It's officially my last day on cycle and the last day of my training block. I'd say this was a successful cycle results wise, but I don't think I'll be running Tren this way again in the future. I can't argue with the results, but it wasn't what I had built up in my mind as far as androgenicity. Felt pretty mild actually, but the results were great.

The positives were very consistent output and smooth steady gains both in the gym and with my growth.

Negatives, I never got the major sides that get a lot of guys. No trensomnia, night sweats, rage, or anything major like that. The sides I dealt with were my cardio being completely crushed and a feeling of consistent exhaustion for the last few weeks on cycle. The cardio is a big one for me because I'm on my feet all day at work and I've been huffing and puffing like a fat camp kid so much that people have been cracking jokes lol.

The gains were great but the trade-offs weren't worth it for my lifestyle. It's been fun but if I run Tren again it will be low dose as a secondary or third compound in a stack. Never high dose as the main compound again, I think lol.

Nieces bday party ate up Saturday and I had to catch-up on my office work all day Sunday. Didn't even manage to finish and I ran my printer dry by evening when it was time to train. I'm sure next weekend I'll get all caught up...I keep saying that so it comes true one day. Final deload session was fine but I skipped the leg stuff cuz my legs are still cooked from work.

Dinner was a Taiwanese style beef roast. It was a new recipe my wife tried and it turned out amazing.

Yea I'd call it there. I got as high as 212 am fasted but that was only a couple days. 210lbs was pretty consistent for the last 2 weeks. I got so fluff to shed tho for sure. I like to leaner, especially in the summer, so that's the next step.

Progress pics coming this weekend. Gotta shave my chest beard. The Tren really makes the hair grow fast and in all the wrong places lol

Had a tough time keeping up with my logging this week. As of Wednesday I started wiring up a house and I have a few more that are ready to go so I need to push and knock these out fast. Working long days to stay on schedule.

The house is 3 storeys plus a basement so it's been a lot of stairs all day. Pushing the cardio hard on the deload week. Skipped leg training because my legs are completely cooked.

Didnt have time to train until Friday night so I combined 2 deload days together and knocked em out. Just no free time this week. Working so much during the day and falling behind on my night time admin work. Considering it's a deload week I thought my recovery would be good but it's been slumped below average all week and weekend. Atleast my legs feel rested and ready to climb stairs all day again tomorrow.

Dinner Friday night was honey glazed chicken

That sucks about work chewing up all your time. A de-load week not the worst time to miss sessions as there's likely a decent benefit in terms of recovery. Although your whoop says different. I think you mentioned it's usually good at that?

Nice looking meals and big serving of chicken there.

That is an awesome summary of the cycle and how it went for you. Whilst my cardio is low (🤣) the Tren doing that to you really gives me pause on whether to try it at all. I get no such issues with Deca or Eq so I might just sit with those.
That roast looks amazing bro 😋 😍 🩵

Yea it's not good. I keep hoping things are gonna slow down a bit but the work keeps rushing in. So much so that I've actually decided to raise our rates cuz if the demand is this high we're probably under selling ourselves.

My wife gets all the praise for the meals. I always eat what I'm served and I'm very grateful for her
So she studies your macros and everything huh?

Worth a try, my cardio was fine but copped the trensomnia and night sweats.

Best of luck bro. Hope it all goes to plan and you're back on track soon. You'll need atleast a month of consistent use with the peps to feel some improvement for an injury like that.

Also in the future order from one of our trusted sources here on EVO for some piece of mind.
Cheers mate, will do. Appreciate your help man.👍

@BeMe Famous last words. Let's see how this unfold :)

That being said the food your significant other seems to prepare is top-tier. Every meal looks so tasty. Very jealous!

Haha yea the Tren is completely out as of today.

