Haha nah like I said was a suspicion I had with the boys on eq and certain aspects hitting so went searching and was funny that , that study almost corresponded perfectly in line with all our sides is why it was so interesting

But after I get pre slin back in will drop coconut water and keep dex it feels a bit less heavy in the stomach 💪💪

I know 💯 my body responds to fats better than carbs always has however I’ve tried to find data on ketosis and protein synthesis vs glycogen

Yes I know glycogen is superior for energy wise to break down muscle but hypothetically if you could somehow put in the same effort whilst in ketosis during workout and running peds what would the rate of protein synthesis be vs full glycogen stores???

Or easiest way to explain this for me cause I’m a word spastic
We all know glycogen stores ra ra ra
Is the glycogen more potent completely running empty or keeping small reserves and topping up?
For reference a glass of water running it completely empty and replacing with all new glycogen or keeping a small bit of it in the bottom of the glass and just refilling

Is the glycogen always the same efficiency??

Doing a week of ketosis getting ketones and body get into autophagy and clean out some cells then get all fresh molecules into the cells and all fresh glyocgen
In my mind it “SHOULD” be a similar effect as a post comp rebound 💪💪

Also guys update ran a case out gastro or food poisoning 2 days ago but on the mend and back to normal now

Keep on this log my guys starting holidays next week and have MASSIVE plan for myself into the new year for a some real growth

Like saying a calorie is a calorie doesn’t matter if it’s fat protein or carbs it’s energy but we know that’s not true ..
imo the ester release would come into effect of the metabolism of the base compound

And @LevButlerov we got 10 months till stage so everyday im counting down and using every single moment I can to the best I can hopefully get enough money saved to get international stage @korea and uk if not this year then def next
