Starting a log as i have been lucky enough to be sponsored by Raptor labs.
Currently no plans to every compete, just trying to be the biggest best version of myself. i have around a month to go in this cut phase.

Cycle
Great start but doses of testosterone should go up with your masteron/primobolan dose. You will crash estrogen e2 that way. Try going to 300mgs of testosterone 125mgs masteron and 100mgs primobolan.
@AE1079 will add to this with estrogen.

Please share more day to day information with us.

primo 200mgs a week won't do much man.

Vigorous Steve micro doses tren at 50mg a week and he has seen really good results even on a low amount, it cam be done and help with gains.

Caught up with coach on Thursday, down 400 Grams and 3MM on the pinch. Currently weighing 83KG. Keeping food and cycle the same, hopefully drop into a maintenance phase in 3 weeks.

you will want to get wide grip lat pulldown machine for 2 sets instead of 3 IMO.

Update from a solid push session, first time using the anavar pre work out, i feel i could defiantly notice the difference.

Session consisted of.

Incline press machine:

Machine Bench (i use an iso-Lateral Plate loaded Machine)

Seated Cable Fly:

Reverse Pec deck:
3 X 12-15

Standing Side raise machine:

Tricep pushdown

2 X Failure

Pics attached, no real change in physique since the last update. Working really hard to try get rid of this last little bit of fat. Caught up with my coach yesterday. Weight down 200G and pinch down 4MM.

Im currently on 2200 Calories 5 days a week and 2400 Calorie 2 days a week.

Protein, berry and oat smoothie

Beef mince
Rice
Mixed veg
Splash of sauce

Second lunch:
Beef rissoles
Veg
Splash of sauce

Dinner:
Chicken thigh
Potato
Veg
Splash of sauce.

Not sure if you guys want to see pics of the meals or for me to go into portion size (happy to hear the feedback here for next time).

Please keep giving suggestions on how to improve, loving all the feedback.

Caught up with my coach this morning. Up 200G but down 3MM pinch. Dropping food slightly and increasing steps for the next two weeks, will then hopefully hit a maintenance phase.

Every morning i have a protein shake/smoothie. Consist of Protein powder, berries, oats and peanut butter.

I have listed my other meals a little further up. I will get some photos of these if you like? I keep food very basic.

Just a quick update. feeling very strong with the Anavar, surprises me how much of an effect it has using it Pre-Workout. This morning i weighed in at 83Kg. The lightest ive been for a while but also feeling very lean.

Been negotiating with my coach for my push phase. Any suggestions on a decent stack you would run to help grow some nice lean size would be appreciated. My plan is to try get to around 95Kg but not blow out.

Had a very solid upper session on Saturday, exercises listed below.

Reverse pec deck
3 x 10-15

Plate loaded shoulder press
2 x 8-12
1 x 12-15

DB Side raise
3 x 12-15

Face pull
3 x 12-15

Face away cable curls
3 x 12-15

Tricep cable cross
3 x 10-12

Singe arm DB Preacher Curl

Tricep overhead extension
2 x 8-12

Photo wise im still looking very much the same. Working hard on learning to pose so i can take some decent photos. All ears with this if anyone has any suggestions to help.

Hey guys, solid week. Caught up with my coach on Thursday, weight stayed the same but down 4mm in pinch again. We have decided one more week of the cut and that will be done. Maintenance for around 4 weeks before reversing into a decent push phase. Obviously depending on how my bloodwork looks.

Update from my posterior session.

Feeling very strong, even towards the end of my cut. Exercises below

Hey guys, solid week. Caught up with my coach on Thursday, weight stayed the same but down 4mm in pinch again. We have decided one more week of the cut and that will be done. Maintenance for around 4 weeks before reversing into a decent push phase. Obviously depending on how my bloodwork looks.

Update from my posterior session.

Feeling very strong, even towards the end of my cut. Exercises below

Lying Hammy Curls

2 x 8-10
1 x 12-15

Hip Thrust Machine
2 x 8-10
1 x 12-15

Smith Machine RDL
2 x 8-10
1 x 12-15

Mag Grip Lat Pulldown
2 x 8-10
1 x 12-15

Seated Cable Row
2 x 8-10
1 x 12-15

Single Arm Plate Loaded Row
3 x 10-12

I also did 20 mins on the stair master, trying to make sure i get the most out of my last week of the cut.

Couple pics below, i went off plan (but within Calories) last night and had a steak (sorry about the dirty plate, steak nearly fell off).

Also had a lunch meeting through the week where i had to eat off plan, pictured below. Pepper steak and fried rice.

Caught up with my coach this morning, very good last week of my cut. down 600G and 2.5MM pinch. So the plan from here is to up calories a little bit (up to 2500) and drop back to TRT dose for around 4-6, depending on bloods. I want to be as healthy as i can before starting a big push. Also wanting advice on what cycle you would recommend for my push phase. Ive kept it basic so far being test/mast/primo. I think i would like to try NPP or EQ. I was originally going to get bloods on Monday however we are going to push that back a couple of weeks.

Below are a couple of photos from this week. I really feel i made the most of this cut, i feel just as big and a lot learner/vascular. Legs have also grown a lot. I will try find some before photos later today for a reference point.

Since starting this log I’ve only lost around 2kg, I started this towards the end of my cut. Kept getting leaner tough even with little weight loss.

Cut finished now so I’m excited to see how far we can take a big push

Your BF % looks very similar to mine presently, so I was curious (starting pics anyway) I estimated I’d have about another 3-5kgs to lose before abs are visible like yours! Ahhh doesn’t feel so far out of reach now 😂

You’d be surprised how quickly the abs come as you get leaner. I’ll check out your log bro. Keen to see!

Dropped back to Testosterone only at the moment (250MG) Pinning 5 days a week. Feels so much better not pinning so much oil. New training block this week, ill put my pull session below.

Slightly more food. Up to 2500 Calories from 2200 so thats nice. Even with more food my weight has kept coming down the last few days. 81.8KG this morning. Feeling very small

Ill see coach tomorrow and start planning for the push phase cycle so i can get organized.

As much as I like the strength etc on cycle I do feel better overall on just 200mg a week
