Did a lite chest day with my son today and 30 mins incline power walk after.

Ive been hovering around 210lbs so at this point i think sub 200lbs is no longer a reasonable goal 😪.

Ive decided to upped my calories from 2000 to 2500 and see how my body reacts.

Should i discontinue nolvadex or drop dose @LevButlerov ? Joints felt alittle weird last couple days but felt good today.

Correct it doesn't, it only acts as a barrier at the cellular level and doesn't reduce total estrogen levels, but I had a feeling your e2 might be off. Do you still have the joint pain?

Correct it doesn't, it only acts as a barrier at the cellular level and doesn't reduce total estrogen levels, but I had a feeling your e2 might be off. Do you still have the joint pain?
Joints felt good yesterday but not 100% like before nolvadex.
I have Raloxifene aswell .. should i swap to 60mg of that instead?

No no stay the course with the Nolvadex; we'll wait and confirm with @LevButlerov as well. Can you get bloodwork done?

Your gyno looks better now :D I would start to pyramid down on tamoxifen dont drop it so go 1/2 dose @Asthetek23

Damn bro these are very comprehensive bloods and they look really good!

Your iron is low (and ferritin). I just ordered what's in the pic attached if you want to get some too it's good bioavailable iron to get on board which can up your ferritin too.

Your pregnenolone is low which means your e2 may be low as well as I suspected, hence the achy joints (possible cause).

It's good you upped the Test so we can do bloods again in a month if budget allows you?

That was @150mg test c before i upped dose to 300mg weekly.

With your e2 we'll have to be careful running EQ. Bloods will be key using EQ.

It's an amazing source of healthy super high protein algae with bioavailable iron. Worse comes to worse we supplement direct with Proferrin (see pic), a heme iron polypeptide. I'll confer with @LevButlerov's if yours was low enough for that kind of intervention though. The spirulina is probably fine for now.

My mood is always good lol but yea joint pain aint fun so hopefully i can tirade off and not have to worry about gyno( i got it before u even worked out) but will definitely keep an eye on it.

I did start taking an iron supp after blood work but yes ill still incorporate this and make adjustments in a month after blood work

Had a cheat meal yesterday ( mac and cheese bowl from Angry chickz) and jumped up to 212lbs today but im still feeling leaner and leaner. That Gw is really kicking in now I think. My upper obliques are starting to pop so the recomp is looking better and better by the day.

My blood pressure has been on the edge of pre hypertention... how do yall see it? I thought those levels were ideal but I guess not 🤔

Sleep has been great and joints feel alot better since dropping nolvadex down to 20mg daily.

Pre hypertension isn't so bad when you're on cycle bro. If you can manage to stay there it will drop down when you come off.

Your some hoping in for the gun show is awesome! That's really cool you guys are training together. Teaching him some great life skills there. He's gonna thank you come high school when he's jacked and getting all the girls haha

Pre hypertension isn't so bad when you're on cycle bro. If you can manage to stay there it will drop down when you come off.
4-5 readings have been pre hypertension but ty for the knowledge and saying its nothing to be considered about with at the moment 🙏

Bros, I like how you're changing up the doses up and down. Nothing wrong with that. You know your body better than anybody. There's no rule to this. @Asthetek23

The iron pumping that you're doing is really starting to pay off. @Asthetek23 210 lb is really good. I'm glad to hear also that your blood pressure is solid.

Tbh i had 3mg left in vial. Ive been on 2mg for about 2 month and havent noticed much from reta ( not saying its not working) so wanted to see what 3mg would feel like. So far havent noticed any difference at 3mg either.

I'm glad this is working I'm debating hopping on 20mg ED again just to see if that dose messes with my mood like 40mg did

You could drop fats to 80g and up carbs to 240g with your goals.

Awesome bro let's stay at 3mg I think you'll tolerate it fine and you have psyllium but I don't think you'll have any issues. Keep me posted.

Interesting about the gyno reduction. The leaner I get too the more obvious it is... it's a love hate relationship with getting lean.

Honestly morning cardio isn't really an option .... i work in the mornings and the weeks i have my son i take him to school. I really hate cardio too so im maxing out at 30 mins

Im gonna try to adjust my meal preps to bring down the fats.

I definitely look and feel alot leaner.

You can keep anavar in, run for 4-6 weeks, you should be fine - are most of your fats healthy fats?

Sounds like you're recomping nicely. Not suprising given the test and HGH in particular.

