Still nothing to report on the Tren side of things. Did get a little bit of cramping before bed and have noticed I get a bit hotter when digesting meals now.

For reference I always get this sensation where my body is heating up about 40mins to an hour after I eat a meal with a decent amount of carbs in it. I always joke it's like my body is a furnace and I can literally feel it partitioning the food. Since I started on TRT it's been that way and only gets amplified on cycle. If only 25mgs of Tren has me feeling that intensified already I'm in for a treat! Thankfully its winter now full on so cooling off is not a problem lol.

Another solid session in the gym. Made a little progression over last week on a few lifts and matched everything else. I'm really looking forward to that super physiologal feeling again. Counting the days.

I was getting a little shoulder pain during the flat presses, been an ongoing issue. I thought the Y raises would really set it off cuz those types of movements seem the be the issue lately but I was surprisingly ok. Not sure what to make of that. Maybe I need to warm up my shoulders better before hitting presses. Going to try that next chest/shoulder day.

Sleep wasn't great last night. I was getting some coughing fits but I know it's related to the project I'm on at work right now. Rewiring a house that burned down and a guy was sweeping where we were working and that always gets me at night. Something about saw dust or whatever on the floor always hits me in the middle of the night. Hopefully tonight is better.

Bananas are helping huge with my sleep. I have RLS and it sucks. I eat banana 30min before bed, smash 1/2 liquid IV and have zero issues


I hate ignorant people. Played ball my whole life so it was a huge mix of black and white guys on the team. Dont get me wrong. We'd crack some racist jokes at each other but we were all homies for years so a little different. People who are actually racist piss me off. We all bleed the same right.
RLS has something to do with an electrolyte imbalance?

I think my wife has it but she has no problem sleeping lol. He legs move all the time while she sleeps tho. Maybe I gotta slip her from electrolytes cuz it drive me crazy sometimes lol

Interesting. I've often wondered if I'm possibly a bit deficient in sodium for the same reason. I eat similarly to you. Basically a whole food diet. Feels like most of the time I don't hold onto fluids, like it goes right through me. My sodium levels are always in range on my bloodwork.

How'd you figure out you were deficient?

Yea I try my best and if someone ends up getting it they either pushed the right buttons or kept smashing the same one over and over again lol

if you have a potassium deficiency you can take 3 caps of 100mgs potassium prebed, there is no need for high sugar spike before sleep :D @Fusion Canada

Wednesday was a rest day so I didn't have much to report. Recovery was peaked yesterday so it was a great day to introduce @LevButlerov dropset at the end of every movement. I was pretty tired from a long hard work week but I trusted that my body was up too the task. It was a killer workout but I survived and managed to get through the work day today.

Still can't say I'm feeling the Tren yet, but it's only been 2 doses of 25mg so far. Really excited waiting for that sudden shocking boost in performance. Hopefully it hits tonight after dose 3. Pretty tired from working in the cold all day so I could use the help lol.

I have increased my carbs and water intake to account for the Tren. Even though I haven't gotten the performance boost yet I have been feeling dehydrated and I think my blood sugar was getting a bit low later morning at work. I got a head ache yesterday that went away after u ate simethi. Increased my oats in the morning to carry me through and I'm keeping carb snacks on hand.

I keep forgetting to post my meals with my log so here's a couple to catch up.

RLS is a dopamine thing. Like Parkinson’s but not so scary. But it can make people truly miserable.

Involuntary movement while sleeping is also a strong predictor of future Parkinson’s

Hopefully the electrolytes work!

Yea you can cure ignorance. I actually had a similar thing happen to me once to here in Canada. Lady was drunk or fucked up on pills at 8am so you can imagine some of the stuff she was saying. Thankfully we live in a society where that's the exception and not the norm.

My recovery didn't record properly on Wednesday cuz I forgot to finishing my training session on Tuesday night so it messed up the metrics. It was probably low that day tho. So far it's been fine with the Tren. Thursday was insanely good. Scores Iike that only show up once in a blue moon for me.

