This is a massive win.
I haven’t incline pressed in approx 6 months. Shoulder has been feeling pretty good, so I thought today is the day, lots of warmup sets leading into these work sets.
I was cautious with the weight and volume, so probably an RPE 7.
Very happy, I’ll have 4 plates a side without too much issue in the coming months. Patience will be the key here