This week we're gonna go just as hard at work and I'm starting my new training split. I'm going to ease into it though, and keep the volume a bit lower week 1. New splits only 4 days too which should give me more time for recovery. Trying a PPL arms split for the first time.
tren is out :D

easy into the new split go slow @BeMe

The way I bulk I'd probably end up looking like a strong man after 2 years lol. Haven't used my weight belt in a while and notice I've almost outgrown mine LOL. I'm ok the last holes and in the middle setting on my pioneer lock

Yea my recovery numbers were slumped last week pretty badly. Trained for real last night and this morning was my first good recovery score in about 10 days. Now I'm confused. I guess I need to push my body extra hard to recover better?

The other thing I'm considering is maybe my new GH schedule isn't working. Going to go back to my old 1 month on a week off and see if that helps.

Yea I would advise stay away given your health history bro. Or just run it low dose and play it safe. Its been so killer on my cardio. I have a lot of work to do just to get back to baseline again. My breathing is worse now than it ever was back when I smoked LOL

Thanks bro. My wife's a blessing in so many ways but her cooking is right up there at the top haha.

I'm glad I ran the Tren in the winter cuz it woulda messed up my MTB season for sure. As it is I'm so far from bike fit right now it's unbelievable. I'm gonna start just riding around my neighbourhood while I wait for the trails to dry up, but it's been raining every single day so I can't even do that

For sure. Just 1 session and I can already tell my strength is down from my peak. Figuring out what my new normal is now. Much higher than my pre-cycle normal tho so that's good

Well I'm officially a TRT guy again...ok sports TRT+

Last 10mgs of Tren Ace went in on Sunday and training yesterday I could already feel the difference. I'm sure my fatigue from work had something to do with my training drop off too, but on Tren the work fatigue changed nothing.

Started my new training split, doing a PPL arms. Never tried a PPL split before so I wanted to give it a go. I've always run whole body, bro split, or upper focused splits in the past so this is a new one. Decided to try a 4 day also and see how it works for me. I'm curious if I'll respond better to slightly less volume given my age or if I'm better keeping the pedal to metal running 5 day splits. Also wanting a 4 day so I can get on my bike and do more cardio to recover what I've lost to the Tren.

I'm keeping some ancillaries in for the time being, and reduced some of the other. I'm dropping the Aromasin and seeing if I can go without it. Three days now and no nipple sensitivity so it's looking good. Proviron has been halved and I'm gonna drop it later this week. I'm gonna keep the cardarine going til I run out.

Kept my training volume low while I get back into it. Also not sure where my numbers are at now. Higher than before but not as high as they were at the end of my cycle. Figuring things out for the first week or two and then I'll start hitting it harder. Gotta relearn some of the movements I programmed because I haven't done a few of them for a long while.

Dinner last night was some homemade Teriyaki chicken. My wife makes the sauce from scratch and it's better than anything I've gotten in a restaurant.

Keep us updated im keen to see how long it takes to get back, like has it actually ruined your fitness or does it cone straight back as the compound leaves the body

TRT++ is more like it bro 🤣. Are you going to drop the deca out? Your wife is an amazing cook. My wife just walked past saw the pic asked whose meal is that, so I told her and the small story....the response was a little jealous 🤣🤣

Good luck on your new workout split. Always good to mix it up ,I always remember Arnold’s quote . (Still looked them up to quote correctly)

“The body is very adaptable. It grows stronger with resistance. If you always do the same thing, your body adapts. You have to shock the muscles.”

“Muscles don’t grow if you don’t challenge them. You have to keep surprising them.”

Hey mate, your gonna need your own special thread just for the awesome meals everyone's mouth watering over that your Mrs makes haha. I make my own Teriyaki Sauce too haha. And im the same mate, none of the sushi places around me tastes as good as mine, without blowing me own trumpet haha. Not sure how your Mrs makes it but I just do the most basic way by heating up 50/50 Mirin and Soy Sauce in a saucepan with a bit of honey until its about to boil and then just let it sit. I store it in the fridge and so it thickens up a bits. I can just eat rice and sauce haha. Helps to have the Mrs backing you up with some good meals after a hard day at work and gym. My Mrs aint much of a cook, I shouldn't really say that haha. Its on the table every night and my lunch is made for work so I shouldn't complain haha. I can't complain tonight anyway. Dinner was.in the microwave when i got home from work tonight. A few marinated pork chops and veg. These marinated chops are the best haha.

