Update, Rest day last night, but had physio (once a month now as shoulder on the up and up)

as my physio hadnt seen me in person in about a month she could not understand how i had grown so much so quickly, feltgoodman.jpeg, when she was trying to deep tissue my shoulder and traps it was much harder than prior due to more tissue and then when they used the machines at the end they had to use it at a higher level for me to feel it, pretty happy with that notgunnalie

Update from Coach, we have 3 weeks left of blast, getting bloods next week to see how we going and how my body reacts to peak food and dosages, then we can cruise for a bit a clean out food and gear wise give the body a bit of a break.

Currently interstate for work,

legs done and dusted nice interstate workout, love the gym down here super old school really random pieces,

leg extensions 3 sets 15 reps
leg press 4 sets 10 reps
seated leg curl 4 sets 15 reps
dumbell stiff legs 3 sets 15
bad girls 5 sets 15 reps

then some post workout steps on treadmill as got smashed with work today and didnt walk as much also shit sleep, grabbed cheat meal post workout as per coach, put me slightly above my 5k for the day (not going to go mental as dont want to get fat just trying to add a few extra cals on weak bodyparts) will shoot my gh and pass out hopefully for a good 8 hours

insane one today too! from second set of leg extensions - also thing i forgot, wife talked me into grabbing some, ive been wearing compression socks - like the ones you wear on planes - and holy shit the pumps - althought may be in my head have been crazy good,

may also be in my head but my DOMS from legs dont seem as bad, wearing them today again, wore them whlst training too yesterday... hmmm

first we going to clean out, so let body take a break, drop food a little (will still be high for most) then work on tightening up get to maybe 8-9% to be primed for anohter growth phase :)

luckily i stayed quite lean during growth phase, water gone probably few kg, ill be quite lean quite quick, still havent trained all week, woke up today, not feeling like aboslute death so that is a plus and i managed to get like 2800 decent cals in tomorrow, so things are FINALLY looking up, 5 days of rotting haha

Test? Like a body fat test? I never thought they worked tbh I go by coaches eye. ATM tho I’m super flat as haven’t eaten or trained for a week. First day back training tomorrow to get blood moving and first day today eating real food. Dropped from 89kg Sunday to 83kg this morning sat morning. This was the most brutal flu I’ve ever had. It’s going around at the moment bad where I am.

Coach reassured me I’ll bounce back even on cruise just need my glycogen etc to come back. Give me this week and I’ll see how I look. Also check-ins tomorrow as well. Hopefully I’m not completely wasted away haha

Cruising is a good thing but you know 250mgs testosterone and 125mgs masteron with 5 IUS of hgh is more of Bodybuilding TRT+ than a cruise. :D Though I love clients doing it.

bloods will be saturday, then ill do another round in 4 weeks to make sure im on the up and up so we can blast off again :) if i can hold 85/86kg during this holding phase means i put on 5-6kg of tissue which would be amazing and next push we would hope to hid mid 90's but lean,

maybe considering increasing the reta though soon. 2mgs would be better IMO

got feedback from coach this morning, said he wants my body to take a break, focus on getting back in the gym and getting food in,

food will be my old low day calories just flat across so body can recover while still being easy to digest
