Got a little sick this week but its not stopping me. Finally got to train legs after not training them for 5 weeks, felt so good.

Hey guys, quick update.

Very busy weekend. Ate off plan on Saturday as we had a party (photo of food below, was delicious)
Check in with coach Saturday morning, weight only up 100g so he's increased the food slightly. 3361 calories now. Hopefully this will see a slight bit more increase in weight.

Apart from that nothing else to really report, training is solid, all exercises increasing in weight/reps.

Feeling like my arms are starting to get a little more full now that ive got an arms session in, plus bis and tries at the end of push and pull session.

Appreciate all the feedback and replies.

2.1kgs thats a big increase, probably post cheat meal, but I see you look much tighter, bigger legs and tighter abs. :D

Bit more of an update after check in with my coach on the weekend. Another big weight jump of 1.6Kg, probably need to try slow this down so i can hopefully maintain a reasonably lean growth phase. Slight bump in testosterone this week, up to 300Mg from 25Mg. Everything else has remained the same


Original goal was 90Kg reasonably lean, i am currently sitting at 88.2, so I'm hoping the first goal isn't too far away. Ideally id love to finish this push phase closer to 95Kg with as little fat as possible (probably dreaming). As you can see below i haven't blown out yet, still visible abs at the moment.

I have put up a pic for a bit of comparison from towards the end of my last push, similar weight but totally different body composition. (still struggle to pose or take a decent pic)

hello guys, hope everyone had a nice weekend.

Bit more of an update after check in with my coach on the weekend. Another big weight jump of 1.6Kg, probably need to try slow this down so i can hopefully maintain a reasonably lean growth phase. Slight bump in testosterone this week, up to 300Mg from 25Mg. Everything else has remained the same


Original goal was 90Kg reasonably lean, i am currently sitting at 88.2, so I'm hoping the first goal isn't too far away. Ideally id love to finish this push phase closer to 95Kg with as little fat as possible (probably dreaming). As you can see below i haven't blown out yet, still visible abs at the moment.

I have put up a pic for a bit of comparison from towards the end of my last push, similar weight but totally different body composition. (still struggle to pose or take a decent pic)

Bit of an update. Weight dropped 300g this week. Had a very busy stressful week end missed a few meals. However still smashed training. Everything up on last week. Played around with my cycle this week adding 50mg EQ and 50mg deca. So now 300test, 250mg EQ and 150mg deca.

Food has stayed the same? However training has changed a bit. I will update this as I train this week.

After speaking with coach it seems like we’re going to drop deca. I feel it’s effecting me mentally a bit. Also think it could contribute to a bit of lack of motivation. Going to try NPP. I know it’s theoretically the same compound however he’s had success without the same sides as deca.

My lunch pictured below. I eat this as one of my meals every day.
180g beef mince
200g pasta
Basic pasta sauce.
I also put a couple of grated carrots in there

Last couple weeks have been insane with me. Still smashing the training, slight change in diet to help get the extra calories in. I’ve found a new meal I’m obsessed with. Migoreng noodles and chicken (don’t stress I’m not eating it often 😂)

I’m starting to feel a lot better since dropping deca, going to try NPP and see if it gives me less sides. Otherwise I will change to a completely different compound.

Little update. NPP is now in, 100mg per week. Due for bloods in a week-ish so will see how they look. Diet change, up to 3600 calories now. Slowly gaining weight? Up to 88.9kg now. Roughly another 8 weeks left to push. Would really like to get to around 93kg with a decent body comp.