My daughter is on her 2nd year studying Diet and Nutrition at Uni at the moment, so hopefully she'll be good in the kitchen. If she can't cook, she'll atleast know whats good for you haha

You dont do a PCT BeMe, you just cruze on TRT mgs until your next cycle? Do you usually throw something small in as well like the Tren or is this the first time throwing the Tren in the mix with your TRT? I guess it would help in keeping your gains. I dont mind the Tren. I was a bit worried the first time i used.it, but Ive been taking 100mgs/week on a cycle with Sus250 and it keeps me lean. 👍

Nice update mate.

Whats the highest you've run test before without an AI or primo?

Surprised you haven't done PPL split before. Interesting to see how you go. I guess adding the arms day in turns it into a slight arms focus since you also hit arms on the push and pull days.

Meal looks awesome!

TRT++ is more like it bro 🤣. Are you going to drop the deca out? Your wife is an amazing cook. My wife just walked past saw the pic asked whose meal is that, so I told her and the small story....the response was a little jealous 🤣🤣
Haha thats how you can make that work in your favour Kopite67. I tell my Mrs if one of the boys brings an awesome lunch into to work that there Mrs made for them. The next day the Mrs goes all out and tries to beat it hahaha. The physiological torment! I should be ashamed of myself 😂😂😂

Keep us updated im keen to see how long it takes to get back, like has it actually ruined your fitness or does it cone straight back as the compound leaves the body
Slight improvement so far, but definitely no where near where I used to be. Got some work to do for sure

Broooo I almost bite my screen looking at this meal getting my final steps for the day in 😂😂😂😂

Love the updates and details as always, nothing makes me happier then a well layered log haha!

How long is the “super” trt phase planed for my bro?
Thanks bro. I'm going TRT probably til the beginning of May then I'm gonna run some Winny for a few weeks.

Yea I think I'm going to drop the deca. I've been toying around with that idea for a while. My joints have been hurting regardless so maybe I need to cycle off for a while then jump back on later. Going to run BPC and TB for a while

Yea I remember those quotes. Woulda had to look them up too to get it right also. It's funny tho cuz that's literal bro science. As far as I've heard there's nothing actually backing that up. It's actually better to maintain the same split for a long while to better gauge your progress. But it's always fun to mix it up and I've been running a 5 day split for a good while and taking an extra day off in the summer will be nice.

Yea this was my first time running Tren and I ran it as the main compound high to see how it would do. If I run it again I'd run it the way you are. Keep it low and in the background.

Having a nutritionist is the family will be really useful. I'm sure she's gonna have you eating lots of kale and quinoa in no time.

That meal you got ok the plate looks great already so your daughter won't have much work to do.

Ya I really wanna bring up my arms. Try to look more like you in that way.

Highest test I've run with no AI is 300mgs. But I've been running 350 all week with no AI and I feel fine. Surprised cuz I'm carrying more body fat then usual.

This is going to be my last log update for a little while. Got some devastating news today and having a hard time coping. My 8 year old dog has a severe case of lung cancer. Our vet said his right lung looked like a liver on the x-rays and gave him a 5% chance of survival even if we try to save him. I'm waiting to get him in with an encologist for a 2nd opinion. This all came really sudden, he just had a bad cough and was fine otherwise. My wife and I are both really torn up right now. It's pretty difficult to even talk about. Just focusing on my family and trying to spend as much time with my boy as possible. Hopefully I can check back soon with some better news.

Yeah man, I was doing 2 working sets and hitting more exercises for about 6 months . Now I’m on 3-4 working sets. Not sure if it’s this particular cycle but can see some and feel some good changes.

