I'll start aromasin 5mg on monday and thursday and plan bloodwork for the later next week!

In addition to having virgin muscle, I think I injected the oil too quickly; now the light pain has moved to my knee (it's much milder than at the beginning, though), tomorrow second pin i will try to inject it slowly and heating up the oil with a hair dryer.

Used 25g 25mm to inject, this is the injection site fyi.

I just started my first cycle two days and I’m weighing two different philosophies regarding AI management. I’d love to get your take on this.

Baseline Bloods: E2 is at 24.29 pg/mL (Range: <15 - 31.5).

The Strategy Dilemma 😁:

@LevButlerov 🙏🏼suggested that I run a very low dose of Aromasin (Exemestane) from the start (5mg or 10mg split 2 times per week?). I’m definitely not trying to go against his advice, as I highly respect his experience, but I’m curious about the trade-offs and I think this discussion could be helpful for others in my position.

I’m torn between two approaches:

Option 1: Proactive (Start Now).

The benefit would be staying “ahead of the curve,” preventing massive water retention and blood pressure spikes / estradiol raising too much before they even start to do that.


Option 2: Reactive (Wait and See).

The benefit here is self-knowledge. By waiting until Week 4-5 to run bloods without an AI, I would learn exactly how my body aromatizes 500mg of Test.

My Questions:

1. Given my baseline E2 (24.29 pg/mL), do you think 5mg on Monday and 5mg on Thursday (10mg total) is enough to keep E2 in the high-normal range without crushing it? Or is 5mg total per week a better “micro-dose”?

2. For those who waited for bloods on their first cycle: was the “self-knowledge” worth the potential high E2 side effects (bloating, mood, etc.)?

3. When is the most accurate time for these bloods? Is Week 3 too early, or should I wait for the ester to reach steady state at Week 4-5?

I really want to maximize the anabolic benefits of having E2 on the higher side, but I don’t want it to spiral out of control 😅

What's your cycle? I saw at the start of the log you say 250 test and primo. Did you get primo?

I don't see an issue with just going low dose aromasin and then seeing where that leaves you (assuming you don't have primo).

Can you just pin glutes instead? I prefer ventro-glute.

About AI, yes I ll start low dose 10mg a week and see where it brings me!

Never pinned glutes and I don’t have lot of dexterity, but maybe could be a better choice 😅

500mg/week test i'd definitely start with the AI then.

Ventro-glute is more on the side. There's videos on YouTube that show how to locate it.

Hey bro, let your bloodwork be the driver here. Speculating on how you will respond to compounds might do you more harm than good. Especially when it comes to e2, which plays an important role in IGF1 expression, and is neuro and cardio protective.

Measurements you can take proactively to assist your e2:

Keep body composition favorable: Aromatization occurs in fat tissue. The leaner you are, the less you aromatize.
Increase injection frequency: Inject your testosterone daily. Smaller boluses reduce aromatase activity.

** Most importantly ** Cycle methodology:

Start with a conservative dose of test, and increase marginally every couple of weeks UNTIL you run into the undesired side effects (water retention, bloat, skin issues, nipple sensitivity etc.) then pull her back a smidge. Get bloods done.

This is your maximum tolerable test dose and will provide INVALUABLE data for cycle design moving forward.

• 4x Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml (10ml)
• 2x HCG 5000 IU
• 1x Exemestane (Aromasin) 25mg (30 tabs)
• 1x Clomiphene (Clomid) 50mg (30 tabs)
• 2x Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) 20mg (60 tabs totals)


They will be shipped on 5 of January.

