Lovely week training wise. Training is clicking and feeling on. Sleep is getting better slowly as Fuk getting used to the cpap which I’ve been struggling with but have to get used to it to make recovery better. No weight changes 95.1kg on the dot. Now to get that moving but a good rate of gain. 21 kg up from comp weight now
Only adds this week extra iu of novo rapid pre and 4iu post
No other complaints just that it sucks having the best gear in Australia making me grow each week and feel great