With the Anavar, are you training while on holidays? If not I'd stop and then just start again when you get back.

Last Thursday i took 3mg Reta and 105mg Test.
Ive been taking 105mg Test every 2 days but today before I could take my shot i dropped the vial.( brand new bottle)🤦‍♂️😭
I get back from vacation on Monday so not too stressed about it.
Ive stopped taking Anavar but kept taking Gw1516 daily.

Havent tracked any meals and havent even thought anout restrictions either but for the most part have been on a Wagyu diet lol

Been averaging about 15k steps daily
Other than that ive only done 1 super quick bicep workout. Been using this trip to rest my body a bit from training.

Getting back ill restart Hgh, Reta, Klow and Mots-C.

I was planning on getting bloods done as soon as i got back but i think i will wait til next week since im gonna lapse alittle on my test dosages.

@Asthetek23 The nice thing about beef and steak is it's very easy to prep and it won't go bad. It might dry out a little bit, but as long as you keep it in a nice container, you should be good.

In japan they dont even ask you .. every steak is cooked to perfection 🙌
Most places serve steak in a container box like that
 
Food has been great

And i dropped it being careless.. i had it in a travel case made for peptides so it wasnt secure.. when i unzipped it .. it slipped and fell on the tile in the hotel bathroom 🤦‍♂️

Did 2 workouts this week chest Tuesday and Back yesterday. Gonna do arms today.

I'm gonna get blood work done Monday morning. Should i wait to keep taking supplements till after blood work?

Been slacking on the Neutrogena soap and I've had a small acne flair up on my back. Gonna get back to using it like before and hoping it clears back up.

Fb and bp have both been consistently good but ive felt a bit sluggish since coming back from vacation.
Definitely might be from under eating. Gonna get meal prep back up and going this weekend.

Ive been bouncing around 205-210lbs all week. Last weekend i went out and had some drinks for the first time in awhile. So im sure that didnt help.

Diet hasn't been great had pizza 2 times this week. I didnt meal prep but last sunday i cooked up 10lbs if chicken breast and i eat 2 breast per day with rice for lunch and dinner.
For breakfast i have around 50g of oats with 2 scoops of protein, 5g creatine and 3 tbs if chia seeds.
I have a shake before the gym and a shake before bed aswell.

Gonna go to the store today and get a proper meal prep going for this next week. Although my mom is coming from outta town so not sure how well ima be able to resist her home cookin 😅😅.

I got blood work done monday and im currently just waiting for free test results to comeback. I messed up and didnt notice this test didnt have Lipid panel so ima get that done tomorrow morning.

Depending on results i want to maybe add masteron/tren (10mg daily or 20mg eod) and maybe some Winstrol to help drop acouple more lbs of fat. I dont really want to lose weight but i think i need to push myself down to around 190lbs before i can push a lean bulk.

Workouts have been solid. Sleep has been solid. Fb and Bp have both been solid.

Week 16 Update

Happy Sunday EVO Fam


Woke up at 205.8Lbs

Daily- Hgh 4iu  split, Mots-C 1mg, Klow 1.5mg, Gw1516 20mg,
Tadalafil 20mg, Nolvadex 20mg
MWF - NAD+ 50mg
MWF - 105mg Test C
Friday - 3mg  Reta
Anavar- 50mg Pre-workout
Nolvadex- 20mg am daily

Ive been bouncing around 205-210lbs all week. Last weekend i went out and had some drinks for the first time in awhile. So im sure that didnt help.

Diet hasn't been great had pizza 2 times this week. I didnt meal prep but last sunday i cooked up 10lbs if chicken breast and i eat 2 breast per day with rice for lunch and dinner.
For breakfast i have around 50g of oats with 2 scoops of protein, 5g creatine and 3 tbs if chia seeds.
I have a shake before the gym and a shake before bed aswell.

Gonna go to the store today and get a proper meal prep going for this next week. Although my mom is coming from outta town so not sure how well ima be able to resist her home cookin 😅😅.

I got blood work done monday and im currently just waiting for free test results to comeback. I messed up and didnt notice this test didnt have Lipid panel so ima get that done tomorrow morning.

Depending on results i want to maybe add masteron/tren (10mg daily or 20mg eod) and maybe some Winstrol to help drop acouple more lbs of fat. I dont really want to lose weight but i think i need to push myself down to around 190lbs before i can push a lean bulk.

Workouts have been solid. Sleep has been solid. Fb and Bp have both been solid.