DAY 4 - PULL B

Romanian Deadlift 4x8: Week 1 & 2: 27.5kg
TRX/Bar Row 4x10: Week 1: 35kg → Week 2: 45kg
Close Grip Cable Row 4x12: Week 1: 40kg → Week 2: 45kg
Pull-Ups (Assisted) 3x6-8: Feeling lighter, better control.
Leg Curl 4x12: Week 1: 40kg → Week 2: 45kg
Shrugs 3x15: Week 1: 20kg → Week 2: 22.5kg
Face Pulls 3x15: Week 1: 17.5kg → Week 2: 20kg

Next ideas:

  1. AI Strategy: Starting this Monday (Pin 3), I will begin a micro-dose of Aromasin at 5mg per injection (10mg total/week).
  2. Blood Work: I have scheduled a full panel for Week 4 (mid-February) to get the data needed to dial in the AI dose precisely.
  3. HGH Update: I’m bumping the HGH to 4IU starting today. I’m feeling great at 3.3IU, so I’m ready to see the impact of a higher dose on recovery and composition.

Tomorrow I will try my second pin on my ventroglute, let’s see.

Today i did the injection in my upper external glute, let's see next days.. :)

Today's "workout"
30 min cardio, steady state 10 climb 4 km/h speed.
15 mins sauna.

I didn't post my GH vials because i didnt bought them from PSL, but from another source some months ago.. they're basically non-branded transparent vials ^^

Yes, but also group tested with other guys and the results were fine.. especially I bought shit ton of that due to a promotion so now i've it; i will test it with a proper lab test and update you, at the moment it seems working (my hair are growing lot faster, recover is good, and when i went from 2 to 4 ui i woke up with my sleeping hands, as far as i know should be a side effect of GH.. i then went from 2 to 3, and after a while to 4).

I will update you as soon as O will make lab tests!

I've seen that the pain, if i inject in the upper part of vastus lateralis, in the next days drops to the lower side and to the knee, i've read that it could be the oil distributing.

As suggested by @LevButlerov , i'm seriously thinking to add Anavar during the last weeks of the cycle; what i would like to understand (and i'm studying it) is this: will it help just on the dry look or help also to build more muscle?

anavar would be a good move, but go low dose and sublingual will help harden you and dry you a bit, dont go over 20mgs on anavar.

I found the quad to be one of the more painful injection sites, why not try glute, ventroglute or delt?

About yesterday injection i've just little bit of PIP, nothing compared to last week injection so i think the procedure i followed was right.

I've seen that the pain, if i inject in the upper part of vastus lateralis, in the next days drops to the lower side and to the knee, i've read that it could be the oil distributing.

As suggested by @LevButlerov , i'm seriously thinking to add Anavar during the last weeks of the cycle; what i would like to understand (and i'm studying it) is this: will it help just on the dry look or help also to build more muscle?

Anavar will improve your strength in the gym, which should ideally lead to more muscle.

If you grind it up then let is dissolve under your tongue 40 minutes before your workout you'll feel the difference. Its like a pre-workout drink x 5.

If you start getting crazy crippling pumps then add some taurine in or lower the Anavar.

anavar would be a good move, but go low dose and sublingual will help harden you and dry you a bit, dont go over 20mgs on anavar.

What you think about Turinabol?

I found the quad to be one of the more painful injection sites, why not try glute, ventroglute or delt?
Yes I did try, but had the same discomfort on glute, and also had problem to sleep due to PIP (I sleep in my side, don’t ask me why quad injection don’t give me problem to sleep 😅)
I will try ventroglute tomorrow, I found a good video that finally shows how to do the injection on your own.
At this point I just think that it’s a matter of virgin muscle, I followed everything step on trtinjections.

My resting heart rate increased the night of the first injection, while i sleep it went from 63-70 to 70-80, but also when i wake up it's like 100bpm..

My first heart protection is Telmisartan , the pressure is good (today I had 114 - 49 100bpm) and I've read that about the low distolic could be the Aromasin i took few days ago (5mgs), while the BPM was 113 two days ago (before taking the Aromasin) and now it's 100 after i wake up.

What are your thoughts? Is it possible that just 5mgs it's too much for me?

During the next 48 hrs I will monitor morning, afternoon and evening before bed.

Maybe honestly I personally wouldn't worry with the AI. Primo will give you the same effect. A lot.of the pros don't use AI because it's puts unnecessary stress on your body and the primo/mast etc already does a good job of keeping your e2 sides in check. Just keep it on hand if you have any sides then take it.

