I went away for a long overdue, much needed, long weekend.
I didn't hold back on the food and wine!
It was wonderful to enjoy anything I wanted with complete abandon - although I am paying for it now. Turns out eating the same meals daily for 12 weeks means a long weekend of treats has upset my stomach. Today I was back on overnight oats and not much else while my tummy settles back down.
I did get to enjoy some cheese, wine, and non FODMAP foods with some help from
@RGSX vital gut health and a dose of digestive support after every meal, it definitely helped me enjoy my indulgence to the fullest!

Sleep
I had some late nights and sleep ins over my long weekend, another sweet treat!
I really enjoyed waking up naturally and stress free - and to my own surprise, not too late in the morning!
Coming home my sleep is back to normal with the comfort of my own bed and as of today back to routine.
Feeling
I had a really nice loooooong weekend away and made the most of enjoying myself after the end of this 12 week block.
I got plenty of steps in, and even checked out the hotel gym for a couple of small sessions.
While I really really enjoyed the food and wine, I am looking forward to getting back into my normal exercise and eating routine and after this de-load, really starting to ramp up on my next phase!
