As the title suggest, its time to get big. @R&Dpharma and @Prymal have generously provided me with everything I need to hit a serious gain phase (or bulk if you will) for the next 18 to 20 weeks.

With this ratio of test to eq, i dont need an AI, which is good as i dont like them.

Liquid Oral Dbol - 20mg/ml
Injectable Superdol - 25mg/ml
Anavar Tabs 20mg
I save these for days i really need a kick in the pants. I dont like running orals long term, apart from Anavar.

Injectable L-Carnitine 600mg/ml - I inject 1 ml every morning. Homemade
Injectable Amino Acid Pump Blend - 100mg/ml L-Arginine, 100mg/ml L-Citrulline, 100mg/ml L-Ornithine - I inject this on days i dont feel like an oral but still want a boost.
Injectable Adenosine Monophosphate - 200mg/ml - I inject 20mg (0.1ml) each side of whatever muscle group im training, on days i want a wild pump.

Medical THC (pescribed) - To help with stress, anxiety, mood and relaxation - Vape and Gummies
Training Split:
Sunday - Chest
Monday - Legs 1
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders and Triceps
Thursday - BJJ no gi
Friday - BJJ gi and Legs 2
Saturday - Rest
Macros:
I generally eat pretty flexible and just try to hit my macros. I eat the standard bodybuilding foods, but i like to be flexible.
Protein 250g
Fats 80g
Carbs 495g
Calories 3700
I will adjust these as a go.
