Have you tried behind the back cable curls ?
My daughter insists on being held and she's getting big. Im also not resting it because who rests biceps...
I definitely made it worse by doing single arm barbell curls. Overloaded the flexor I guess.
I massively skip legs so taken this as a sign. Arms can chill for a a few weeks.
