Push Session from Last night with Matey

kept it simple, shoulder is almost fully healed now but mainy training smart to get as much stimulus as possible

Incline hammer press
5 x 15
Machine Chest press
5 x 15
Machine fly
5 x 15
side lateral machine
5 x 15
Machine Shoulder press
3 x 15
Tricep pushdown
5 x 15

Will have a nice arms session tonight as my legs are still fried from sunday, trained with one of my clients and showed her a bunch of stuff she hadnt trained before and now MY legs were sore haha

and got legs friday night, super keen,

Hows the bp and health markers, mine were shit but I ran waaayyyyyy too much EQ because I'm retarded
honestly, LOVING eq, i think i was right as its a ratios game, i think for me need 2:1 Test to EQ, ive done it at 1:1 and it crushed me nad ruined my bp

now though i think we have it good, will do bloods in 4-6 weeks to make sure internals are good but BP is best its ever been: attached,

also changed my BP meds with doctor for more bodybuild friendly ones, but this is also cause my estro is in range and eq is being used properly, i also get crazy pumps and i know its in my head but i feel wider and fuller at all times even more so than 600mg primo,

will never run primo again or mast really, unless i absolutely have to haha EQ 4 LyF BB

Had bloods that showed borderline low e2 in comparison to my test levels, I was advised "EQ doesn't lower e2 you need an AI"

Took a while before I felt good again, never touched it again hahahaha

i swear we cant tolerate things the same as we get older, when i was first starting out low test high anabolic was the thing to do, and i swear i ran something insane like 150mg test and a gram of eq a week and felt fine, granted i would of had no muscle and no idea what i was doing, the days of the old gh15 hahaha

but yeha especially now with primo basically MIA and mast missing id give it a shot, it took some convincing of coach as you know he hated it orignally but as long as bloods and bp clean on it hes happy, and i feel its way more anabolic than mast or primo at a much lower dose, im literally on 200mg haha i think next week we may up test to 500 from 400 and eq to 300 from 200 so baby increase but at least will really start letting them saturate

@Oracle911 yeah if I do try it again it would be something like 400 test, 100 EQ and get bloods every 4 or so weeks.
100000% thats the way start low and slow, its got a really long half life too so it makes it tricky but i have found so many benefits switching to it that Im just staying positive with it, bloods in 4 weeks to see how its all going internally once it peaks but im sure will be sweet total mg so low

dip machine triceps

dumbell bicep curls

tricep cable pushdown
4 x 15
Bicep finisher incline bench
2 x 15

3 sets of dead hangs wtih straps - trying to stretch out lower back and shoulders, will be doing post workout every session now and working up to a minute hang

Dead hangs saved my back and got it feeling so good. Try to do them every day and you'll start seeing benefits

Pain only came back when I fcked both arms and couldn't do them anymore

Hey brothers sorry been Hektic lately

Am currently overseas and have been killing it. Every day I’ve been have trained. But we here for tattoos so only day we may not train is the day after tattoos.

New plan as per coach am stating a fat loss phase to get nice and lean then start a real growth phase again

Not yet mate :) dropping fat fast just by lowering food. I get absolute minimum 8k steps a day but I average around10 to 12 :)
That step count is perfect, 10 to 12k daily keeps the fat coming off even without hammering cardio. Dropping food a bit while holding that activity is why you’re leaning out quick, simple and effective. :D

literally on holiday right now and average steps are no joke 20-25k a day, still tracking my food calories wise and being smart but we dont have a scale, i can literally see myself getting leaner every morning i wake up haha, good start for a diet pahse if you ask me!

That’s the perfect way to kick off a cut, tons of steps and still managing food without going off the rails. If you’re waking up leaner each day then you’re definitely in a good deficit even without the scale. Keep protein high and once you’re back home and on normal routine it’ll roll smooth into a proper diet phase. :D

also just for shits and giggles, heres a pic of my tattoo completed, done in 6 hours by 2 tattooists at the same time, went into shock a few times near the end but glad i got it done, dont mind the lighting it washes out my midsection as it cant see abs, which i have a i promise haha :)

only problem is now i want to get more of them hahah expensive habit lads!

also have been training every morning without fail, we trained the day we landed and every morning since with my fellow @Capsule Corp Labs team member @TeeGee

monday - chest tri side delt
tuesday - back bi rear delt
wedesday - arms light session as was tattoo day
thursday - shoulders and some bicep
tomorrow friday we may try do a full arm day or soemthing a bt light as we fly out that night

we got some local anabolics so only for this week have been using indonesian anabolics

pharmaceutical test - 200mg (already done my other 200mg before leaving of the goat @Capsule Corp Labs
masteron prop (as was all they had) just 50mg a day for a laugh while here to see if will help dry out, as coach and i are considering adding into my proper stack anyway.

calories same as above for diet phase, drugs may eventually change most likely if change will be all @Capsule Corp Labs

so relatively low doses but just work synergiscally together.