I like 27g (13mm) for delt but use 25g (25mm) for glute. My favourite spot is definitely ventro-glute.

Something is off there brother. HR is way too high for that BP. A 49 is not a problem, that is the Telmisartan.
Let us know what the next few readings are. 🩵
 
I re-mesaures my BP, too low:

117/52 - 94bpm
101/43 - 94bpm

I will reduce Telmisartan to 20mg from now on and start from there.
I think it’s too much for me at the moment 😅

I’m increasing Taurine but I’m thinking also to stop Reta to decrease the heart rate.

I don’t have any side effect at the moment, I think I will go for bloodwork on Monday to check Hematocrit and E2; I will also do complete bloodworks in 2 weeks.

Any other suggestions?

I don’t know if adding Nebivolol could help, I would stack too many things but I’d like to understand the source of the issue about heart rate.

Maybe by body is just adapting.

BP is good bro, Heart rate is still too high. Bloodwork is absolutely needed to see where some of your principle markers are at. Please log that once you have them 🩵

No it’s really strange, I don’t take anything before the monitoring 🤨

It seems that in the morning the HR it’s much higher, it seems to be caused by a mix of a spike in cortisol when you wake up, de-hydration and many other things..

Obviously my HR is high compared to the average, but I’m also taking lot of things (Reta, GH, Test, Cialis, KLOW..)

I have one thought to share. Today was at a lunch with lot of friends, beautiful atmosphere on the beach, lot of fun, food and bottle of wines, but my desire to drink it’s always less.

When I started to use Reta it blocked my cravings and I think it also affect the wants to drink alcool.
I used to drink a lot but now I don’t mind to avoid it (unbelievable thing 4 months ago), I don’t think it’s just a matter of discipline, but related to Reta.

I heard a lot of people stopped to smoke too due to Reta.

Now i've one syringe (that i used firsts to aspirate) that it's with 1ml of Test.

I wanted to ask if it's risky to use it or not, and if it will last till Thursday..

I will increase Aromasin to 10mg Mon / Thurs, since i think 2.5 it's not enough.

Despite i don't have any side effect (except water retention), Estradiol is really high (148), and also Prolactin.

Also HDL is low.

I've also bought Ivabradin for HR management, took 2.5 before bed yesterday and my HR was 5bpm less than other day, also my Readiness is better.

Any tips?

I'd prob go a little higher with the aromasin. 20-25mg 2x per week.

Sadly this lab has capped results, but obviously the Test is working fine.

I will increase Aromasin to 10mg Mon / Thurs, since i think 2.5 it's not enough.

P5P is generally garbage for lowering prolactin and you need super high doses. I'd focus on sourcing caber ASAP at 0.25mg e3d.

I'm pretty sure my elevated heart rate is due to significant water retention from high E2.

I started taking AI on Thursday (20 mg), then another 15 mg on Saturday. Today I'm taking 10 mg again and will continue with 10 mg every 3-4 days (next dose Thursday), then I'll do bloodwork to check E2 levels and adjust the dosage accordingly.

I noticed my heart rate would spike specifically when lying down to sleep. After researching and consulting with medical resources, I found the reason: it's a form of orthostatic fluid redistribution (similar to what happens in early cardiac preload issues). Basically, when you lie flat, all the retained fluid from your legs/body suddenly returns to your chest, causing a sudden increase in blood volume that the heart has to pump, resulting in stronger/faster heartbeats.. maybe it was obvious but i didn't think about that.

Last night I slept with 3 pillows propped up (semi-recumbent position, about 30-45° angle) so my upper body was elevated and fluids wouldn't pool directly on my chest.

Check out the results: 10 bpm drop in my sleeping heart rate compared to previous nights (from ~84 bpm to 75 bpm).

I'll continue monitoring and update once I get my follow-up bloodwork in about 10 days to see where E2 has landed with the AI protocol.

Also looking to change my workout.

