Ive been bouncing around
205-210lbs all week. Last weekend i went out and had some drinks for the first time in awhile. So im sure that didnt help.
Diet hasn't been great had pizza 2 times this week. I didnt meal prep but last sunday i cooked up 10lbs if chicken breast and i eat 2 breast per day with rice for lunch and dinner.
For breakfast i have around 50g of oats with 2 scoops of protein, 5g creatine and 3 tbs if chia seeds.
I have a shake before the gym and a shake before bed aswell.
Gonna go to the store today and get a proper meal prep going for this next week. Although my mom is coming from outta town so not sure how well ima be able to resist her home cookin

I got blood work done monday and im currently just waiting for free test results to comeback. I messed up and didnt notice this test didnt have Lipid panel so ima get that done tomorrow morning.
Depending on results i want to maybe add masteron/tren (
10mg daily or
20mg eod) and maybe some Winstrol to help drop acouple more lbs of fat. I dont really want to lose weight but i think i need to push myself down to around
190lbs before i can push a lean bulk.
Workouts have been solid. Sleep has been solid. Fb and Bp have both been solid.