But it’s really hard / impossible to compare. As everyone is unique can’t run side by side comparisons very easy unless identical twins and exact same diet

end of the day I think good advice is do what works for yourself and keeps you enjoying it.

very sorry to hear this our EVO brother 🙏 my deepest condolences I really hope something can be done.
I'm not sure what but i really understand it's a difficult time, EVO family always supports and loves you forever. 🙏

Hey mate, yeah the Tren pretty potentially stuff. With an anabolic/androgenic ratio of 500 compared to Testosterones 100 in won't take much to send you into a psychological nightmare haha, especially if you run Tren E. I dont think i gained much physically taking 1ml/week compare to 0.5ml/week. But I was a bit on the edge with taking 1ml. Ive never really got roid rage on the gear over the years, but when I took 1-1.5ml of Tren E, It just felt like I was gonna snap if someone said the wrong thing to me. I never did snap because I could sense it and was aware of what it was doing, so I backed off straight away down to about 0.5ml sometimes 0.7ml. It is good shit though and I will keep taking the lower dose, and it last longer haha. 10ml will do a cycle and some for me.

Yeah Im starting to realise the health benefits we can gain and shouldn't take for granted having a Nutritionist in the family. The more I think about it the more I see the benefits of it when I'm older haha.

Oh Kale! I think its the only food thats still in the bottom of the blender when I make a protein shake haha. That's shits like steel wool haha. Full of nutritional value though. I used to get into it, but I don't think Ive had Kale for about 5yrs. Take it easy mate 👍

I see I’m not the only one work requiring much of our attention. That’s life bro. They say family first but work is what actually provides for the family and when it calls we must go.
This is probably your busy season so looks like you’re close to full stride. Nothing wrong with that!
I’ve been out all week so just thought I would check in and see how you’re doing. Keep up the hard work!

So sorry to hear about ya dog mate. I must've missed this post the other week mate, so I do apologise for not reaching out earlier. These times are always hard mate when it comes to our loyal fury friends. I didnt think it would hit me as hard as it did when I had to put my best mate our Golden Labrador down. When they've been part of the family and watch them grow up with your own children for 15yrs its pretty hard to see them go.

It'll break the toughest bloke around sometimes when there canine best mate leaves there world.

Its the longest I've ever owned a dog for so it hit me pretty hard when i took him to the vet that day. That was about 6yrs ago now and it still hits home when I think about him. But we got him cremated and he's still with us today in a nice urn in a glass cabinet in the family room.

Unfortunately we also just had to put our Chocolate Labrador bitch down on Friday. She had a cystic lump cut off about 6months ago and the vet said it had a bit of cancer in it. So we think the mass lump that flared up in the same spot was most likely cancer related to the previous lump we had cut off. She was 10yrs old and the operation was going to be risky because the mass was most likely around the intestine and the likelihood of complications after surgery were high. She was laying in the Vet panting and looked like she was in pain and we didn't want her in anymore pain so we made the hardest decisions youll ever have to make when it comes to the family pet. I told the vet to hurry up and do it so she didn't suffer anymore than she had to.

But on the brighter and more eternal side of things buddy, because i dont mean to make things feel so down with the stories of my dogs. But its not all doom and gloom and I know its not quite the same but they can still be with you on the mantle piece or a shrine of some sort. We're just waiting for our old girl to be cremated and then she'll be back with us next week sitting in the glass cabinet next to the father of the 2 litters they had together. It does give you that sense of feeling there here and we're all back together again. When we picked up the old boy it felt like he was home again in a sense. It brings a tear to my eye now thinking about them being reunited once again haha.

Dont worry mate I'm feeling for ya, because it does hurt. It still hurts us and the wound is very fresh only losing our bitch a few days ago. Vetinarians are pretty good these days mate, so keep ya head up buddy, think positive and Im sure all the Evo Fam here are wishing you the very best of outcomes, and we're here if you just need someone to vent to about it.