P.S @PSL also added a chargeback balance on my account due to my blood work it's amazing 🤙🤙 but this is tempting me so much to take something else to add to the cycle, maybe some Anavar to use at the end or other injectables? 😁🤔

@LevButlerov Yes, blood pressure is good 120-125 / 65-70 (i'm on Telmisartan 20 mg a day); Aromasin this week will be 10mg Mon / Thurs.

@codezz: I never, buy i've 2 tracking tools that always helped me to manage the sleep: Oura (using that from 3 years) and now Amazfit Helio Strap.
My sleep is and has always been good, i just started to have high HR when i started Test! 🙏

Planning to change my workout plan next week, I want to try a workout I’ve seen on another thread and I like it a lot.

Day 1 – Chest & Triceps
• Bench Press (bilanciere) – 4×6–8
• Incline DB Press – 3×8–10
• Cable/DB Chest Fly – 3×12–15
• Dips (zavorrate se puoi) – 2×8–12
• Tricep Pushdown – 3×10–15
• Overhead DB Tricep Extension – 2×10–12

Day 2 – Back & Biceps
• Pull‑Ups (zavorrate se puoi) – 4×6–8
• Barbell Row – 3×8–10
• Lat Pulldown (wide grip) – 3×10–12
• Seated Cable Row – 3×10–12
• Face Pulls – 3×15–20
• Barbell Curl – 3×8–10
• Hammer Curl – 3×10–12

Day 3 REST / CARDIO

Day 4 – Legs & Abs
• Back Squat – 4×6–8
• Leg Press – 4×10–12
• Romanian Deadlift – 3×8–10
• Leg Curl – 3×12–15
• Standing Calf Raises – 5×12–20
• Hanging Leg Raises – 3×15
• Cable Crunch – 3×15–20
• Plank – 3×max

Day 5 – Shoulders & Traps
• Military Press – 4×5–6
• DB Lateral Raises – 4×12–15
• Rear Delt Fly – 3×12–15
• Face Pulls – 3×15–20
• Barbell Shrugs – 4×8–10

It’s basically the same workout plan of this beast @MarshMonsta, didn’t want to copy/paste but I love it so I’ll be honest, i just did little changes:
  1. Increased little bit the volume
  2. Added face pulls (I like those for posture)
  3. Rep range lowered to focus on strength on the multiarticular
I’m missing the day dedicated to Legs and I’m excited to start this the next week!
Can't wait to see your leg day and you kicking ass. You're spreading the knowledge. These are some great workouts that other people can copy but it's really a strong volume training. @Pepty

Bros, definitely good. I like your leg and ab day. @Pepty and I got a lot of respect that your rest day still involves cardio. That's a real warrior right there.

Worth to start right now with Accutane?
Ive ready that it takes lot of time to fix the issue.. or any other suggestion?

I’ve read that also Benzoile perossido 10% can help?

@Pepty you'll never go wrong with an excellent leg and ab day. That's what I like to see. Just be careful when you're hitting your shoulders. You don't want to overdo it on the military presses and end up tearing a shoulder.

My bloodwork results of today:

Prolactin is now good, E2 still high, it was 148 but after HCG drop and AI 20mg week (i was on 20mg a week) it decreased; i will start 20mg today and thursday and bloodwork again next monday, hoping to not crush my E2 too much ^^'


Today my first day of new workout, super good; wasn't at 100% (woke up early to do blood works, i'm used to train at midday):

Incline DB Press – 3×8–10 – 25 kg
DB Chest Fly – 3×12–15 – 12.5 kg
Dips – 2×8–12 – BW
Tricep Pushdown – 3×10–15 – 17.5kg

Currently i lowered my GH dose to 2ui day, i need to eliminate this water retention caused by E2 but also GH caused me that, so...

e2 still high @Pepty are you sure you taking aromasin correct?
 
Yes i increased to 20mg yesterday and will do again 20mg on Thursday and assess from there Lev, i will do again bloodwork on Monday ( i receive the results same day so i will be able to assess directly on Monday).

I take it with a fat meal (25 - 30 gr of fat are enough as far as i've read).

My doubt is: if i will be in range, will i need to continue 20mg e3.5 days or i should decrease to 10 eod maybe?