Lol I'm sure that was discouraging. My last cycle there was a couple weeks on and off where my recovery really slumped for a week. First time was when I really needed a deload. I thought cuz I'm on PEDs I don't need to deload but turned out I did lol. Then around week 15 I hit another recovery slump I couldn't understand, but it was probably time on cycle.

Having a tracker on cycle is a big game changer.

Not gonna lie tho. Literally everyday this week I've been like I could just start pinning ED and not tell @LevButlerov lol. Literally everyday I've had that thought more than a few times. Just negotiating with myself like who would even know the difference haha.

Then I think this must be the stuff coaches hate about dealing with their athletes and I want to be a good student, so that keeps me on the straight and narrow. You know better than me what's best, so I need to just trust the process.

I gave @stevesmi non-patented powerbars a go. I did fuck up tho and forgot to add the oats. I realized after I added the honey on top already so it was too late.

Question for @stevesmi when you say small jars what's a small jar? I got 2 little jars that were 365g each but it made a lot. I got 2 pretty big sheets even with the missing oats lol. Here's a pic on 1 jar

Another dropsetty session in the books. Couldn't do it with the deadlifts and had to protect my shoulder. I figured out that something about my shitty machine press is hurting my shoulder deep in the bottom of the stretch. Need to try and play around with a couple things to improve this or just sell this machine and find a better one.

Still no visit from the Tren fairy just yet. Just usual reps and weight progression. Hopefully I'll get that boost I'm waiting for sometime soon.

Healthwise everything is good so far. No changes worth mentioning.

I'm thinking of upping my test to 80mg EOD from the current 70. I'm using a little Aromasin right now so my thinking is boosting the test a bit since I'm on an AI anyway. I ran 300 on my last cycle but I had primo at 300 as well.

Last night's dinner was ordered in Korean. I got Bi Bim Bap, basically rice beef and egg with a bunch of fermented veggies, and Korean seafood pancake split with the wife.

I'm thinking of upping my test to 80mg EOD from the current 70. I'm using a little Aromasin right now so my thinking is boosting the test a bit since I'm on an AI anyway. I ran 300 on my last cycle but I had primo at 300 as well.

Last night's dinner was ordered in Korean. I got Bi Bim Bap, basically rice beef and egg with a bunch of fermented veggies, and Korean seafood pancake split with the wife.

Another dropsetty session in the books. Couldn't do it with the deadlifts and had to protect my shoulder. I figured out that something about my shitty machine press is hurting my shoulder deep in the bottom of the stretch. Need to try and play around with a couple things to improve this or just sell this machine and find a better one.
i like the drop sets but smart you didnt do it with deads be safe.

Wednesday was a rest day so I didn't have much to report. Recovery was peaked yesterday so it was a great day to introduce @LevButlerov dropset at the end of every movement. I was pretty tired from a long hard work week but I trusted that my body was up too the task. It was a killer workout but I survived and managed to get through the work day today.

Still can't say I'm feeling the Tren yet, but it's only been 2 doses of 25mg so far. Really excited waiting for that sudden shocking boost in performance. Hopefully it hits tonight after dose 3. Pretty tired from working in the cold all day so I could use the help lol.

I have increased my carbs and water intake to account for the Tren. Even though I haven't gotten the performance boost yet I have been feeling dehydrated and I think my blood sugar was getting a bit low later morning at work. I got a head ache yesterday that went away after u ate simethi. Increased my oats in the morning to carry me through and I'm keeping carb snacks on hand.

I keep forgetting to post my meals with my log so here's a couple to catch up.

I did have a bit of a cheat meal last night and regretted it instantly lol. Ate some baby ribs, fine, but then I also at 3 tempura chicken tenders and fries. That a lot of fried food for me and I felt like shit before bed. Didn't sleep well either. Duno why I try to eat a cheat meal every month or so cuz it rarely goes well for me. Thought maybe with the Tren in my system it might be different but I'd say it was actually worse. No more cheats on cycle.

Fat got a bit high yesterday but a lot of that was avocado so it wasn't too too bad.

Woke up to an all time high weigh in. Couldn't believe it actually, and rechecked it a second time. Weighed 195.6lbs this morning and I looked really lean too. Lately I've been hanging out around 191-192lbs so this was a big shock. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

Going to cycle off GH for a couple days starting tonight. I've been steady on now for a month so I think now is a good time to take a couple days off before I start pushing up the Tren.

