’m sure @Gains Man will help with, once the plan has been finalised. I’m sure we’ll all happily follow that and support it when that’s up and going in the next week or so, and it might be a bit easier to figure out than this one.

Correct, I did a short 2 month bulk (2.5k-3.2k calories, 260g protein) went from 77kg (25% bf) to 91.6kg (sameish bf with more veins) with 500mg test e and 400mg tren ace

and now I've been cutting for nearly 2 months and currently 79.4kg (15%-18% bf) tripling all lifts at peak bulk (300mg tren and 300mg test)

unfortunately I've lost some muscle due to being sick for 2 weeks during the cut and I was also abusing DNP at the time (@600mg) while eating 1.5k calories, so not even Tren could maintain the muscle with the lack of protein I was consuming.

The last of the Test p has coincidentally been used up which is perfect timing. So now I’m only on 300mg of Test e (until the new cycle). I much prefer longer esters. Not really sure when I started the Test E, I haven’t been keeping track of time so not really sure if it’s saturated in my system or not, but it’s probably close.

As you can see, this is my new training app :). Love it! Has so many features and easy to navigate. I set a 2 minute rest timer between sets for everything BUT hacksquat and leg extensions, which I set a 3 minute timer for.

Hip adduction and Hip thrust were low in weights because I was mainly using my left glute. I’ve noticed a huge strength imbalance in my glutes so I’m working on balancing them out.

Yes, there's no DNP or tren in this new cycle and I've got an awesome coach @Gains Man that I'll be doing weekly check ins with and guiding my every move to make sure we are on track for an excellent next 12 weeks. We'll be continuing cutting hard aggressively and then we'll transition into a lean gain phase which there is no doubt I'm excited for. They've seen my dedication over at UGLOZ and I'm happy to say that they will not be going easy on me. Will share more about the cycle when it's arrived--which should be early next week.

81.5kg this morning, ate pizza and chocolate over the weekend but with that being said I probably didn’t gain a gram of fat since I didn’t eat over 3k calories. Planned that cheat weekend because I was planning on running my final DNP cut with Retatutride. But since that’s been cancelled and I’ve added an extra 12 weeks to my timeline……. Time to do the one thing I never thought it would come to O_O… CARDIO!!! *GASP*..

This was yesterday. I attempted to do the same route today after gym but it gets too dark and I swear I’ve developed cataracts from DNP, so I only got about 223 calories burned today. Tomorrow, I will do the walk before the gym then go to the gym later so I’m not trying to traverse a nature reserve in the dark.

Today was also my last shot of Tren since it isn’t apart of the cycle we have planned out. Keen to see if I’ll notice any difference in my mood, mental and physical wellbeing when it’s truly out of my system. Personally, never really felt much of side effects such as insomnia, anger or paranoia.. however I will ABSOLUTELY admit that it does—for some reason—make you really obsessive over your significant other, I’m not even talking about in a sexual way, just in a personality disordered way. At least for me :).

Increase protein, you can add 1-2 protein bars for this.
