What’s happening Evo Family, I hope each and all of your are doing amazing and holding yourself to a high standard!
Quick update on my end and my mock prep, everything is tracking well and I’m feeling beyond excited to be doing this each day!

Rapid updates:
We’re now 4 week down > 16 or so to go.
Food dropped by 200 calories this week, from carbohydrates as always.
Weight held this week, but this is due to saturation of my androgen load as we swapped primo to eq - conditioning and look improved with a bit of a pop to the muscle again
Took ever so slight progression on all movements this week, this is and will be my major focus though the fat loss prep - performance!
Total AAS load is now 500mg week, and it won’t be going much higher the whole time. Zero use of fat burners or toxic compounds
I’ve got a crazy appetite and my calories get quite high normally so keen to see how this all plays out as we dig deeper each week - not that I mind at all but fun to see how my body responds

Other than that, I’ll have some exciting news to share with evo family over the next week or two as I prepare the final touch’s - can’t thank
