Cycle
Great start but doses of testosterone should go up with your masteron/primobolan dose. You will crash estrogen e2 that way. Try going to 300mgs of testosterone 125mgs masteron and 100mgs primobolan.
@AE1079 will add to this with estrogen.

Please share more day to day information with us.

@Mini Hulk 2100 calories is not bad. This is a championship type of diet. I like the 211 protein. That seems to be pretty good.

Hey guys. Hope everyone’s had a ripper start to the week. New low this morning if 82.3kg. Very much victim weight territory now. But feeling very lean.
Everything has stayed the same this week after check in with my coach. Weight is dropping nicely.

I’ve seen a few requests for food photos so I’ll get some up this week. Very boring foods but will still give you an idea.

Been in talks with my coach about possibly competing in 2027, so that’s our aim. Hoping to have a big growth period after a deep cut and see where we’re at. I’ll be 40 by then so will be aiming to compete in masters.

Over the new few months I will be working very hard on my posing (at the moment it’s horrible)

At check in I was at a new low of 82.5kg on Saturday. I’ve now come down to 81.7kg this morning. Weight dropping off and getting very lean now. Still a bit more to go.

Can’t wait for a massive 2026. Time for a big lean growth phase. We will come up with a plan after I check in with my coach on Saturday. Plan is to compete season A 2027. So got some time to get some more size. Came back from holiday a little fluffy. (Photo attached)

Hey guys, happy Wednesday and happy new years. Hope everyone got to enjoy a break. I spent a couple of weeks in Bali, back to reality today 😢

Can’t wait for a massive 2026. Time for a big lean growth phase. We will come up with a plan after I check in with my coach on Saturday. Plan is to compete season A 2027. So got some time to get some more size. Came back from holiday a little fluffy. (Photo attached)

I’ll update my log tomorrow with training and after the weekend with diet changes etc.

Oreo ice cream sounds really good when it's homemade. Stuff is absolutely awful though when you get it from the store. It's full of so much bad crap, it's good that you made it at home. @Mini Hulk

Yeah wow, now you mention it and I’ve looked back there’s been way more progress than I thought. It’s crazy thinking I thought I looked good back then 😂

I’m very nervous about competing, let alone being start of next year. But I trust my coach and I feel he will get me there.

I honestly wasn’t a massive fan of chin ups. But the main reason they got dropped was change of coach, he didn’t program them which I wasn’t complaining about 😂

Yeah I hadn’t thought to look back, I haven’t done many comparisons. Funny to think I’m probably roughly the same weight as a year ago too

Haha yeah pull ups are one of my least favorite exercises.

More of a generalized observation than specific to this member: are people waiting for numbers to be in a healthy range and then going straight into a blast vs taking more time?
I’m not going straight into a blast. Just titrating up slowly. This week I added another 50mg primo to help try bring the e2 down. I’m in no rush. Still making progress on minimum gear

Hey man. Nah not worried about anything. Kidney numbers don’t concern me as I’ve seen a specialist and done all the tests. Seems mine are naturally a little high. Other then that the bloodwork is healthier then when I was natty