Wishing you and the family all the very best mate.🙏

Hey fam thanks for all the condolences and kind words while I had to take some time away. Honestly everything happened so fast, days felt like hours. Time slipped away so quickly and my pups health just deteriorated so much faster than a humans would. We got 3 weeks from diagnosis to the point where I had to make the tough call with my boys best interest in mind.

I'm glad I took the time to build some extra memories and support my wife through it all. We're both huge animal lovers, dogs in particular, and we were never able to have kids. So our dogs are pseudo kids in our house. This was all really unexpected with our pups health being seemingly perfect but for a recent cough, and the fact that he was only 7. Kind hit like a freight train and we both took it really hard. Personally I got pretty deeply depressed for a while there. Missing meals without even noticing, no training, just 100% focus on work then family, nothing else. Pretty much ignored myself and poured everything I had to give into my wife and pup.

We're both coming back to reality and feeling more like ourselves again. I honestly wasn't able to be social through that time but now I'm feeling more normal again and getting back here is a bit step in the right direction again. Training has started back up and macros are being hit properly again.

Through it all I managed to stay sober which was pretty big. I was definitely tempted. I dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks after getting the bad news but it looks like it was mainly fat and water weight. I did wanna get leaner for the summer again so depression was actually good that way lol. Able to talk and laugh again finally so I'm excited to be back here and get back on the grind again. I'm gonna baby step it for a bit, I'm actually outta town right now, but now felt like a good time to dive back in.

Thanks again fam

My deepest condolences brother. It gladdens my heart to see you are coming out of the fog of recent events. All the time in the world to navigate "normality" again, just happy you are feeling a shade better 🩵

Welcome back to the EVO family @BeMe :D our brother we missed you a lot and love you so much!
Really sorry brother, losing a dog like that is losing family, especially when they are basically your kids, and 3 weeks from diagnosis to goodbye is brutal. The fact you stayed sober through that, supported your wife, gave your pup love right to the end, and are now slowly eating and training again says a lot about your character, so just baby step it and know the EVO family is always here for you. 🙏 big love your way and your family way!

@BeMe I didn't even know dogs were prone to that type of cancer.. crazy stuff . how did this happen?

Honestly I thought the exact same thing when I heard the diagnosis. When I asked the internal medicine specialist that same question she said it's no different that any other form of cancer. Just bad cells that multiply like every other form. She said it's more of a genetic form of cancer in dogs versus environmental like in a lot of humans. My poor guy just had really bad lucky from the sounds of it. By the time they did the cat scan on his lungs and abdomen it was clear it was in both lungs. They did a fine needle aspiration when he had the cat scan and they determined the type of cancer he had wouldn't respond to chemo and because of how bad his lungs were it was likely in other parts of his body too. That was 5 days after the initial diagnosis via an X-ray scan and the internal medicine specialist said palliative care was the only option

Really sorry for your loss, brother. What you wrote comes across as raw and genuine. It also says a lot that you stayed sober and are starting to get back to training, eating, and normal life again.

Best thing you can do is make its final days comfortable.
Always better to bury a pet then leave the pet first. I’ve lost plenty and it sucks

Thanks bro. I had some intrusive thoughts but then I thought why make a bad situation worse. Missing training days was bad enough in my book

Ya it's a sad reality that they just don't live as long as us. I always try and be a logical guy and look at situations through that lens but it just didn't work this time. No matter how much I tried to focus on the positives like he was a rescue from the streets of Mexico so he had a good life; he won't have to suffer because I made the call just in time; we knew for 3 weeks so we got to spoil him and spend time knowing it was gonna end. None of that helped me feel any better thru the thick of it. Just sometimes emotions can just over run reason

That dog was a bitch but she was awesome too. I always brought her bacon so even when she didn’t see me for years she would be beyond excited to see me

We were talking about how, dogs must see humans like humans see elves in lord of the rings. Just these amazing immortal benefactors that understand things they can’t and are the masters of their world. The human/canine relationship is really amazing
Just sometimes emotions can just over run reason
Reason doesn’t matter if it doesn’t help emotionally. I had that conversation today too. Like the swamp of sadness in the Never Ending Story. You just have to go through it

Welcome back bro I had just sent Lev a DM on Saturday and was worried. Really glad you stayed sober that was a massive accomplishment. Glad you're back to help others like you do, and likely through similar situations that others will have happen to them too with us all being pet lovers and owners.

