My chest is definitely looking fuller and my wife has noted that my upper back is looking wider while my waist is getting thinner

- Squat 160kg
- Bench 120kg I’m gonna have to stop doing high weight low reps and do low weight high reps to keep my shoulder happy. I think I can still push to failure without Aggravating it too much if I do that
- Deadlift 165kg
Other notable PRs or pumps: The pumps keep getting better
- Overall energy in the gym (1–10): 9
- Cardio performance: I only got teo good cardio sessions in on Saturday for 40 minutes and Sunday (today) 30 minutes on the rower. I realized I actually kinda like that because my back felt amazing afterwards. I plan to hit it whenever I get home from work as many days as I can (if the wife and kids let me)

- Appetite changes: I am definitely hungrier. I upped my Reta to 2mg on Wednesday and I’m considering upping it again. I’ll try to hang out here for one more week then I’m going to 3mg if I still feel this hungry.

-I’m thinking of changing my training program to a mountaindog format (Odinforce) or going with a coach at my gym. I’m gonna try out the mountaindog plan this week to see if it’s feasible.
-I’m also gonna try to get some more photos of my meals to post

Summary of the week:
I spent most of this week fighting this bum shoulder. I still got good lifts in but it was definitely more taxing on the shoulder. Wasn’t happy that I didn’t get enough cardio in but I’m gonna rectify that this week.
