Or easiest way to explain this for me cause I’m a word spastic

Is the glycogen more potent completely running empty or keeping small reserves and topping up?
For reference a glass of water running it completely empty and replacing with all new glycogen or keeping a small bit of it in the bottom of the glass and just refilling

Keep on this log my guys starting holidays next week and have MASSIVE plan for myself into the new year for a some real growth

Now depending on half life eater of new compound is when to time this Protocol for me ..

Most significant is the HIGH FAT run also known as as FAT LOADING