That's really shit you had to go through that mate. Good that you were able to get some extra time in with your dog and wife.

Two weeks is nothing in the scheme of things for training etc. Probably do you some good to have a good break anyway.

Good to hear your feeling better and back at it.

It can be and often is majorly stressful. I thought I'd 'lost' another of the originals yesterday (he was stuck all night in my office).

Head on, chin up and back on the grind buddy

Don't worry you'll get a new dog. @BeMe I've had plenty of experiences with death over the course of my life.

So sorry to hear about ya dog mate, I was hoping he was gonna be ok. It's certainly a tough decision to make and sucks to be put in that position. We just had to put our bitch down a few weeks ago, so im feeling for you and the Mrs mate. We got her cremated as well and she's now up there in the glass cabinet next to the boys in the lounge room. It's a sense of feeling there still here, and even better there both back together again.

Keep up the training mate. I go to gym when i dont want to think about things that are stressing me out, its a great way of keeping ya mind off things.

All the best mate

Yeah It's hard man when the family pet dies, especially when they've been apart of your lives for so long. Is that why your Mrs wont let you get a pet mate. Cause Its just so painful when they go and she's lost a pet before doesn’t want to put yourself through it again? Its the toughest thing you go through when you get so attached to a pet. We had to put our 10yr old Labrador Retriever bitch down a few weeks ago and that was hard. The mrs said the only time shes seen me cry is when we put our 15yr old male Labrador Retriever down and the bitch a few weeks ago 😂. Me and the Mrs turned to one another the other day and said no more dogs, that's its😂 its just too hard when they die. All the best mate

@BeMe sorry to hear about thiis. im a big dog guy, so much that I dont like having them because of the pain of losing them.

We lost our lab a few years ago, that we got for my daughter to grow up with. A sudden loss in tge same way. Ours (Lucy) had a bad seizure while we were gone at a soccer game and it did irreverable damage. In a blink she was gone. It's painful, I hate hearing that you had to go through it.

Omg can't imagine coming home to that nightmare...devistating. Especially for your daughter. That was my biggest fear through all of it was my wife coming home and our guy had passed or was in really bad shape and my wife being all alone not knowing what to do.

Although the pain is tough the good times make it worth it in the end. Dogs give you the most unconditional love in the world, didn't deprive yourself bro.

On a hopefully brighter note how's the new job?

One of my best friends just lost her blue healer. Same age. Very sudden and sad and the whole thing culminated into her taking her son and leaving his dad even.

We were talking about how, dogs must see humans like humans see elves in lord of the rings. Just these amazing immortal benefactors that understand things they can’t and are the masters of their world. The human/canine relationship is really amazing

Reason doesn’t matter if it doesn’t help emotionally. I had that conversation today too. Like the swamp of sadness in the Never Ending Story. You just have to go through it
Damn bro 2 really great analogies there. The elves one blew my mind when I read it lol. My wife and I love to create a mental dialogue for our dogs whenever they're up to something. My guy that passed was brilliant and my other guy is as basic as they come. Watching the one constantly outsmart the other was hilarious on its own but add some dialogue and you got an odd couple sitcom

That's really shit you had to go through that mate. Good that you were able to get some extra time in with your dog and wife.

Two weeks is nothing in the scheme of things for training etc. Probably do you some good to have a good break anyway.

