Strong start to the new log. The 8 kg drop from 82 to 74.8 kg is clean progress, and your setup with 250 mg test E, 40 mg anavar on training days, and clen at 50 mcg daily is balanced for a lean cut without overdoing it, though I would have clen at 20mcg tbh.

At 2100 cals and 4 training days on the PPL split, your macros are in a tight deficit that will lean you out fast before the recomp phase. Keep protein near 220–230 g and hold carbs around your rice and potato meals to keep fullness while staying tight. If you can plan the carbs all closer to training, and make sure you get cardio AM fasted.

Hell yeah il keep an eye out,my grandad use to collect the dead roos on the side of the road on his ute back in the day,I use to help him when I was a little boy,im low key scarred from it never forget the smell,cops use to pull him over be like 'Da fuck',bro was doing a good service though,highway was littered,he use to get em home and boil em up on his farm,he would then feed them to his chickens
He dead ass has super soldier chickens award winning eggs n shit it was tapped out but some of the biggest chickens and eggs id ever seen lol,yeah g abs daily for the win

- rear delt reverse fly pin loaded
- barbell bicep curl
- dumbbell hammer curl
- barbell shrugs

This + the right pre workout carbs resulted in a great pump and some doms today

Push day workout from @Coach S today! Had a different approach to usual as we finish the cut, less food so ultra focussed on control, second pause at the bottom and fire up for all movements
Testing the muscle in a different way, there’s a time to push the envelope and go heavy, and there’s a time to focus on control and tempo, this being the latter.
Good push day, that controlled tempo and paused work is perfect for a cut phase. :D

Trying to my bro!! Sometimes it’s hard as the ego wants to creep in, but check it at the door as they say!

Still sitting at 2100 cals per day, keeping the protein around 160 minimum, carbs and fats vary but a little lower on fats than I could be!

That’s with 250mg 25mcg clen and 40mg var on board so helping a lot with energy levels!
Lately another protocol of mine has been to get 60 mins on the stairs heart rate around 140, this allows me to pig out on some food and keep the same deficit 😂

Getting deeper into the cut has meant I’ve had to taper it back a touch in terms of pushing weight! I’ve always trained heavy but as I’ve matured in the gym I’ve learnt more about doing this at times rather than going full throttle 100% of the time!

Focussing much more on control and even slightly higher reps around the 14-16 mark for some exercises! which is awesome and feels great on the muscle!

Sessions are around 60 minutes right now still hitting the PPL split from coach S! We are going to reassess and look at a new split with some different exercises as we move into this reverse phase, but super pumped for what’s to come! @Coach S

The PT I had for six months had this amazing ability to pick the weight that would get to 12 reps on any machine or weight stack.

I thought it was psychological at first but I kept his 12 rep sets thing up by myself and it was definitely some skill he had. I am glad he convinced be to start with 12, I was pretty keen on the 5x5 idea back then but thing I'll be better prepared to make good use of it when I switch to it later on.

The 12 week cut is over, we ended on 73.5 as the lowest weight, myself and coach decided there’s not need to go further as the goal was to rebuild , reverse and recomp!



So it begins, this week was more of a recovery week, kept the steps up, got some bloods done this afternoon so I’m excited to share those results when they come through!!



Up to 2400 calories and will slowly titrate up to try and keep the physique tight, and man, I can admit I’ve struggled with cravings this week! Have done more cardio to offset eating some extra, and have stayed on target, but man, all that food available now makes me want to pig out 😆



Anyway we won’t! Will update you all on the bloods, will start pushing some more weight as the food/ dosages starts going up!! Keen to build but will keep it slower so we can maintain that aesthetic 🤝🏻🤝🏻🤝🏻

Bloods are in!! While I know some will have opinions myself and @Coach S are very happy with these, did not do them fasted so that is to be considered, remember this is my results from running 250 test, 35mcg clen and 40mg var daily, 60mg for the last week or so, there will be little adjustments to improve these again but nothing crazy

Notably my E was high however 0 side effects from this,

The plan now as we rebuild is to stick with 250 test, up the food slowly and introduce 125mg EQ

Bloods are in!! While I know some will have opinions myself and @Coach S are very happy with these, did not do them fasted so that is to be considered, remember this is my results from running 250 test, 35mcg clen and 40mg var daily, 60mg for the last week or so, there will be little adjustments to improve these again but nothing crazy

Notably my E was high however 0 side effects from this,

The plan now as we rebuild is to stick with 250 test, up the food slowly and introduce 125mg EQ
Pretty solid labs there mate, your liver is barely bothered by the var, nice low GGT, nice HCT too do you donate?

Bloods are looking really good. As long as you feel good then the E2 is all good bro. Really clean results