Thanks Brother i feel so too! all ive been really doing is making sure i hit my protein daily and then fill the rest with healthy food, we have maids come to our villa everymorning and make us breakfast fresh with fresh juice then post workout the gym does double scoops proteins for us with coconut water (its amazing) so first two meals already sitting pretty at around 100g prot, then we have 3 more meals to easy hit our numbers,

will put up a few pics of the food soon :)

That setup is perfect, getting 100g protein in before the day even gets rolling makes the rest effortless. Fresh juice and coconut water post training on top of the shakes is a killer combo, easy digestion and keeps you hydrated. With meals lined up like that you’ll never miss your numbers, definitely post pics when you can, sounds like you’re eating clean and covered. :D

Tat came out solid, sitting through 6 hours with 2 artists going at once is brutal so props for getting it done. Training every morning on top of that shows commitment, even on tattoo day you still hit arms which is solid. That little run with pharma test and mast prop while you’re away is a fun add, and your main stack back home looks balanced, nothing crazy but everything plays well together especially with the gh and retatrutide. Keep logging, diet and consistency are doing the work. :D

1 x pancake
1 x fresh pineapple juice

Then I have 3 x black coffees hahaha

Cannot wait to go back already. Sessions have been crazy good considering the heat and humidity. But I’ve been getting leaner daily thanks to doing 25k+ steps a day. And I’m still eating my regular macros as per coach. So good start tot he cut! Hopefully be real lean in 6-8 weeks and blast off again

Cannot wait to go back already. Sessions have been crazy good considering the heat and humidity. But I’ve been getting leaner daily thanks to doing 25k+ steps a day. And I’m still eating my regular macros as per coach. So good start tot he cut! Hopefully be real lean in 6-8 weeks and blast off again
That breakfast looks unreal, nasi goreng with double chicken and fresh juice is hard to beat, and the steps you’re pulling daily explain why you’re leaning out fast even keeping macros steady. Training in that heat will strip you quick, so it’s a perfect setup for the start of the cut. Keep the sessions rolling and in 6 to 8 weeks you’ll be razor sharp and ready for the next blast. :D

We each get home made

1 x Nasi goreng with double chicken breast
1 x pancake
1 x fresh pineapple juice

Then I have 3 x black coffees hahaha

Cannot wait to go back already. Sessions have been crazy good considering the heat and humidity. But I’ve been getting leaner daily thanks to doing 25k+ steps a day. And I’m still eating my regular macros as per coach. So good start tot he cut! Hopefully be real lean in 6-8 weeks and blast off again

bros i like what you doing. @Oracle911 homemade food the best. that some good mix of chicken and pancakes. Back home in Alabama. We used to squeeze fresh fruit.
 
That breakfast looks unreal, nasi goreng with double chicken and fresh juice is hard to beat, and the steps you’re pulling daily explain why you’re leaning out fast even keeping macros steady. Training in that heat will strip you quick, so it’s a perfect setup for the start of the cut. Keep the sessions rolling and in 6 to 8 weeks you’ll be razor sharp and ready for the next blast. :D

back home now but damn it was hard to beat those breakfasts every morning! we managed to get a session in every single day at the gym, and the lowest our steps were were probs 25k haha, the day before i left i was around 89.5kg, weighed myself this morninig for the first time properly since being back and already down to 86.55kg! so this fat loss phase got a great headstart super keen to get lean fast and grow!

86.55kg. Down from 89ish last week. Good start to fat loss phase! Very keen to get lean. Didn’t have any gh whilst away so will imagine I will slowly fill out a bit as it gets back into blood

That’s a solid adjustment, test with a bit of EQ and mast will keep you lean and hard while still dropping fat at those calories. At 3100 on non training days and 3700 on training days you’ve got enough food to hold size, so as the stack settles in you should see condition tighten even more. Looking forward to seeing the training update. :D

Thanks! :) thats the plan for sure, havent had to implement cardio yet, just getting my 10k steps, training hard, look is still changing pretty much every other day, slightly tighter, am sure will have a slight drop in cals soon, 3700 is high my stomach has been a bit weird since getting back from overseas only just getting good now had been messing with digestion,

3700 is a strong intake for right out of prep, no surprise the look is still shifting daily with that food and your steps. Good call not forcing cardio yet, 10k steps keeps things moving without beating you down. Digestion always gets thrown off after travel and post show, once that settles you’ll actually be able to use those calories better, so any small trim in cals later will be easy to handle. Keep driving the weights up while the food is high, that’s where the real rebound growth comes. :D

Low day - 6 per week - 2822 Cal 255p 338c 50f

Good plan, that’ll set you up perfectly for the next phase. Dropping down clean before the cruise makes it easier to hold condition and come back bigger :D

@Oracle911 test and EQ are amazing. 300mgs of EQ is good, you can always increase it to 400mgs and drop the test down a bit.

hey lads

sorry has been a crazy week work wise / life wise, appetite has still been a bit weird and stomach since coming back from overseas, has effected my eating, thank god just started fat loss phase as im just not hungry at all, so instead of my 5 meals have been averaging 4 meals a day around 2200-2300 cals a day, so fat has been falling off, only managed to get 1 day in this week (life got in the way unfortately) food was low but steps and sleep were there so basically was like a little deload week,

weight has been dropping slowly and bodyfat has been falling off have my weekly checkin tomorrow so will be good to see if i got significantly tighter :)

Talk about the kinda feedback you get when working with a coach
with my coach hes very indepth so i get feedback on everything really, we tailor everything and discuss everything that involves each step,

this most recent one was about my appetite and his feedback was basically for us to try and fix my stomach before we push anything, which is good advise, so basically, eating what i can, trying to take digestion aids and work on getting that to 100 percent before we can push any other metrics, health first,as you cant bodybuild if sick