Good to hear your feeling better and back at it.
It was more like 4 weeks but who's counting. I figured my body needed a break anyway and it'll come back quick. Sux that my elbows are still giving me grief after month off tho

Bros, my wife won't let me have a pet but back in Alabama I had a dog. It was a pit. He ended up having worms and died. All my cousins were crying. Everyone in the neighborhood loved him. He would always track down the lost kids. @BeMe
Aw sorry to hear that bro. Sounds like he was a great boy.

Your wife really doesn't even think puppies are cute and want one? Actually now that I think of it none of my Japanese family members have pets. Guess it's a cultural thing?

Sorry man, but definitely get some more opinions. It's tough with vets. It's a very new industry. It's only been around a few decades. Sometimes they make mistakes. @BeMe
That's what I thought when out vet said our guy only had a 5% chance of survival. Then we took him to a vet hospital. It was nicer than most of the human hospitals we have here and they have teams of vets that review the case. Unfortunately with our guy it was pretty cut and dry. His 1 lung showed up as a single large mass on x ray and cat scan. So we had a vet, internal medicine specialist, encologist, and pathologist all come to the same conclusion. Even without those opinions his health just slid downhill so fast. On his last day he had black tar stool so he had an internal bleed somewhere ahead of his digestive tract. Luckily I made the call just before things got really bad so he didn't have to suffer.

My wife and I said the same thing when our previous dog passed but with time you start to miss having them in your life. The house feels so empty without them. 6 months later we got our boy that recently passed. For us this time we're lucky cuz we have our other boy so he helps cheer the house up. I bet with time you'll have a different perspective. You're still going through it right now too

yes that is the hard part :(

I have this huge black cat that’s very odd. And he’s by far the most expressive cat I’ve ever seen. Like some dogs, he’ll stare and tilt his head. Or sit facing me and look to the food bowl over and over. Set his paw on me when he wants to be petted. He’s like twenty pounds. I can’t help but imagining him talking hahaha. My friend brought her son and her super derpy chihuahua over yesterday. The cat was hiding all weird in these silly places and you’d just see these huge gold eyes hahaha. Both of my cats are terrified of children. Freaky pigmy people hahahaha. So unpredictable

I just saw the pic of your cats hiding above the fridge together lol. That was a cute one. Pets are iffy around kids I've noticed. I think those freaky pigmy people give off a weird energy sometimes. I think the kids get so excited it can read as aggression and freak them out.

Your black cat sounds really funny. It's hilarious when cats has dog personalities. It's a double win for you cuz you get all the neediness of a lap dog with a fraction of the maintenance lol

Have you tried much so fix the issue?

My biggest suggestion is manual therapy (bonus if it Active Release Treatment) on the forearm muscles.

I also see a bit about training the wrist extensors (reverse curl and reverse wrist curl type movements).

Certain triceps movements might be a no go too?

Bros, my wife doesn't even let any of my family members in the house. she says my people are dirty .. you think she gonna let me get a puppy to poop and pee everywhere? ha!

🤣🤣🤣🤣 thats funny man. Yeah cleaning up after them can be a bit of a chore sometimes especially thr dog shit. There bed blankets I'd just throw out and replace them with our oldest ones out of the linen cupboard. I dont wash them, straight in the bin for me 😂. Our Labrador Retrievers did big turds and that was not pleasant at all haha. I must admit there not far off having a child only you can leave them at home while you go out for dinner, and they will always meet you at the door when you get home with unconditional love, even when there teenagers haha. If you and the Mrs don't have kids already, get a dog first, because if you cant clean up after a dog, you definitely wont want to clean up after a 3yr old child, especially when you wake up in the morning and they're in there cot playing in there own shit🤣🤣🤣. Cheers chatting to ya CEO👍

Bros, yeah that's the one thing about it. Sometimes they do poop in the house. My pit in Alabama used to drop a big turd.

@BeMe man I’m glad to hear you’re doing better. It can be tough. Glad to hear you stayed sober through it all.