Yea they were yummy. My wife took a recipe she found and slowly kept changing it over the years and now it's a real banger.


With the Tren @LevButlerov felt it would be best if we slowly increase the dose just to keep an eye on any side that pop up. So this week was 25mg EOD but starting tomorrow I'm going to pin ED.

Im semi lactose intolerant so cereal and milk would be like a colon cleanse for me lol

I got my sleep trackers so I should know pretty quick when something is up. The older I get the more I cannot function on bad sleep. I remember when I was young partying til 2am and waking up for work at 6:30am no prob. Now anything less than 5 hours and I'm doomed the next day

This is basically glycogen recomposition and muscle gains :D @BeMe with the glycogen comes some water retention, not subcutaneous but inside the muscle, increasing anabolism.
Tren does wonders to the body, you see why we shouldn't go high fast?

Yep it's all making perfect sense now. My muscles are noticeably fuller and I look bigger overall. My buddy who hadn't seen me in 3 weeks saw me and said I look way bigger all of a sudden and asked what's up lol.

Wonder why my lifts aren't improving yet tho. Maybe tonights the night.

Who needs PMMA or synthol when there's Tren lol. You got any option on all the Olympia drama with the PMMA injections @LevButlerov

Daily injections of the Tren start tonight. It's crazy how much my body is changing after only 100mg of Tren A. The scale is flying up.

So far nothing else has changed though. Training progression remains the same, no increased appetite, no sides, and sleep is still good. I am having feeling like I need more carbs, or better timing to avoid mild hypo symptoms like headaches or dizziness.

Thanks to @LevButlerov and his advice I'm able to adjust as I go without experiencing any serious consequences.

Training was solid yesterday. Typical progression adding a rep or a little weight here and there. It was the last week of my training cycle. I'm skipping the deload week cuz I had so much time off a little over a month ago. Heading straight into the same training program I used last cycle. I was happy with my results last time so let's see how it goes this time.

Naw I've been doing amrap dropsets at around 70% of the working weight. You wanted me doing 20-25 rep sets?!?! Why do you hate me lol

I'm starting a new mesocycle this week so just need to go with the program for a few weeks and build up on these new lifts. Back on the 5 day split that went well last cycle

Yea it's pretty tough, especially racing to rip the plates off and get back into position lol.

I actually gotta up the weight on the deadlifts cuz my cardio really let me down on that set. I was gasping like I just sprinted or something.

That's understandable with higher rep deadlifts. Anything more than 5 is tough.

Work is beating me down right now. Over a week now of non stop grinding 10-11hr days in the cold. It's taking it's toll. Training has been tough. Running a jackhammer today really aggrivated my bad shoulder and I got a 3inch 20gauge wood sliver in my palm. When I was pulling it out it just kept coming lol. Now I'm bleeding all over my gym ever set.

I started thinkn maybe the Tren has kicked in but I just can't tell cuz I'm so wrecked from work. Still hitting my numbers so maybe I got the Tren to thank for that. Work is beating me down right now. Over a week now of non stop grinding 10-11hr days in the cold. It's taking it's toll. Training has been tough. Running a jackhammer today really aggrivated my bad shoulder and I got a 3inch 20gauge wood sliver in my palm. When I was pulling it out it just kept coming lol. Now I'm bleeding all over my gym ever set.

I started thinkn maybe the Tren has kicked in but I just can't tell cuz I'm so wrecked from work. Still hitting my numbers so maybe I got the Tren to thank for that. thats real hard! you might need to lower the volume as you're doing too much at work imo

yes thats fine as well, but cut volume 30% in terms of sets and stay with higher reps NOT heavy weights
you're working hard you dont want heavy weights to increase inflammation

Many years ago, grabbing it for the cash, I'd do every xmas at 3 weeks back to back and averaging close to 12 hours a day. It WAS a grind

Yea it's the greatest cheat code. None of the grease but still nice and crispy. Sweet potatoes are really good in the air fryer too
